The house was very comfortable and accomodating. Most of us rode the bikes provided and took long walks on the bike path close by. We, also, loved sitting outside and looking at the piney woods and the deer walking by. The house was super clean and had everything available for cooking and other activities. All 7 of us loved this house and will definitely be back!! Karen

We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and the owner left us a card, champagne and chocolate. That was very special and much appreciated. The home is beautiful and very well stocked. I instantly got on the calendar to see if we could book it again for Christmas. It was booked but we will definitely stay there again.

We were impressed by the cleanliness, comfort and beauty of this home. It was extremely organized and we had everything we needed. The layout of the house with two bedrooms up and two down worked out great to let everyone have their own space. The street was very peaceful and we enjoyed watching the deer and birds from the back deck. The quality of everything and attention to detail took this vacation home to the next level. We are grateful for the opportunity to stay in this lovely home.

The home was well stocked with everything for our teen and adult children with their family. It was close to towns with so many fun activities. There were plenty of bikes, pool table, hot tub and games for us indoors. It was our first time to Sunriver and felt that we had the best experience.

This house was amazing for our group of 7 adults and one toddler. It is clean, spacious, and has a fully equipped kitchen (with spices!) and plenty of bikes and pool passes for everyone. We enjoyed cooking at home, biking on the paths, playing ping pong, and hanging on the deck. The only thing to plan for is getting the recycling to the center before departure. We were fortunate to have had a mini van in our group to take the large containers for sorting. We would definitely stay here again!

Kathy's house was absolutely beautiful! We spent a week over Christmas and had the best time. The separation of space was perfect for us, our adult son, and almost teenage daughter! Kathy had an artificial tree set up for us and it was perfect! The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, and Utensils! The kitchen was just remodeled and is fantastic! So much room that you could have many people cooking and prepping without running over each other. The only thing we needed to provide was our groceries. This home supplied, TP, paper towels, kleenex, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, garbage bags! It truly was a magical Christmas! We loved the hot tub that was right off the master bedroom and all of the windows/sliding glass doors that let so much light in! I would highly recommend this property!

It was so fascinating to look outside and have deer by the deck squirrels running all over and birds galore What a way to enjoy meals. We enjoyed creating family meals in the well stocked kitchen

This house was wonderful. Fully stocked with everything needed for a great stay. The house is well built and was so fun for our multi family staycation. It also has AC which was a major plus and the beds are comfy too. I would stay here again and again!

This was the perfect place for families to share. The large kitchen/dining was great for our foodie family and three teenage boys. We all fit at the dinner table and it made for wonderful evenings together. The ping pong table and bikes were also a big hit with both the adults and the kids. Everything was comfy, clean, and made for a truly relaxing family vacation.

This was one of the rare times that photos were less impressive than the property - the house and rooms look much better in person. The bikes were like new and the hot tub quite large and clean. So many extras! I would definitely stay here again.

This is an excellent home for the whole family. It was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed.

Two families (4 adults, 4 kids under 6yo) stayed here over Spring Break and the house was perfect. A great bunk room for small kiddos (it is on the small side), nice bedrooms for adults with comfy beds and lots of sheets/pillows. The covered hot tub and deck is amazing along with all the amenities in the garage. You never know how well stocked a house might be and sometimes end up bringing your entire house with you. We brought so many things with us that this house already had - great bakeware, cookware, spices, bowls, etc. I selfishly didn’t want to write such a great review so I can keep booking this house ;)

This is our second time staying at this property. It is clean, well stocked and spacious for our two families to share. Communications with the owner are great. They even contacted us after the housecleaner found my daughter's wallet that she had left under the bed and returned it to us via mail. I'm sure we will be back.

We had two families staying at this Red Cedar house and it worked perfectly for us. It was really nice to have two bedrooms with full King size beds for the two sets of adults. Our twin grandchildren loved each having their own “Top Bunk” in the bunk room. With three full size bathrooms, everyone had plenty room as well as privacy when needed. Kathy, the property manager, is simply outstanding. She answered all questions as quickly and thoroughly as possible which was helpful for planning. She also arranged to have an artificial Christmas Tree setup and ready for us to enjoy a Christmas atmosphere during our stay the week prior to Christmas. The kids added some more decorations which made the whole room festive. The house is equipped with everything you could ever need for a vacation stay. The kitchen is better stocked than any house we have stayed in before. The large dining table with 8 chairs was perfect for meals, craft projects, and yes even some “business” work. The house has a card table and 4 folding chairs that we used to easily extend the table for our large family Christmas dinner with additional family who were staying in the area as well. What a treat to have everyone seated together for this special meal and time. There was snow on the ground when we stayed, so it was wonderful to have a full-size garage for parking our cars. Most of our family went skiing at Mt Bachelor each day, so we didn’t use the snow sleds or the many bikes. The house comes with SHARC passes which would have been wonderful if we had had enough time. House would be great for a warmer weather type stay as well. The new curtains on the large picture windows are great. And the cover over the hot tub area is a delight, especially when it was raining or snowing out. The twins used the hot tub each afternoon after they had skied all day. They were delighted. We highly recommend this house.

This home provided the space, comfort, kitchen items and activity equipment for the Christmas gathering of our family members.

The Querin’s place was the perfect home to stay in during our family Thanksgiving gathering. The kitchen was stocked with every cooking utensil we could imagine! It was spacious, clean, and kid friendly. We especially enjoyed the cozy fire place. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had a little hiccup with check-in....we were not provided with our check-in code and were unable to get ahold of Kathy. But she eventually got back to us and even extended us an extra night stay for the inconvenience. The house was lovely and was the perfect amount of space for the 9 of us! We very much enjoyed our stay!

Great house for a group or a family. SARC passes are next to impossible to use. You have to wait in line for hours.

Beautiful home, very welcoming and spacious! The proximity to all Sunriver has to offer was spot on. Owners were very easy to work with and went above and beyond with the amenities. The bikes were a big hit. Would definitely stay here again!

We booked this house for our vacation because of the room configurations, the number of bathrooms (3), and the large dining table since we like to play family board games in the evenings. All of these aspects of the house were wonderful! The kitchen was large and fully stocked. Even paper towels, napkins, and aluminum foil - and a second fridge in the garage! We were there during a heat wave, so air conditioning would have been nice, but that is one thing this house does not have. Luckily, towards the end of our stay, the nights cooled off and it was bearable. The owner was attentive, and did supply 2 extra fans and extension cords when we requested it. The hot tub was big and wonderful, but the weather was too warm for us to make good use of it. We enjoyed BBQing and eating out on the deck. And got lots of good wildlife photos!

We thoroughly enjoyed the house. Surprised how well stocked the kitchen was. More bikes that you can believe for all ages. Fun playing ping pong in the garage. Highly recommend for family stay

We loved our time at this house. Very clean, tons of space and storage! House was very well stocked. Very organized! There was an issue with the dryer but Kathy was extremely prompt and we are so grateful for that with little ones! We would definitely go back!

My girlfriends and I had an amazing weekend in Sunriver at this property. It was the perfect size, well stocked for cooking, clean, and had tons of bikes for us to cruise around on. We will definitely be going back!

This house was perfect for a weeklong ski trip with our daughter and grandsons. It was comfortable, clean, and super well equipped in all rooms/kitchen/garage. We used the bicycles, the ping pong table, and the hot tub daily. We would return in a heartbeat.

We come to Sunriver every winter for a ski vacation and this house is probably our favorite so far. We hope to stay here again. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked. There was ample room for our 2 families. Great vacation home.

We had a wonderful stay at Kathy’s home. The kitchen is so well stocked, we had no issues cooking thanksgiving dinner in the large kitchen space. Great location, plenty of room for everyone in the house, and lots of fun games/movies to choose from. This home is even better than described in the listing!

Wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood. Ultra clean and everything you would want or need for a comfortable stay. Nice to have 16 bikes in the garage to choose from and not have to bring our own. Also nice to be able to park inside the garage.. Enjoyed the hot tub and taking walks and bicycle rides. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends. One of the BEST houses we’ve rented in Sunriver in over 30 years.
