Condo was exactly as described. Location couldn't be better. Enjoyed the three season room. King bed very comfortable.very spacious. Our small truck did fit in the garage. A large one could be a challenge. Thanks for a great stay

This place was the perfect location to take in all excitement in Round Lake for Boyne Thunder! We kept our boat at the Charlevoix City Marina which is just steps away. The location to downtown Charlevoix can’t be beat. Everything is within walking distance(grocery store/coffee shop/party store/restaurants).
We enjoyed waking up every morning and drinking our coffee on the patio, watching boats come and go as the sun came up over Round Lake. After breakfast we would head out to the boat. We would come back and grill/make dinner at the condo before heading out for a sunset cruise out on Lake MI or to town for a few drinks.
The condo has great views of Round Lake from the living room, kitchen, patio and master bedroom. I believe the pictures on VRBO do not do it justice. Tall ceilings and spacious rooms makes this condo feel quite large and luxury!
The host was quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had both before and during our stay.
My only suggestion/heads up would be: a few more options for cooking/frying pans in the kitchen. A few times we went to sauté veggies or cook breakfast and we had to use multiple smaller pans in order to fit everything. If you have a larger truck, it will not fit in the garage. This was not an issue for us as the marina provided free parking several blocks away. However there was a couple times throughout the week where we had wished we could park closer.
These were not deal breakers. We would absolutely stay here again!

The unit far exceeded expectations -- it was much bigger than it appeared in the pictures, was in the best location in town, and had an amazing view (and all-weather room to enjoy it in!). A fully-stocked kitchen, prime garage parking, and well-appointed decor that made us feel right at home. The host was super responsive and accomodating, and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly, highly recommend!

As our trip was in late October and early November, we thought we may have missed the fall colors. However a trip through the tunnel of trees was wonderful. Almost no traffic. Had plenty of time to take plenty of photos. We walked the beaches several times in search of Petoskey stones. The condo was neat and clean, loved the lay out. Plenty of room. Had a few small problems. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

The condo was like new and had plenty of space. The view was fantastic, and it was nice being able to walk to restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked, but you do need to bring your own coffee and sugar.

Pictures don’t show how big and nice this condo is. Love seeing sunrise over Round Lake from the balcony. Will be coming back!

My husband and I had a very nice stay. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching all of the boats. The location is perfect for walking downtown and enjoying all of the cute shops along the way. The condo was perfect and very comfortable.

In need of relaxing and a quick getaway for my 60th Birthday, this condo fit the bill and then some. After parking our car in the included garage, we didn’t drive it again until three days later. The harbor views, comfortable furnishings, quick access to restaurants, coffee shops and groceries gave us options to eat out or dine in, (utilizing the fully stocked kitchen) and made it difficult to leave “our nest” for long. LOL. Truth be told, the condo was extremely spacious, but we always found ourselves curled up in the comfy wing back chairs in the sunroom. We read, had meals there and just chilled, watching the boats come and go, and all the birds: two eagles, ducks, loons, swans, the ubiquitous gulls…we didn’t even mind the rain.
The Grey Gables for dinner was our best meal in town, and the tiny Harbor View Cafe by Olsen’s market offered one of the best breakfasts we had. We also took advantage of a great local photographer to get some candid photos. Michael Murphy IV was fabulous and his skill and personality made for a relaxing and enjoyable session. Guess what everyone is getting for Christmas? Ha! We also made time to visit two nearby parks and found our fill of Petoskey and Charlevoix stones. Mt. McSauba Recreation area is a close drive away and perfect for hiking.
We’re already thinking about coming back to enjoy the fall colors. Can’t rave enough!

Beautiful place, very centrally located. Photos on the listing do not do justice to the space, it is larger, brighter, very aesthetically done up. Really enjoyed our stay there.

This condo is in a perfect location. Spent many hours relaxing while enjoying the view of Round Lake. The condo is well appointed with everything we needed. This is our second stay here and will try to come back again next year.

Beautiful and spacious condo with a picturesque view of Round Lake and in-town conveniences. The unit was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay with two of our grandchildren. Hosts were easy to contact and pleasant to communicate with. We will definitely stay at this property again if available.

Great place to stay for a girls trip in the area! Big kitchen, great patio to sit and comfortable beds. It was also nice to have the garage. The only feedback we have is for more light in the back bedroom and finding what switches go with what as we never were able to turn certain lights on.

Overall a great location and large space, on the lake side of one of the best streets in Charlevoix! Would recommend updating listing details, photos, and check-in instructions.
Photos are actually underwhelming for the condo and it is much nicer (and larger) in person! Check-in instructions mentioned a garage number that we were not able to locate, would recommend clearer signage on exterior of garage and updating listing to clarify that garage can only be accessed by exiting the building. Would also recommend clarifying what toiletries/amenities are included.

A little slow getting the check in info from the Hosts. Very nice location, walking distance to restaurants and shops. We were a little early in the season so some things weren’t open yet or fully staffed. The floor plan of the unit was a little different but we kind of liked it. Spent many hours sitting on the glass enclosed veranda watching the boats in marina. Appliances were a little dated but functional. Overall, we would come back again.

The unit was very large and clean. ( Loved it )
The only problems we had were finding the garage as there were no numbers on the garage doors or window. Also we didn't bring any wash cloths and there were only 4 for two people.over 3 days.

This was our first time to visit Charlevoix and we were very blessed to stay here for ten days. It was the off season in April but we still found plenty to do. The views from the condo were beautiful and the location was amazing!! The condo was very clean and comfortable. Very nice owners with great communication skills. You can walk to just about everywhere as you are in close proximity to shops, restaurants, John Cross Fisheries, the library, the drawbridge, the lighthouse, Lake Michigan beach and some of the mushroom houses. There was absolutely no crowds in April and we enjoyed the peacefulness of the off season. We enjoyed the simple things: Looking for and finding Petosky stones, watching sunsets over Lake Michigan, watching the boats in Round Lake, eating smoked fish (whitefish, salmon and trout) from John Cross Fisheries, walking to the lighthouse, trying to choose our favorite mushroom house and buying books that were on sale for $1.00-$2.00 at the public library. We also spent time in Petosky, hiked the SkyBridge Michigan in Boyne Falls and spent one day at Mackinaw City and Mackinac Island. All were very easy drives. We would love to visit here again !!

Only thing to know if you use the garage, the door in there does not go to the unit. Must enter unit from the main entrance which was no problem just didn't realize it.

As others have stated in their reviews, the condo is very roomy (more so than it appears in the listing). The spaces were clean and well cared for. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of all downtown offerings. Our only hiccup was that the included garage was not available, one night so we had to park on the street (rain/snow mix ☹️). Overall our stay was awesome!!

This property was in a great spot, right in front of the harbor, which afforded great views and spectacular sunrises. It was well furnished and well cared for. More spacious than one would think. Having a garage was a bonus as it was nice to be able to just park the car and not worry about it. Great location just down the street from everything. More specific information regarding the elevator would have been helpful.

The listing looked good online. But we were absolutely wowed when we walked in. The location was absolutely perfect for visiting the amazingly delicious local eats (highly recommend Smoke on the Water, That French Place, and Hardwood Gold Store and Cafe. All just a block away!). The views were amazing, condo immaculate, and we have favorited it to visit again! Charlevoix was charming and we can't wait to come back!

We really enjoyed this property. The layout of the condo met our needs perfectly. Everything we needed was there. The location is great, we only used our car a couple times after we arrived. We would like to return soon.

This was a little get away to get to know my cousins who lived in Michigan. It was our first trip to Michigan and after this, it won't be our last. This stay added so much to our visit that both my cousin and ai totally enjoyed it. Both of our husband's loved it as well. There is nothing I could say was a negative. I cannot thank you enough for the awesome stay and thank you for being a great host. BTW, the beds were so comfortable! Comparable to a hotel.

Spacious modern condo overlooking the Charlevoix marina. This condo is a “Dream Come True”. Beautifully furnished, the owners have equipped the condo with everything you will need for a wonderful vacation and are always available to answer any questions. This was our 2nd stay in this luxurious condo.
