We all enjoyed our stay , plenty of room to spread out and lots of thoughtful activities and supplies. The heated pool was incredible and a massive hit with the family. Look no further if you want a fully stocked house with it all!

This vacation property is exactly as described. Great house for entire family. Well stocked house which is so convenient. House is in a great location, easy to get to area beaches and venues. The neighborhood is very quiet and great for walking. The yard is nice and pool an added bonus. The host provides beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. Garage comes in very handy to store beach things and bikes. My entire family enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We loved our stay in Brewster! I stayed there a few years ago and the house has been completely renovated and we didn’t even recognized it. The heated pool is definitely our highlight and the game room is so much fun for the entire family. We love the location which is so near to everything. The beaches and Nickerson park are both very close. Can’t wait to come back!

Location and layout of house worked well for our extended family vacation. A first floor master is a must for my 84 year old parents. A pool was also high on our list of priorities. With a newborn and a one year old, we knew that we could not spend full days at the beach. Mornings at the beach and afternoons at the pool allowed my daughters to relax while their littles took naps. The only negative was a strong musty smell in the lower level. We did not use the game room due to that.

This lovely house is on a quiet street and is central to most attractions in Brewster. The back yard and pool area is protected and private. There is so much to do right at the house between the pool and the basement’s ping pong and air hockey. There were 10 of us and there was room to spread out as well as room to eat together. The kitchen is very well equipped. You will not regret booking this house! We had a blast! Thank you, Shixin!

We had such a wonderful experience!!! The house and backyard pool were absolutely amazing! There are tons of wonderful beaches and restaurants all within a few minutes drive! Shixin responded right away to all of our needs or questions and she could not have been more accommodating! We would definitely stay there again!!

We had an amazing week at this house. The location was great - quiet neighborhood, not far from beaches and other attractions, and the house was very well kept and clean. Our two families stayed here for a week in Cape Cod, and couldn’t have asked for a better spot and host. The house comfortably held our large crew of kids and adults, and kept the kids entertained with the warm pool, fire pit, and basement game room while we were there. The location made it easy to reach different areas of the cape, including Nauset Beach, Hyannis, and Provincetown, and there were plenty of dining and shopping options around. Since the house included towels and beach chairs, it made our packing much easier. The owner, Shixin, made everything easy. She responded quickly to every question we had, and even went out and bought a beach cart when we asked if there was one! We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time! The house was clean, cheerful, pleasant with all the amenities you would want in a home. The host was pleasant and responded to any of our needs in a very timely fashion. There’s plenty of space for children to safely play while adults can relax and enjoy. The house is close to the beach and other local attractions. After a day at the beach the pool is an amazing game changer! I can’t remember vacationing where everyone was so satisfied and content! We will definitely be back! We had an amazing week at this house. The house was clean, cozy, stocked, beautifully decorated, well appointed. It was the perfect size and layout for our group of 8. We fully enjoyed the pool and fire pit, grilled on the deck every night, spent tons of time outside. The kids loved the air hockey in the basement. It’s super close to many attractions and local treasures and we took advantage of it all. Loved quiet morning walks around the neighborhood. Shixin was super responsive and so pleasant about every question we had prior to our stay and while we stayed. It was truly an all around relaxing and perfect family vacation spot.

We absolutely loved our stay! This is the second time we stayed at Shixin’s house. The house has taken a complete renovation since we stayed last time and looks beautiful and tastefully decorated!! We had the privilege of staying at Shixin's house for one week in late August/early September 2020, and we had a terrific time. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home and enjoyed every minute of our experience. There are too many highlights to mention -- the wonderful pool, the game room, the sun room, the fire-pit, and the proximity to so many beaches, restaurants, and shops. We have memories to last us a lifetime, and we can't wait to be back next year.

The house was clean and super comfortable. We love the pool and the closeness to the beaches. Our kids had a fabulous time down in the game room. We will be back!

We had an overall wonderful stay last week. The centralized location of this home was great for our family with easy access to beaches, kettle ponds, bike trails, grocery store and ice cream shops. The outdoor space including the pool, lawn area and shower were wonderful. The cleanliness of the house could be improved upon and the internet was very weak outside of the family room area. Shixin was very responsive and accommodating. The house was well laid out and spacious enough for our family of 5 including 3 small children.

The house was very clean and bright and cheery. Shixin was extremely accommodating -- even lending us her own daughter's bike. The location in Brewster is very central to everything -- beaches, lakes, parks and downtowns. Would highly recommend.

Great house. Pool nice and yard fenced in. Kitchen well equipped. Bedrooms nicely spaced out. Bathrooms a little dated but were clean. We would stay there again.

Spent a week in this spacious home with a fantastic patio, pool, and private backyard. Patio had a great teak table for 10 and the house had another big table inside just off the patio. Bedrooms were roomy and well appointed. Ping pong table and air hockey table in the finished basement were a plus. All around a great experience and a home families will really enjoy staying at. We stayed in the summer of 2020. It was a great place especially for those trying to have a relaxing getaway while self-isolating. Lots of things to do at the house - we cooked our meals, played in the wonderful pool and backyard with plenty of space for lawn games, roasted marshmallows and spent time by the fire pit, enjoyed relaxing in the hammock with a book. Inside the house - two separate living areas with TVs, ping pong and air hockey tables, our group of 6 adults and 5 kids had plenty of entertainment. It was also great to have Nickerson state park within an easy bike ride, and beaches within easy driving distance. House was furnished with everything we needed, and Shixin was lovely - very responsive, and she even got a new toaster oven and blender in time for our stay. Thank you!

Shixin was a wonderful hostess! We were a group of 11 (7 adults and 4 kids) and we had plenty of space - it was awesome having dining tables both inside and outside that could seat all of us, so we could all eat together. Every bedroom had A/C. The heated pool was a huge plus!

If you're looking for a special place to relax and unwind... that feels like home away from home... close to a beautiful state park and ocean beaches, five minutes to delicious local seafood and ice cream... then look no further!! This wonderful rental property was perfect for our large blended family, easily sleeping our 10 children... giving them all enough space and privacy, but having plenty of areas to gather and play games, eat meals together, or chill out by the pool. The house has been recently renovated and was spotless when we arrived. Very colorful, welcoming, and warm, we instantly feel in love with the house. The kitchen had everything we could need, the television was large and easy to control, the bedrooms were spacious and perfect for each child, and the air conditions and ceiling fans worked wonderfully. I definitely recommend this location for your next family vacation. Situated an easy drive to all Cape Cod locations, we made our drive to Provincetown in 40-45 minutes, and to Hyannis in 20 minutes. Had a great family reunion. Something for everyone.

The house and location was perfect for our needs. The pool was an added bonus for us that everyone enjoyed. Being in Brewster which is in the middle of the Cape gave us more opportunities to do some sightseeing in both directions.
