The first and second days were the worst that had happened in my life because the air conditioning did not work and the house was extremely hot until they sent a person to fix it on Sunday, but the air conditioner had problems with the compressor and more or less it They fixed it but it still didn't cool properly and that's how we spent the week. I really do not recommend this property; it is a pity that they do not maintain the house.

We enjoyed the pool and lanai area and complete privacy by the pool. Superb location in North Naples Three bedrooms not four the fourth is a TV den .

We really enjoyed our two week stay at this spacious, well equipped home with beautiful grounds and pool area. We loved the location which is in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping. They have everything you need for a day at the beach which is a short drive away.

We really enjoyed our time at this property! The house is built around the beautiful pool and hot tub, which we took advantage of daily! We were 2 couples, so each had one half of the house for bedrooms and bathrooms. Master bedroom and bath are very spacious, other bedrooms and baths are small. Could use some updates- sheets don’t stay on the beds, needs a new blender, beach chairs. Miguel the property manager took care of a few things we needed. All in all, a great experience! Would love to go back!

Great home in a great location. Home was well equipped and having kayak and canoe to launch from right behind the house was great. Beautiful yard with lots of birds and wildlife. Enjoyed many days relaxing by the pool and spa and full wall sliding glass doors allowed for great indoor outdoor living.

Our second time at this home which is so private and peaceful to enjoy the pool and backyard and dock. Fortunately the lanai screens were repaired during our stay (had been damaged in the hurricane) in the fall. Some lawn work was also needed but Miguel, the personable onsite mgr, helped get it done. No canoes/kayaks due to hurricane but bikes were there and the house is a joy. It is bright with sun much of the day and hard to leave as pool area so magical. We only used master bedroom and bath but two other bedrooms for kids. Would be nice to have extra paper towels and toilet paper provided but more spices offered this year. Lots of goodvrestaurants and shopping nearby. Delnor Wiggins is still closed but hopefully will reopen soon for beachgoers. The owner is very kind and responsive too. We like this house alot and hope to return. Thanks Stephanie and Miguel too. Merry christmas! We are glad your beautiful house didnt have bad damage from the hurricane.

My group had a great time at this property! Everything was what we expected based on the listing. This was our second stay here. Miguel took great care of us again this year. Looking forward to our next visit!

This stay was great for my coworkers and I while we were working during the hurricane relief efforts. This house had everything you could need just like home. The check process was super easy and the host was very responsive to any messages. Thank you!

We drove 16 hours from MD to arrive at the house not knowing how to get in since the language for the check in was not English and the lock box front was broke off with no key. I contacted Stephanie about the issue which she answered with an Ok? When I told her the issue. Was a little off about the call at first, we figured out how to open the garage with the code. The key was left inside since the lock box was broke. The house was pretty clean. There is some mold growing in the bathroom shower that should be taken care. The pool was green the entire time. Even after the pool men came. Which they were there for 8 mins tops. He did a quick brush on the steps; skimmed the end of the pool and dumped chemicals in mid day. A beautiful day at that. Which my daughter couldn’t enjoy because of the chemicals. The next day it was still green. The pool took a very long time to warm up since the hot tub and pool cycled together. The kitchen has everything we needed but does need a clean out. The electric stove was not helpful when we lost power due to hurricane Ian. Thankfully there was a grill. We got 2 maybe 3 days out of our week stay with good weather for beach and pool. Minus the day with chemicals. Mind you the hot tub was enjoyable and we did love the lights at night. Miguel came by 3 times unannounced. Know phone call or text. Just showed up. The first time he basically helped himself in to show us the state park pass, the second time he brought his wife and father in law/father and they were standing by the garage as if they were going to come in. My husband walked out like hello how can I help you guys. They came to ask if we needed help moving the patio furniture in. I didn’t know that was our responsibility because of a storm but we had no issue securing the furniture with no help. Just was awkward with no call ahead of time and make us wonder if we weren’t there would have they came in without us knowing with our belongings everywhere. The third time was after the storm. We had no power and was surrounded by water. Still came unannounced. We asked for a generator, they didn’t have one. There were no flashlights in the house. Miguel let us know that the screenhouse was not up to code and the windows and doors were not Hurricane proof. Was thrown off by that info. Thankfully the neighbor let me use a generator to open the washing machine. My clothes were in there and was locked, no power. It was a rough vacation, hoping to be contacted by owner.

The house is well furnished and the pool and spa are fabulous. The neighborhood is very quiet and we were able walk everyday safely. It is close to the beach and many major stores, including the Mercato Shopping Center and the beautiful "Seed to Table" grocery store, which in itself, is a place you do not want to miss. Thank you for a great experience and memories.

This property I would highly recommend to all age groups.The villa had plenty of space and at know time do you feel on top of each other.The surrounding grounds are beautiful the river right in your back garden .Snook ,turtles, ducks ,beautiful birds even saw a manatee one day.Would highly recommend this place and the pool area was a big hit.When back in Naples would love to stay here again.

Very spacious 3 bedroom each with full bath, 1/2 bath next to kitchen also tv room. Nice home not far from highway, stores restaurants and beach. Excellent location. Overall good condition home in my opinion needs a makeover, furniture not to comfortable. BBQ is very small and not good quality ( not important to many people however it is to me ). All that being said nice place my family was happy with home

I have not written a review before, but I felt a responsibility to future renters. This house might be great for Spring Break kids or family with kids, but not for someone looking for a clean, cared for property that they feel comfortable having friends and family visit. My husband and myself have rentals, so we understand what it takes to quickly prepare a property for the next renter. I called the owner to make sure the property would be ready for our month stay. She assured me her property manager would handle all our requests. I called the property manager a month in advance and requested the house have a thorough cleaning, sprayed for bugs, and working grill. When we arrive none of these things were done. Property manager came to the house and had excuses why the house was dirty and lanai was full of spiders and spider webs, broken stained blinds and grill that was falling apart. He did react quickly to some of our requests, but made us feel like we were asking for to much, to the point we did not even know if we wanted to stay. He told us how busy he was with all his other new clients and did not have time. We talked to the owner, and she too made us feel uncomfortable about our stay. I cleaned during the month we stayed, so the property is much cleaner than when we rented the house; however with that being said, the house is in disrepair. Kitchen has cracked cooktop and deteriorated counters, cabinets, (gross little bugs crawling continually on cooktop), dents in refrigerator, dirty oven (they put aluminum foil over the grim) the floors have deteriorated to the point they can not be cleaned, many blinds and window coverings are broken with gross spots, washroom uninviting with door handle falling off. House does not have enough towels or hangers, pillows are bad (however beds are comfortable) and all the furniture is like it was purchased from a garage sale especially TV room couches (spots and broken down and uncomfortable). Kitchen did not have basic working utensils and not enough drinking glasses. Pictures of inside of the house do not represent what house looks like. Webpage is not up to date, person represented as the manager is not correct person. On a positive note the pool and spa were very enjoyable. - [ ]

Everything was nice and the pool was great , disappointed that there were no garbage bags and a fair amount of ants , but the place is great and the pool area amazing

We loved staying at this property and the location. The house could use some freshening up. The house was clean however the cleaning company needs to go through the cupboards and de junk leftover stuff that is left from other renters with a much needed deeper clean The manager was easy to get a hold of when needed. The lanai area pool and hot tub were a big hit. Overall we loved our time in Naples.

We loved the house, pool was absolutely wonderful, location of home near Delnor Wiggins, 12 min to most Naples sights, lovely neighborhood. Everything about the house was perfect but it would be helpful to have some details on use of hot tub, the wifi code, beach pass location in the home, what to do when checking out. These are details easily fixed but are typical for vrbo's. We loved the house, however, and hope to return with another couple to enjoy the pool and area as there are so many positives. Communications with Stephanie, the owner were lovely and very quick. Have fun!

The property was beautiful and kid friendly. My family had a wonderful time and enjoyed every minute of the stay. The house was very clean and its was very easy to communicate with Miguel the property manager. We had an excellent time ..... looking forward to come back soon.

There is another “den” with additional sleeping and a family room as well. There is half bath right off the kitchen, laundry room, entry from garage and down the hallway with two of the three bedrooms. There were lots of sheets, towels, beach towels, and plenty of goodies for trips to the beach! The best part of the house is the pool and lanai area. The pool and hot tub are sparkling clean, beautiful, and there is room and seating for lots of people outside! They open up to a gorgeous lawn and small deck with sun chairs and a canoe. We will be back, hopefully soon!

Nice location. Close to highway and major roads. Very clean, well stocked. Pool is great, was cleaned by pool service day we got there. Miguel made contact with us, checked to see if we needed anything. He was very nice. A great experience for us.

This home is PERFECT for a FL Vacation. The pool/patio/backyard offer great privacy and full-sun all day long. I cannot say enough great things about our stay. Miquel, the rental administrator, is first class and great to work with. We will definitely be staying here the next time we come to FL!!!

Loved the property, great house, pool, and outdoors. The owner is easy to work with, the managment responsible for the property are also there and responsive. Overall a great experience for a big family, enough space to sleep and enjoy the time together. The house is not too far from the ocean, altho it is a little drive.
