Had a large family group use the property and it was great. Porch views are amazing!

We stay at the Marsh cabin every year and it gets better each time. Upgrades and new remodeled area are the norm! The place is up to date and location is fantastic! Perfect setup for my senior parents and for the kids. I highly recommend and always appreciate the hospitality!

Despite the difficulties the home does not disappoint. Protected dock but the boat was under the dock. Still ok but you’ll need 4 tie offs for sure. The rooms are comfortable and the couches make a nice bed. Well stocked. Bring your own shampoo conditioner and bath soaps. May need more paper towels and tp. There are two refrigerators available for use. There’s no air conditioning, but the house stays fairly cool. There’s something for everyone you can pick cherries apples make sure that you put your boat in at the state big arm, boat launch. Do not try to use waddle it’s too shallow. we had no trouble leaving her boat in for the entire weekend, even though the wind came up a few times. The house is neat and tidy and super comfortable. The porch facing the lake is amazing.

Perfect vacation location. Close to town, restaurants, grocery and activities. Lakefront was awesome. Boat slip was a convenient added amenity to enabled us to enjoy water and boating activities. Close to boat launch. Lots of parking. Everything you could imagine in the kitchen for preparing meals. Comfortable beds. Amazing deck for meals and conversation. Hoping to book again.

This is a fantastic house and bunk house on the lake. We swam from the dock and did activities in Polson, Lake Side and Whitefish. We also boated to Wild Horse Island.

This property was perfect for our family of all ages to gather and celebrate our dad’s birthday! We will definitely be back.

This was our first time staying at Robynn’s home and we couldn’t be more pleased! There was plenty of space for all 17 of us and 3 dogs. When any issues did arise the owner was quick to respond and accommodate. We would love to come again!

This place is great. Lovely home on the lake with lots of yard and a boat slip. Our family had so much fun!

NICE LOCATION PERFECT FOR OUR STAY

Excellent Place !

Beautiful home that is well supplied to accommodate our family for the week between Christmas & New Years. We had everything we needed to relax, enjoy meals together and play games. Robynn does a great job of hosting so that our stay is great! So glad our family & dog were able to stay again this year. Thank you.

Our family had the best time celebrating my father’s 70th birthday. Plenty of room in the houses for the 15 of us. House was clean and well maintained.

Loved the setting & convenience of this property. House & guest house have everything necessary for accommodating a large group. Large back yard and dock were perfect for our needs!

Great stay . Clean property. Had everything we needed. Nice spot on the lake on a quiet part of Big Arm area on flat head. Responsive owner, nice dock, and front yard. Well-maintained. Close to state park with a good boat ramp, which is a plus.

Great location to Flathead Lake right on the Lake. Plenty of room for 10 of us to Play outside and Sleeping accommodations.

Property is well cared for, well stocked and is a great location on the lake.

This is a magnificent property, all that you could want. The house is extremely well stocked which was much appreciated. The owners were very accommodating in letting us check in a few hours early which was terrific. Only one slightly negative observation. The patio door was not opening properly when we got there. We didn't want to bother the owners and so managed to open it a little and just went through the gap. Our fault for not contacting the owners at the beginning because we were then charged for a repair man to come and fix it. We were also charged more than the cleaning fee stipulated because we were told the cleaning lady complained that the house was in such a state that she couldn't clean it all by herself. We rent vrbos multiple times a year and fact we had rented one in Missoula before we went up to Big Arm and I have never ever been charged for "extra cleaning". We are tidy, not messy people and we respect our owner's properties. So take care. But don't let these comments put you off, you will have a magnificent stay here and enjoy it immensely!

Great place and location. Surrounding area was beautiful. Close to everything we needed. Spent one day on the lake and over on Wild Horse Island (saw the horses). Morning view of the lake was spectacular. Great place for a base to explore all this part of Montana has to offer.

Clean and relaxing

The title says it all. We very much enjoyed this property. It had plenty of space for our family, was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had all of the necessary items to stay in and cook every meal - which we did. The view and lake were beautiful. I hope I get the opportunity to come back to the area and stay at this property!

Family all together. When it was raining, lots of visiting, cards and activities. When it was not raining more cards, visiting and more activities. Wonderful lake access, state park boat launch very close. Good R&R.

We spent three nights at this beautiful home. We rented both the house and the cottage and we’re very happy that we did. The house is lovely, has fabulous lake views and a deck with grill and lots of seating. The kitchen is well stocked and indoor living area is spacious and comfortable. Loved it!

This home was absolutely perfect for our small family gathering of 40. The property has a million dollar view of the lake, it was the perfect setting for my son’s wedding. We couldn’t be happier with our stay and are hoping there is a opening for next summer.
