Beautiful home that lends itself to relaxing and cooking in a very well-equipped kitchen. Inquired if there was a muffin tin and the host, Dave, supplied 2 new ones! He was very attentive and very nice. We were in town for my daughter’s wedding and the home was perfect for all 7 of us! Would definitely stay there again!

An enjoyable stay in Bodega Bay! Beautiful views & filled with all the amenities needed to feel right at home. Quiet and relaxing. Just what we needed.

This house is beautiful with the perfect ocean view. Not far from the beach. It is differently a house to relax and enjoy the sunset after a long day crabbing and fishing with the family.

We had a wonderful stay at David's home. It's a great spot for large groups to visit, with perfect views from a communal kitchen and family area. Being able to start the day with a walk to the beach and end it in the hot tub was another bonus. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

The house was perfect for our family get together. Our host, David, was very accessible and communicated all the needed information promptly. He even made arrangements to get us into the house a bit earlier! We highly recommend this house!

This Bodega Bay property was flawless. I had my family out from the east coast and they got a great feel for California coastal living. The layout of the house was excellent with many gathering areas. I would definitely stay here on my next trip to Bodega Bay!

Dave is very responsive and the location of the house cannot be beat. The master is beautiful and two of the other room have a fabulous view. Very happy with our stay. We had 4 couples total and had plenty of room.

My husband and I travel out to the coast every New Years Day with our kids. We decided to book this beautiful home last year (January 2022), in order to celebrate one year later (NY2023) 🙃 We celebrated the days leading up to NYE with family time in this beautiful home. Dinner down at Lucas Wharf, then lazy mornings with the kids. The area is great for walks around the hilly harbour neighborhood or trails that led down to the beach. The check in process was super easy and contact with David was great. We had family friends come over to celebrate NYE and everyone enjoyed a wonderful holiday. It was super helpful having everything labeled in the house so we were not searching for things. Having the light switches (there are many) labeled was appreciated. I enjoyed the different types of lighting you could have in the living room while watching tv or chatting with family/friends around the couch. Which by the way… the couch is amazing. Super comfy and huge! My kids loved it and so did I. This is a great house if you are looking for one in Bodega Bay. Especially if you are a golfer. My husband had 4 days of golf booked but unfortunately the rainy weather put a damper on that. He was able to golf on New Years Day. We got one sunset view out of 4 nights. If you are not from the area, the weather can be temperamental out there, just be aware. The other three nights it looked like we were in the clouds if you were to look outside. Views or not, we still enjoyed the house immensely. Thanks David!

Dave is the easiest and kindest property owner I’ve ever rented from. Aside from that, this house is huge, great for large families and provides for good privacy and sleeping arrangements. Due to the location and window construction, it is very hard to find a better view. Thanks again Dave!

House was perfect size for our group. It had a homey feeling but still space to do your own thing. It was close to all the things we had planned. Beautiful view of the ocean on the non-foggy days.

Four friends very much enjoyed this luxury home on the coast. It was well stocked with all we needed. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property, magnificent location, very finicky neighborhood association- virtually no talking or laughing outside after 10 pm or it disturbs the neighbors.So sitting outside and chatting around the firepit, or in the hot tub raises the neighbors complaints. That was really disappointing.

This property is amazing!! It has all of the amenities we could ask for. The kitchen was fully stocked and all of the beds and furniture were super comfortable. I was there with a bunch of girlfriends And would rent this property again in a heartbeat. Also it as a five minute walk to the beach

This is a wonderful home. Beautiful views, comfortable, exceptionally well equipped. Our family gathering of three households was very well accommodated in this home. Each family had their own “zone” in the home with ample space and there was a beautiful communal area to gather together. We highly recommend this home!

Very comfortable, pretty location with views of the water and short walk to the beach. Kitchen is great for making big meals, beds are comfortable. Owner was very responsive to questions and issues. Only down side was poor water pressure in the showers. Highly recommend!

My group of friends came to celebrate 3 birthdays and do some hiking. The house is lovely with some incredible views. We loved the large comfortable sofa and the large dining table for gathering. We did lots of cooking and the kitchen was well stocked. There was a bit of confusion when checking out because there are instructions on the fridge and different instructions in the book for the house but we hope we figured it out. The owner communicated prior to check in that the spa pump was broken and couldn

We had a lovely vacation while staying at the Oyster Catcher. The house is equipped with so many kitchen gadgets and it’s such a beautiful home. I highly recommend this beach house to everyone!
