This townhome is in a great location. Very short walk to the beach club (which is included) and to Seaside. Also a short drive to other iconic beach communities. The home is lovely. Well laid out, comfy and well provisioned. Two nice porches (one screened in) to catch the breeze and watch the people enjoying the Park right in front. Big supermarket (Publix) less than a 10 minute drive away. Will love to come back

We just spent 3 days at this cute townhouse in Watercolor. The location was perfect for walking to the beach, restaurants, and Seaside. The owner was great at communication - reached out several times before and during our stay. Would highly recommend!

Overall we had a wonderful stay in Watercolor at this property! The best feature was the location. It was walkable or bikeable to nearly everything. The home was clean and had everything we needed to have a very memorable stay! Thank you!!

Beautifully decorated, fabulous townhouse in the heart of Watercolor! The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a perfect family vacation. It is located only a short walk away from the Watercolor Beach Club resort pools and beach. The owner, Lisa, was amazing!! She sent us all of the information needed prior to our arrival and answered all of our questions promptly. We did not want to leave and will definitely rent this townhouse again!

Lisa's property in Watercolor is the best property we have stayed at in 14 years of coming to the Seaside area. We have stayed at the Watercolor Inn and many homes across the area. Lisa has gone through extra care to ensure her home feels comfortable, artistic, and beautiful. There are Schumacher pillows adorning the extra bedroom, Laura Park pillows from Luminary in Rosemary Beach on the master bed and so many pieces of beautiful original artwork that adorn every nook of this gorgeous home. The wallpaper in the bunk area will capture your child's heart and make them feel as special as you do staying here. The upstairs porch has a beautiful seashell collection you can see she has been collecting for a long time. This is like staying at your favorite aunt's home with the money that has the good sheets and chocolate from Neiman's. I highly recommend her home to any family. My children said it was their favorite place we've stayed too and pleasing a 15 and 18 year old is no easy task these days. The location was incredible. We took photos in the Rosemary Cerulean park for my daughters Senior year and also loved being able to walk to Seaside for coffee or breakfast. 15 out of 10 stars!

We had a wonderful stay in this darling condo in Watercolor. It felt very spacious for our family of 4 and was well stocked. I cooked Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen with no problems and it had everything we needed. I brought throw blankets since usually places we rent don't have them but this place did and that was really nice! The decor is lovely and the place is was very well kept. We'd stay here again for sure!

The condo was super convenient and we love the access to the Watercolor pools! Would highly recommend.

Perfect location for our family! So close to Watercolor beach club and walking into Seaside for dinner. Camp Watercolor was an easy bike ride away and my kids loved it. Everything was beautiful and relaxing! We will stay again!

Lisa's home is absolutely amazing. It has everything you need and she truly goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Already looking forward to next year.

Our family had a great beach vacation! We all agreed that it was our best! Perfect location! It was just a couple of minutes from the Beach Club and our favorite restaurant Fish Out Of Water. The townhome was so beautifully decorated and so clean! The owner, Lisa, was so nice and thoughtful to ensure that everything went perfectly. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent property! Amazing home feeling townhouse very close to the beach and restaurants. Publix nearby and the owner has provided everything everything to cook in a fully equipped kitchen. We spent most of our week on the beach( only 5 minute walk from the property) We enjoyed tie table for meals,playing cards & games with the family.

We had the best time ever! This property is stunning. The decor and amenities are perfection. The location is outstanding, close to shops, and just steps to watercolour beach club. Lisa, the owner could not have been more thoughtful with tips for restaurants, she had arranged beach club bracelets for us, bikes, a welcome gift and was super quick to respond. She even texted us to let us know we could gain early access if we were waiting to check-in, how sweet is that?! We will be back and obviously by my review, highly recommend!

Lisa’s place was perfect for our family of 5! The townhome is very clean and beautifully decorated. It’s also walking distance to shops, restaurants, the Watercolor Inn amenities and the beach. Lisa is easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was immaculate and perfectly located- you could easily walk or bike to the beach/beach club pools or the boathouse/lakehouse pool. Everything was clean with beautiful coastal decor. Lisa was SO responsive and easy to work with. We can't wait to come back!

The property was perfect for our family of four. Location within Watercolor was wonderful- easy walk to beach club or down to Seaside- no golf cart needed! The property was well appointed and stocked with basics in the kitchen and baths. Owner/host was a delight to communicate with beforehand and at checkin. No issues whatsoever during the stay but I’m sure she would have been very responsive.

Excellent all the way around! You can’t beat the location for convenience to all the amenities of Watercolor. Host is amazing too!

Lisa was amazing to work with and was always available for any questions. We loved staying in her place and already are making plans to come back. The property is in the ideal location of watercolor...easy walk to beach club and loved the bikes to get to camp watercolor. It was so nice to have beach equipment available to use instead of packing it or renting it.

The location was great and the host was fantastic! You could hear the water fountains in Cerulean Park from the porch, which was very relaxing. The townhome is steps from the Water Color resort pool, private beach access and the boat house. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook and entertain.

You cannot find a better location in Watercolor. The green space in front of it is beautiful and the five minute walk to the resort pool and beach made this trip truly remarkable. We loved the towel service Watercolor offered. The house had all that we needed (including beach toys!) and Lisa the host is excellent at communication. We didn’t need to call her for anything but I felt confident that if I did, she’d respond and help! We hope to return!
