We had a nice stay at Ms.Wood's property in Atlantic Beach. She was having an issue with the air conditioner when we arrived, but she was on top of it. Repairman had already been there. Kept us updated on the issue. And we had a nice cool stay.

Lisa’s duplex is exactly as advertised. The location cannot be beat; only one block away from the beach. The property is clean and very well cared for. And Lisa goes out of her way to make sure you’re comfortable with your stay. Moreover, she’s very responsive if you have any questions. Highly recommend.

We first came upon this rental in 2021. We stayed for a week and loved it so much we knew we would be back.
We just stayed another week and loved it again. The area is in a quiet and clean neighborhood.
The ramp to the beach is so close, my 7 year old knew exactly how to get there. Our dogs love running from the back of the house to the front. Lisa is a great host and my husband and I decided we will be back again next year!

We enjoyed our time at Lisa's place. We loved that the beach access was right across the road. It's also close enough to walk to Crab's Claw Restaurant. The place was well stocked with everything you may need. The fenced front yard was nice since we had our 2 dogs and we all loved sitting on the back deck. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The beach is literaĺy 5 min walk. Loved being outside on the deck in the evenings. We loved that it was pet friendly and we didnt have to worry about them.

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at Lisa's beach cottage! It had every thing we and our small dog required for our residence away from homes. The place is one of the nicest and cleanest I've stayed in in Atlantic Beach. Thanks again Lisa!

Lisa was great, very responsive! Kitchen had everything needed to cook, the beach was a 2-3 minute walk and internet was solid enough to work a few days too. Dog friendly as well!

I called the contact to let me in because the key box was corroded. Then the internet hence the television didn’t work.
I repeatedly complained and she did nothing.

This is our 6th year staying in Lisa's place and we absolutely love it. We always bring our dog and having a little yard for him is perfect. We love the location - it's an easy walk to the beach. And the interior of the house is great - always clean, lots of towels and everything we need for a great beach vacation. Can't wait til next year!

Location to the public access to the beach is great but the neighborhood is strict for any noise. Even though this is supposedly a pet friendly rental you have to keep your dog inside till 9am in case your dog barks. All dogs bark in new strange locations at first. Cleanliness was just subpar. We had to rewash all of the tableware and cook ware before utilizing. The couch was extremely
dirty. The owner of the property is a really nice person.

Great place, especially with a large dog!
Just got back from our stay and we had a great time! Very clean! Met the owner on arrival, and she was very nice! The enclosed porch around the cottage was a favorite for our dog, as he loved watching all the people and other dogs walking by. Quick walk to the beach made it easy to get stuff out to the sand. VERY PLEASED!!!

This place is perfect -- has everything we need: everything needed to cook and is always very clean. Literally 3 minutes from door to beach, and that is if you have to walk a few yards left or right of the access path. We absolutely love it!

Everything was clean & very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. No ice maker or ice trays so grab a bag of ice on your way in. Fenced yard was perfect for my dogs. Definitely will be returning to stay again.

Great vacation
We were very pleased with the house. It is not big but big enough for the five of us. Everything we needed was there and in good condition. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. We also used the grill. Loved the deck and the fenced-in area for my dog. Location was great--5 minute (or less) walk to beach and close to eating places and stores. Very quiet family-oriented neighborhood. We had a great time!

I could not ask for a more perfect location and place to stay. Excellent communication, clean and spacious home, all amenities for cooking, coffee, TV and nice, fast internet so we can get work done. I absolutely love staying here.
