The entire process was so easy which made our stay all the more enjoyable! Everything we needed or wanted to visit was in walking distance as promised! Highly recommend a stay in this beautiful tastefully restored and styled home.

The property is perfectly situated for a weekend in Kyenton It is in a main street of Kyenton across from a cute cafe . We walked to all the lovely places in Kyneton .Close to Hanging Rock and Woodend and Daylesford The Beds are sooooo comfy and the garden setting very special .We loved our stay and would love to come back one dau

Thankyou Jane for hosting us at your gorgeous place. What a perfect position to be able to walk to the river, to the shops and to all the fabulous eateries in beautiful Kyneton. The house was so cosy and well equipped and the welcome package of bread, milk, chocolate was a lovely touch. The quality of the linen and the fitout of the house made for a warm atmosphere. It was just what we needed.

Piper & Powlett is a beautifully maintained and furnished home in the perfect location. It's warm, inviting and luxurious and is a short walk to Kyneton's best restaurants as well as the Animus distillery. Thank-you also Jane for your kind and attentive hosting. From the get go, Jane was so easy to communicate with and very accomodating. Her place is beautiful, cosy and in a fantastic location. I loved admiring the art work on the walls and the little touches Jane has put around the house to make it feel like a ‘home’. The whole house was spotlessly clean and the beds were so comfortable. The little extra touches (surprises in the pantry) were enjoyed by us all. Although we didn’t have much time to enjoy what Kyneton had to offer due to family commitments, I can’t wait to return and do some exploring. I definitely would stay at Piper & Powlett again if the opportunity arises.

The property was a pleasure to stay in. Beautifully furnished, comfortable beds and lounge chairs. Beautiful lead light windows & pressed metal ceilings, give the house that old world feeling. Heaters and air-conditioning throughout keeps the warm and cosy. The perfect position in Piper Street allows you to walk everywhere. Great restaurants & coffee shops across the road. Perfect place to relax and wind down. Thank you Jane for a very pleasant stay.

Piper & Powlett is a perfect oasis. The house has everything you would need and is immaculate inside, with big rooms and comfortable furniture that make it a great place to stay. Right across the street from many cafe's and restaurants if you feel the need, coffee is about 20 metres away for when you are half awake in the morning.

It was a lovely surprise to find not only could we check in super early but the heating had been turned on and was so warm inside.We had a celebratory lunch in the pergola and a walk to the botanical gardens

Jane’s house was spotless, great location, beautifully furnished and such comfortable beds. Everything you need in a perfect location, the off street parking was very handy. Love to return again.

The house is exceptional. The decor, the cleanliness and the location are perfect. The attention to detail is a credit to the owner. I wish all properties were of this standard.

One of the best houses we’ve stayed in for a weekend away. Walking distance to everything, but quiet and cosy. The beds were so comfortable, all the little touches made it so hospitable and Jane was so helpful for any questions we had before and during the stay. Highly recommend!
