SPA aria and the view were amazing. Rooms are spacious and confortable.

The elevators setting can be improved to secure a smarter way of timely utilization. It requires a lot of time waiting and creating queues of people in front all the 3 elevators.

The hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel. It has seen some wear and tear over the years and you could tell. One thing that was super annoying is that there was just 1 chair on the balcony. And we stayed in an apartment meant for 5. I asked for additional.chairs a total of 3 times and even though was told we would get the chairs, they never arrived. It was a very simple and easy to accomodate request and i can not understand why it was not delivered. We were there for 4 days so sufficient time to correct. Surely a 5 star hotel would not fail to. The pool area was cleaned quite superficial so as you swam, you could see dirt under the chairs. A but gross really. On one occasion they were cleaning one of the small pools with chemicals but failed to inform guests proactively. So i saw people bathing. In the chemicals.

The spa centre which is provided with everything needed. It's made for real relaxation. Everything was clean. There were a variety of different foods
