We chose to return to Hawaii this location for Thanksgiving after our first stay. This property is clean, conveniently located, and ideal if you want to be off the beaten path. The property managers are kind and attentive. The other guests and owners are friendly and low-key. This is a great place if you want to truly get away from it all while still being able to expereince it all!

A very nice, clean unit. A/C is not on a timer which is wonderful. Pull out couch was a nice feature. Beds were comfortable. Very homey. Would recommend and stay again. No neighbor noise. Views were fantastic.

Great location. Well equipped. The highlight was watching the whales and a sea turtle from the patio while having our morning coffee. Awesome!

Two bathrooms was very useful. We had everything we needed, washer dryer, beach chairs and water toys, extra towels, and coffee pot. The entire condo is very nice. Maui is a calm and comfortable vacationing spot. I would go again.

Our first visit to Maui and it was so incredible! From the initial contact with Kathy and throughout our entire stay we felt welcomed and completely at home with everything. She ensured our trip was a fantastic one and was continually in contact with us regarding any questions we might have. The condo was perfect, it literally had everything we could possibly need and more! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities and utensils and the huge supply of beach gear was a definite plus we were not expecting. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable and we completely felt at home there. We loved the beautifully landscaped grounds and thoroughly enjoyed every minute we spent there. The beach out front provided our first experience swimming with turtles and the large stretch of beach made for amazing sunrise walks each day. We especially appreciated the location of the condo in respect to the island itself. Having it centrally located allowed us to easily travel to other areas of the island and not be too far from it. I would without hesitation recommend unit 101 - we will definitely be returning to this lovely condo on the beach!

It was beautiful, just like the pictures. Centrally location. Could use updated chairs in the living room. Otherwise very nice. Quite and enjoyable. Love the fact that they had beach stuff to use.

We loved the bottom floor, corner unit. Beds were comfy, kitchen well equipped, and lots of chairs, boogie boards, and beach towels for fun on the beach. Full size W/D was a blessing. Ample seating on the patio watching the waves. Location is ideal for getting to kahailuhi or Lahaina easily. And if you book a snorkel trip, sunset cruise or whale watching trip, you are a skip and a jump from the Maalea Harbor. Which is great for 6:45am check ins! A few downers....parking is only for one vehicle per unit. Other can was parked on the street. Parking spaces are tight. Our friends car was sideswiped in a parking space. Rental company wasn’t too worried about the scrapes, just keep that in mind when parking though. And from the pictures it appears the beach is right out in front of the complex. There’s a sea Wall/bulkhead so beach access is down the way. But then it opens up to a beautiful very long, pretty calm beach. (Sugar Beach). Our first time to travel with others and needing a two bedroom unit. Would stay there again. Mahalo.

Hands down the best condo in the building! This was our second visit to this building but our first in this specific apartment. I can not recomend it enough! With total privacy and a view over the ocean - this can not be beat! This apartment is located at the end of the building, giving you all the privacy you want since no one needs to pass you to ge to their place. Since it’s at ground level you can walk straight out to the pool or beach without having to run to the back of the building and up and down the stairs. It’s very well furnished and has a very well equipped kitchen with everything you might need. There is a whole closet full of beach and sand toys, snorkel gear, a surf board and brand new beach chairs ;-) In the evenings we’d put the kids to bed and put two of the terrace chairs in the lawn in front and just watch the ocean, the sea turtles and a ton of flying fish! I can’t recomend this place enough!

If you don’t love the sound of the ocean, being feet away from waters edge, seeing Whales, and sea turtles from the lanai, and being in a quiet serene neighborhood then this is not the place for you. ;-) Seriously though, we have stayed in this condo twice now and this condo was perfect on the ground floor.

Great location on the water with your own little quiet corner to enjoy the scenery! Well supplied unit with lots of extras. BBQ and pool easy to get to, but not too close so little noise from others. Everything worked ok, but unit is showing it's age with minor things needing fixing. (Drain on AC is plugged so unit spits water out in front of the sliding glass door, towel rack in master bath kept falling off wall.) Overall we had a great stay in the condo.

Beautiful condo, with a a truly spectacular view from the lenai. As someone who is in a wheelchair it was a added plus to find out when we arrived that the master bedroom and bathroom was able to easily accommodate my chair. I was nervous to go to a beach vacation in my chair, but being able to wheel out and watch the turtles in the water right out in front of the condo was fantastic! The only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 instead of a 5 was the lack of easy beach access.

My new husband and I spent a week at this wonderful condo for our honeymoon in October. Prior to arriving, we were provided with a thorough description of the property, including perfect driving directions, rules and privileges of the grounds, contact info for the property manager and on site access codes for the locks and pool. The staff made travel to the condo effortless to arrive at any time of day or night with the easy access of a lock box. We were pleased to walk in to the view of the ocean right out the back slider.... with waves crashing at the sand just feet from the back landing. The condo was clean and furnished including a master bedroom king size bed more comfortable than a resort hotel. Our costco card came in handy with easy access to stock the kitchen with our own groceries to cook with. This condo has modern appliances, a large washer and dryer, cooled air and a picturesque view of the sand and shore with patio furniture to enjoy breakfast or coffee and watch the sun rise and set. Parking right out front was always available and the swimming pool was clean and warm. We got to know our neighbors, out at the barbecues right out the slider as well.... completely friendly vacationers all around, sharing info of the days snorkeling finds and island activities. My husband and I snorkeled with sea turtles right out the back door / rock break.... and along the reef just to the left. - There is a shower available to wash the sand off right out of the ocean up the front steps.... And... at the end of the day swimming, the condo offers a portable shower head as well as a bath tub for a quick change from swimwear to evening. It is a great location - with an ocean aquarium and small grocery store at the end of the block and the action of Lahaina just a half hour up the road.... 15 minutes from several great surfing locations and a close drive from the Kahului airport. Without a doubt we would stay here again any time of year and for any length of time. We had the pleasure of meeting one of the staff members cleaning the unit next to us for the next guests....in planning our trip, making last minute travel arrangements, and enjoying the condo, we experienced warm hospitality, a clean and fully furnished place to enjoy - the easy access of the ocean at our door and everything we could possibly need to make it a home away from home for a week we were so sad to have to leave. We highly recommend this property !

My family has been vacationing at this property for many years and this was our first stay in this condo unit. It is very clean and updated with new carpet, furniture and beds. We had a blast at the pool and on the beach which was literally steps away. The condo has lots of beach toys, boogie boards, etc..The evenings were very peaceful out on the lanai and really enjoyed the sound of waves crashing on the beach. The condo is very well stocked with everything you need. The washer and dryer were great to have since we packed light for our trip. The location of the condo is close to the harbor, shops and aquarium and it is located close to the airport (about 10 miles away). My grandson left his favorite blanket at the condo and the owner personally made sure it was shipped back to us in California. Great place to spend your vacation!

Loved the close access to the ocean, being on the ground floor, having a quiet beach for great morning walks and great views of all the ocean and turtles too. Pool was nice and clean and the condo is tucked away in the corner so nice and private. Really appreciated the beach toys - boogie boards, beach chairs and the ample amount of beach towels- they came in very handy! They also had some snorkeling equipment and sand toys. The condo was well stocked - even had some kitchen items like salt/peppers, some spices and oils for cooking.We loved being in a quieter area but close enough for daily visits to Kihei and Lahaina. If I could recommend anything it would be having head boards in the 2nd bedroom would be a plus as my son hit his head against the cement wall a few times. (he's ok :).) Definitely would recommend this place to my friends and would definitely come here again.

Great place to stay. Plenty of room for us and our 2 kids and we even brought Grandma. Can't get any closer to the beach than this. The bottom floor gives you a nice grass area and there are lots of beach toys available. We did have some plumbing issues but the lady that takes care of the place came right away to help us. The location is very central to a lot of activities and in Maalaea Bay you get a nice breeze so the temp is just right. The condo could use an upgrade to its floors, it has carpet and most other condos have upgraded to tile floor which I would prefer. But overall great place for the price! I would definitely choose this again over a hotel. With kids it's much easier to cook our own meals vs going out so much.

Nice location, ground level is really nice to have easy walk to the pool and grills. Unit was very clean and nice to have the washer/dryer. Great views of the sunrise. Great to have all the beach stuff for use. Easy access to the beach for walking.

We just arrived yesterday and could not be more pleased. This is perfect with a 3 and 5 year old. Ground level in the corner and secure. We can definitely relax without being paranoid of the kiddos running around a corner. My mother was a paraplegic and this would have worked well for her which is a big plus in my mind. Fully equipped and clean. I know we will have a wonderful week already!

It was an absolute pleasure to have stayed at this Condo, we were able to watch whales right from our ground floor Lanai, Sea turtles swimming right up to the beach, we enjoyed our walks to the Maui Ocean Center which was only about a 15 minute walk away. also Beach Bum Café was a nice place to relax and enjoy a great meal or just happy hour. It was our pleasure to have lunch with Kathy one afternoon (she couldn't have been more helpful) we now consider her a good friend and will definitely book with her again.

Our first visit to Maui could have not been better! Lori's condo is very nicely situated right on the water with great views of the bay without the crowds. The unit is very comfortable for 4 people and conveniently located on the island to all attractions. From here we could explore the whole island but the best part was whale watching from our lanai and the great sandy beach adjacent to the community where we could swim, snorkel, even see sea turtles and go on long walks without having to go anywhere with a car. Ma'alea harbor is within walking distance for boat trips and eating out. Thank you so much for allowing us to experience a slice of paradise in your condo! We hope to come back one day!
