Great location with all that you need for a city break

Cleanliness was superb. Facilities were better than described on booking.com - dishwasher and washing machine with tablets - that was great. I also enjoyed quite good location - fair deal for the price.

Dear host - it is NOT OK to enter the apartment almost every time Your guests go sightseeing. And if You really need to check if A/C is off, it is NOT OK to steal eggs from the fridge (2x)! This is also NOT OK that there were bad bugs in our mattress :(((

Friendly and comfortable.

Modern. Comfortable. Quiet. First floor apartment. Sofa bed is good size double bed. Plenty of wall sockets .Fridge stocked with water, milk, juices, cheese, butter and yoghurts. Breakfast croissants, bread and cakes also provided. Location good in low town. Ten minute walk to city centre. Some restaurants/bars/shops nearby. A nice/scenic thirty minute walk (20 mins uphill) to Citta A'Alta or use bus/venicular (cable car).

No lift. Apartment on first floor. Have to carry suitcases up/down winding staircase. Only one mirror in apartment over bathroom sink.

The communication with the host was great. He offered us tips about the city and he lift the fridge stacked with water, juice, milk, yoghurt, eggs and everything we needed to prepare a delicious breakfast.

The shower hose was damaged and the water was leaking through it, therefore you couldn't quite use the shower head. It needs to replaced.

Host was very helpful. Plenty of food for breakfast.

In the city center. Available for late checkin, 2am, with no extra cost. Complementary water and juice, croissants and eggs for breakfast. We only had some water.

the host met us on arrival - helped us with our luggage and showed us around the apartment which was amazing with a fully stocked fridge filled with fresh food - exceptional customer service and cant wait to return !

Location, space and amenities.

The offer of transportation to the apt was great, as we came late in the evening. The fridges were full of continental breakfast food and juices which was great. The host carried some of our cases.. Thank you! It was a close walk to town and sites which was a big plus also.

Not really a didn't like, but for a longer stay, a tv or radio would be nice. Also for 2 people perfect, but 4 was a little tight, but ok for a short stay.

The apartment was excellent, very comfortable. Close to everything. We came from Milan by train and we walked from the station and with the very clear instructions it was easy to find. Lovely area with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket close by. All facilities as described on website with plenty of toiletries, washing liquid and dishwasher tablets. More than expected of food for breakfast. Eggs, yoghurts, bread, milk, cheese spread, jams, milk, cake, croissants, fruit juice. Coffee and selection of tea. Everything you could think of. Ate twice in a small family restaurant only a couple of doors from the apartment. Food was amazing as were the staff and good price too.

Everything was perfect, beds were comfortable, aprtamenets were fully equipped. There was a lot of milk, water and juice in the fridge. Enough food for breakfast.

There could be a paper towels in the kitchen.

A little cold at entering time, after turning the heating higher made the apartment warm enough

We stayed twice at this place. Again, the host has been really friendly and helpful. Everything was just perfect!

Exceptionally clean, all the accessories you might need to cook, nice and warm and a generous breakfast. Above all, the host is very kind. Would totally recommend!

went for a trip to Milan from Bergamo and the connected flight was from Bergamo so we stayed the second time here for our trip, everything is great and special thanks to Mr.Asif Ali who manages the place and was very nice and helpfull and even helped us get a taxi in the morning to the airport.
