This is a clean, very comfortable 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with easy walk to bay and beach, and all the bars and restaurants in Dewey Beach. Yet the immediate neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, at least in the Fall. Property owner was great with communication. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect rental for family with 2 yr. old. Close proximity to great restaurants & beach. Early October vacation = awesome weather/quiet beaches!! Two suggestions: brighter light @ entrance door; bannister @ entrance door.

First time vacationing at Delaware beaches and we all loved it right from the start…This house is in the perfect location: one block to the beach, walking distance to everything you could possibly need and want to do. This home is fully stocked with plenty of beds and living space. The deck is extra large where we enjoyed quality family time. The overall vibe in Dewey and Rehoboth is amazing. The people are friendly and very welcoming. Our only disappointment was that our vacation had to end…we are definitely coming back. Thank You to the Hitt family for sharing your home we enjoyed it immensely!

My family had a wonderful time staying at this accommodation. I highly recommend it!! The property manager was great to work with and answered all of my questions. The house is located perfectly in Dewey and is well stocked. It was a fantastic vacation!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Close to the beach, entertainment, restaurants. The kitchen is fully stocked, as is the bathrooms. The pans could use replacement, and a few cosmetic repairs could be done, but overall a great vacation. Plenty of room for 4 of us, and Lexie ( the dog).

Convenient, dog-friendly rental with fenced-in backyard. We had a easy, relaxing stay!

This was our third rental in Dewey Beach in the past decade -- and by far the BEST.The pictures don't do justice to the property. All high-def TVs, ample space, and just about every amenity one could hope for. The fenced-in backyard was absolutely wonderful for our two dogs to wander, sniff, and "do their business." The gas grill was large and very serviceable. Plenty of grill tools out back. The shed holds a ton of beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys.One master bedroom (which our son used) had plenty of space and windows -- leading out to the large backyard deck and yard. HUGE master bathroom.My husband and I chose the second master bedroom due to the Queen-sized bed. Due to its blue walls, it was a welcome respite and allowed us to sleep in a bit. That bathroom was smaller, but serviceable.Had I to do it again, I would have switched with my son (but we didn't want a double bed at the time). The third bedroom had a bunk bed and single twin.The kitchen was spacious, the living room very comfortable, and the dining room was great for my son to attend his online classes, as well as serving as a great spot for our dinners.There is an outdoor shower that we did not use, and a hose where we could rinse off our feet. Had the last day been warmer, I likely would have used the hose to wash our dogs prior to traveling home.There is a garbage service that will bring your trash bins to the curb. I appreciated that service as I was a bit late getting trash out on a Monday morning.Frank was quickly responsive to the questions that I had.This likely will be our last beach rental for a bit, but I would absolutely rent this home again. Thank you, Frank, for such a welcoming place to call "home" for one week.I give the house & property 5 stars. Location is 4 stars simply because of its proximity to busy roads, especially on weekends.
