My sister, brother, sister-in-law, and I celebrated our July birthdays at Eagle Harbor Waterfront--for which I got 5 stars for my choice! I drafted Deb to be Goddess of Weather during our stay--and she performed perfectly. We hope we are able to revisit next year!

Our family of five adults so enjoyed our stay here! The Waterfront Home makes the most of its location, with two patios overlooking Eagle Harbor and a couple seating areas even nearer to the water. We spent a lot of time soaking in the quiet and great view, watching the herons and a pair of seals playing on the piers, and kayaking around the harbor. Kitchen is well appointed and stocked with a few treats so we didn't need to rush to the store when we arrived (to the delightful Town and Country Market). Plenty of room to spread out and gather, comfy bedrooms. Excellent restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Quick trip to the ferry, and the Bloedel Reserve and Fay Bainbridge Park are an easy drive away. Prompt communication with helpful hosts before and during our visit. Definitely plan to return!

We had a lovely experience. The house is amazing and we loved sitting on the porch to enjoy the views. We took full advantage of the sea kayaks and bikes available to us (though biking was more challenging than we anticipated!) Deb was a wonderful hostess. We appreciated the food and drinks that helped us relax and enjoy our stay from the moment of our arrival. Would definitely visit again!

Deb was an amazing and gracious host! During COVID we weren’t able to come out as originally scheduled and she let us move our date into the Fall. She had great tips for food, activities and was always responsive to any questions we had. We loved the property and the view was awesome! Wonderful memories. 😊

I can’t even think of how this trip could have been made better. From my first contact with the host to our goodbye at the end of our stay, everything was perfect. The host provided lots of “things to do” information so we could pre-plan our visit. The location was perfect . . . walkable from the ferry and all things downtown. We also took full advantage of the house amenities (kayaks, bikes, barbecue grill). If you are looking for a place for family or a group of friends, I highly recommend this property.

Property was perfect for our family gathering. The house had spectacular views, beautifully appointed rooms, handy kayaks and bicycles, and it’s location was convenient to town and the ferry.

This house was the perfect get a way for our family to get together. The bedrooms downstairs were perfect for the family with small children and the upstairs is where we cooked, ate, visited and played rumikub. My only complaint is that the time was too short!

Very attentive and welcoming owner. The home is very functional with great features (gas fireplaces, keypad entry, walk-in shower, and basement hangout) and in a great location, waterfront and walkable to T&C and downtown stores/restaurants. We had a great experience.

6 friends and I stayed at this beautiful home for the weekend to celebrate my birthday. The hosts were wonderful - they made us feel super welcome, were very easy to communicate with, and left us delicious treats (snacks and drink!) to start our weekend :) The kitchen was fully stocked with necessities, and we ran into no issues. The location and views are perfect and we loved being able to walk into town and go on picturesque walks. We'll hopefully be back again to stay in summer!

The location cannot be beat with this beautiful waterfront home. Walk to the ferry or downtown in minutes. Bike to hiking trails or take a kayak out on the water. Lovely stay in a lovely home.

Bainbridge Island is the perfect getaway. We visited Debrah‘s house for our annual girls trip and we were so comfortable! We enjoyed the kayaking and most of all just sitting on the deck and Catching up!

This property is more beautiful than the photos portray. The location feels relatively secluded, yet it is two blocks from shops, restaurants, and an amazing grocery store. The owners are terrific! It was exactly what I needed after A year+ of lockdown. Going back next summer 😁

Comfortably designed, fully equipped, super clean, spacious, quiet, short walk to grocery store, restaurants, shops, walking paths and the Ferry Station. Two large decks with full view of the water and marina. On-site property contact was always available and helpful. It was perfect!

We had a wonderful time here! As we all know, it’s not easy traveling with kids… much less three. Much less when they are 4, 2 and 5 months old! But Deb was incredibly accommodating and made the entire experience so easy. The house itself was perfect for us - enough space for everyone to have their own room and the downstairs TV area was perfect for the toddlers to play. The walk into ‘town’ took all of 5 minutes (and there is a kids park and a grocery store on the way!). There is also the Bainbridge Children’s Museum (approx 8 min walk) which is a great way to spend a rainy afternoon with kids. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Just wish the host wouldn’t make us feel like criminals by the tone and questions she has presented. And even the way she talked to my friend for a incident that occurred. Wish the stay was more welcoming and not a law book text and call. Other than that the place is pretty sweet. Just didn’t expect such a muddy beach due to random days of it being high tide and low tide.

As beautiful as this location looks online, it was even more fabulous in person. The dining area, living space and large porch share an ever changing view of the harbor that captures you the moment you open the front door. If you enjoy photography or just want a relaxing place to recharge, this is the place for you. The bedrooms are all stylishly decorated with wonderful views The bed and bedding in our bedroom was very comfortable. The hosts go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. The kitchen was stocked with breakfast foods for the next morning, so you don’t have to go grocery shopping when you first arrive. (However, when you do need a grocery store it is a very short walk away.) The kitchen cabinets contain many different types of spices, flour, sugar, coffee and tea. The electric tea kettle was so great that I wrote down the brand, as I need one for myself! Plenty of silverware, dishes, and all kinds of kitchen utensils were provided. I loved that you had a choice of different wine glasses and the hosts even gift you a bottle or two of wine. I have never stayed in a VRBO that had such a well stocked kitchen, as this one. The backyard had several spots to sit and enjoy the harbor views closer up. The property also provides several kayaks, life jackets and paddles with a private entry into the water. I had never been in a kayak before, but I felt very comfortable giving it a try. If all of this wasn’t enough, the host was a warm, friendly person who shares her knowledge of the area with you.

They treat you like cherished friends and you immediately feel welcome. They provided so many little touches that made this much more than a rental and it truly felt like home. The location was amazing... Right on the water and very private. A very short walk to a fantastic grocery store, town or the Seattle ferry. Easy parking just steps from the door, no street noise, easy keyless entry....it couldn't be more convenient. We had bikes/helmets and kayaks/life jackets for our enjoyment. The ease of grabbing a kayak and heading out for a gentle paddle amongst harbor seals and past docked ferry boats is something my teenager will keenly miss. The kitchen was immaculate and had absolutely everything we needed and the owners were quick to offer other things we might need. Lots of supplies for many types of meals or entertaining. So much space to spread out and very warm and cozy with the 2 fireplaces and heating system. Many cozy seating options. The large covered deck overlooking the harbor was our safe Covid hangout with room for dining and relaxing, complete with outdoor fire table. Even our family from the PNW were impressed with our spacious outdoor hangout! Laundry facilities were impeccable with plenty of supplies. Plenty of TP, paper towels, linens, soap, and cleaning supplies. Communication from the owners was excellent. We received responses immediately and they really went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Beds and linens comfortable and warm with cozy chairs, good lighting, desks and tables for working and studying and ample closet space. The internet was screaming fast. My kids did online school and my husband handled his online business while I watched Netflix! I could keep going. We have rented dozens of houses over the years and this was the one we all had a hard time saying goodbye to. We would come back tomorrow if it was available! Thank you so much for memories that will last us a lifetime.

Me and two of my best friends just stayed here and even with the crummy smoke, we had a blast! The house is amazing, the location was perfect and we all were impressed with how well stocked it was with amenities! Deb and Rico were excellent to Rent from and were beyond helpful! We look forward to coming back next summer :)

We were obsessed with the kayaks (and the row boat) and enjoyed the private access to the water. We also loved all of the space on the house! The kids could easily take over the downstairs with games and a fort! Ha ha! While us adults enjoyed the living room but we lived the top porch. We were out there for hours- different times of the day and night. And the little shops nearby were fun to walk through too! #masks It was a fun weekend for sure.
