Beautiful sunsets!

Excellent location. Love boating. Only drawback was not having a floating dock to tie my boat. But we managed. Booked this property again for Father’s Day weekend.

Great view of the water! We enjoyed watching the sunsets over the Gulf and the nature. Nice big and open kitchen/ living room combo where we cooked breakfast and dinner and spent the afternoons exploring the nature coast.

First, the view is unbeatable! House (trailer) was just ok, had a few cleanliness issues but Mo addressed them quickly. Very good communication but would have been better if the issues hadn’t happened. Neighborhood wasn’t super nice but felt very safe. We stayed 3 weeks so got to know the place pretty well.

This vacation home is right on the water. However, it is full of what appears to be black mold and has a stench that supports that. We had to open EVERY window and run the AC unit 24/7. We left early in the morning and stayed away til late at night. We eventually left early because of breathing problems associated with this home. Our family and newborn granddaughter was supposed to join us but there was NO WAY we would let them enter this home.

Fishing was great. Owner and Bldg manager were the best !

We enjoyed our stay. Nice being right on the water. Fantastic sunsets. Communication with property manager was nice, explained a lot about the area and sites to see. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic view! Dolphins right in the backyard! House is comfortable with plenty of room for a family. Property manager lives nearby if something comes up and the owner is very quick to respond to questions or concerns. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! We relaxed on the dock by the water and took in all of the wildlife. It's so beautiful and peaceful. We will definitely be back.

My experience would have been better under different circumstances. Location and access to local venues convenient. Great view of gulf, and sunsets! Accommodations adequate, great kitchen space for chef wannabees. Outdoor area to entrance needs a bit of sprucing . Oh, and highlight of my stay was an earling morning walk on seawall and was visited by a dolphin! Up close and personal!

Beautiful sunsets and lots of birds around! Very quiet place. This is a very taken care of property. Very clean and comfortable. The owner and property manager are very responsive and caring. We needed this!

Seeing dolphins everyday while sitting having my morning coffee was breathtaking. I would go back again and again. Best view in Hudson.

This property was exactly what we needed! It is located about an hour from St. Petersburg, crystal springs, and Tampa. This kept us away from the crowds in the city, but close enough to visit when we wanted. We saw dolphins nearly every day from back yard, and could watch the tides come and go. The neighbors were very friendly, and all made us feel welcome. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed at Signal Cove for a week of thanksgiving. The house is clean and tidy, it has everything you need in it. Since the weather was good, we spent all the time outside enjoying the beautiful view of the bay. Every morning at about 8 am right in front of the house we could watch several dolphins hunt for fish. You don't even need to take a dolphin tour. It's every day and it's free. Hudson is located near St. Petersburg and we went there to spend the day. There is also a very interesting place nearby that is worth visiting - Tarpon Springs, a Greek town with good restaurants and souvenir shops. In short, we liked everything. We were met by the property manager Jesse, a very friendly person. Mauro was very friendly and helpful too. We highly recommend this property. Of course we will rent it again.

Was beautiful nice place and seen a 🐬 only for a minute but it was so cool ..very relaxing.....

We enjoyed our stay. Dolphins came by every morning at incoming high tide put on a show chasing bait. We drove north to crystal river and spent the day. Also had a great day 45 min south fishing at honeymoon island. Location is great especially with a boat having direct access to the gulf.

Great location, nicely finished and great view of the bay and gulf. Renters should know that the air filter had apparently not been changed in quite a while. I changed it, found a new one in the hallway closet. Place smells very musty and gave people with allergies issues. Also, one of the advertised bedrooms just has a fold out sofa sleeper which was small and very uncomfortable. My mom didn't get any sleep and nobody used it after the first night. Better air quality and a real bed in the 2nd bedroom would go a long way to improve these accommodations.

I took my parents in there 70s here because they love to fish. They had a great time. The place was clean. The pictures are exactly like the rental. I can say enough about the views, before a thunderstorm there was a double rainbow and the sunsets are breathtaking. Owner replies quickly. Plan to stay again in the Fall.

THE BEDS NEED TO BE UPGRADED. LOVELY VIEW WE DID NOT HAVE A BOAT, BUT I THINK THE BOAT LIFT NEEDS TO BE FIXED JUST LOOKING AT IT. QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD NEVER MET MAURO, ONLY SPOKE TO HIM ON THE PHONE, SEEMS LIKE A REALLY NICE GUY

The host Mauro was very friendly, and quick to respond to us each time. We stayed for a month and Mauro gave us a great reduced price for the length of stay. This double mobile home was surprisingly more open than showed in the pictures. The views were great and it's location was at the mouth of the channels which offered the most privacy on the channels. We rented a pontoon boat and were able to go up and down the channels and definitely realized that this was one of the most private spots being at the opening of the channel. The interior of the home was updated and refreshing The king bed sags in the middle. The windows were dirty and were washed by us in order to clearly see the beautiful view. The Dolphins really do come around often as do the Manatees. We would go back to this home. Recommendation: Ideally for our company, a small deck (level with inside floor) out front would allow for easier access to outside because of mobility challenges

House had nearly everything we needed for a little mini-vacation. The location is very nice, right on a the end of a canal facing out to the open bay. Dolphins came by daily, and we had fun fishing off the seawall. Have to admit that the neighborhood isn't impressive as you drive in, but the house had plenty of space and we were very comfortable. Kitchen and both baths were newly remodeled, and very nice. It gave us a home base for exploring the area. I would caution that it was a bit difficult for my husband, who uses a cane or a walker, to get in and out of both the entrances to the house.
