We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and place was clean and nice. Would stay here again in the future.

Very spacious top floor unit. Kitchen fully stocked with pretty much every cooking item you could need. Beautiful view of the pool area, which is massive. Close walking proximity to Alys and Rosemary.

We’ll equipped kitchen for our Thanksgiving dinner that we cooked! Nice size, plenty of space. Thankfully, brought shampoo, laundry detergent and trash bags after reading a review. But had to go back to the store for toilet paper, paper towels, and sponge. Overall, a great place to stay!!

The place was clean and comfortable. The beds were all good quality and the provided kitchen items were great.

The condo was clean and in good condition but a bit dated finish out wise compared to others with carpet in the bedrooms which seems odd for a beach house. We enjoyed the pool and the condo was a good layout but it is a good hike to the beach and you are not allowed to pull wagons along the path through the adjacent complex and the beach is too small for the amount of people using it. We never received our check in information the day of and to call and get the codes to get into the condo when we got there. Bring your own coffee filters and trash bags.

The condo was everything it said it was going to be and more ! Clean, furnished and a great location. We will be back!!

There was six of us that came down, my wife two teenage daughters and each of them brought a friend. There was plenty of room and the location was great. We had never been to this area before and came away impressed. The village feel was very comfortable which helped us feel at ease to let the kids explore the area by bike on their own. Our teenagers 13-17 felt a little to old for the crowd at the pool so they opted for the beach most days. The condo was nice but was short on a few items in the kitchen that we would expect to be there for the price. Simple things like hand towel, detergent, dishwashing pods, laundry detergent etc.. was something I expect for an $$ vacation stay, at least more than what was there. There was also no wine glasses of any shape or size. Maybe that’s just me… Also, it was sold to us as “Double sanitized” which we felt it wasn’t. Appliances in the kitchen, the kitchen table all had food residue on them from previous guests (a little sticky). Admittedly there was a tropical storm passing through the day we arrived, so I figured the cleaning crew were rushed to get it in and out before we arrived.. So overall, not blown away, but it was fine… We did like the service of Realjoy vacations.. the staff were super attentive and did their utmost for us. I would not hesitate working with them again. As for the area, yes we would come back. We were a little surprised at how little space was allocated to beach goers at the private beach that we had access to.. most of it seemed to be dominated by Umbrella and chair rentals. We opted for the state park beaches instead which had more of that “getaway” feel to them. One tip would be to book your restaurants weeks before your arrival as the kitchens close pretty early and getting a table last minute was challenging.. What food we did experience was very good.. That’s about it.. a typical “dad” review, no doubt. Cheers.

This unit is a very nice unit ! It is well laid out , with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The pools on site are Amazing ! But the beach allocation is too small for the number of people that could occupy it from the Seacrest complex. Also too many rules concerning the beach .

We had a wonderful stay at your property. Perfect location, ample space, and very comfortable. If I were to give one suggestion, it would be to have better knives. All other cooking essentials were great.

From check in to check out, our experience was stellar! The location was incredibly convenient to all amenities (even though it was too chilly for the pool, it’s proximity was perfect). Communication with the property management company was easy and all of our questions were answered immediately. The condo was perfect for our family and provided us with all that we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved this condo! This was my families first time to Florida and we were so impressed with 30A! This condo is truly the perfect location to Seacrest/Rosemary/Alys beaches! It was really nice to be able to spend some days at the pool too! We definitely plan to return and hopefully stay at this condo again!

The condo was spacious and very clean. Despite being poolside, the condo was very quiet so the location was perfect! We would definitely go back.

You pull right in to your parking spot, steps away from the pool, and easy to walk to the beach. We had the absolute best time!!!

Enjoyed staying at the Blue Lagoon. Great location, close to everything!

The area is always very nice, however this year it was more crowded than any other year before. Would like to see the adult swim time at the end of every hour go away, having to make the kids leave the pool every 45 minutes was a bit of a chore. Overall great stay.

Great condo closely located to the beach and also a few great eating places, bike rentals, small and convenient store. Condo was large with lots of room. All 3 bedrooms had its own bathroom. Overlooked the pool so that was nice. Master bedroom carpet was pretty stained (probably from past renters), but overall it was clean. If you are renting this condo and are driving to it, you should bring your own beach towels, chairs/umbrella, all bathroom necessities like soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. We flew to Panama City for our stay and didn’t bring any of this, so we had to buy all of it. One other issue was trying to reach the property management company. Tried calling early Tuesday morning because the coffee pot was not working. Tried a few times and did an automated call back deal and never got a return call. Seacrest beaches are so clear and beautiful. Well worth the $ spent.

This place had all the space we needed. Short walk to the beach and fantastic location. Will definitely consider staying here again!

We had a fantastic time here. The place was perfect and super clean. Superb location right behind the lagoon/waterfall part of the massive pool. Easy access to beach and so many wonderful food places within easy walking distance. My kids had a blast and so did the adults!

The property is just as described in the VRBO and what we had hoped for with pool and beach access ,cleanliness and easy access to restaurants .

This was just what my family needed, a crazy clean condo, located in the best spot in the area with a view of the pool that was breathtaking!

This place is very big! We hardly used half of the space. Great location looking right out over the large pool. The place is clean and pretty. The king bed is very high, it was awkward to climb up and the bunk bed is pretty rickety. Also, seacrest pool was absolutely freezing during our stay. We couldn’t get in. All said, we would stay here again!

The Blue Lagoon is a fantastic property. Gorgeous condo, very clean and comfortable, we will be back! This coupled with the owner’s prompt responses to questions, this is a fantastic place to stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Location was central & nice view of pool. The condo was roomy and clean for the most part. We had to clean coffee maker from last renter’s use. Biggest issue was major construction next door waking us at 7:00 or 8:00 in the mornings. That should have been disclosed on the rental’s description. Also, there was no WiFi for half of our stay. The rental service Real Joy was responsive to my initial message about pool bands but didn’t acknowledge my other 2-3 messages (about WiFi, fireplace, & balcony lightbulbs not working) until after we checked out. That was extremely disappointing.
