Secluded and quiet for being close to a busy thoroughfare. Close to everything.

I had a great time at this very well appointed property. Close to restaurants, Tin City, grocery stores, etc. Communication with Carlos was seamless. Would definitely recommend and will be back. Thank you!!

We wanted to find a pet friendly place that was convenient and intimate. Carlos is extremely responsive and the unit was well appointed, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the yard and the quiet of the neighborhood. A haven minutes away from downtown, Tin City and beaches.

The property was close to downtown Naples, 5th Ave. It was clean and nicely furnished, the perfect home to spend a week vacation.

Property was very clean, quiet neighborhood, and very close distance for everything you want to do from beaches, boating, restaurants, and shopping. Patio was relaxing, gas & charcoal grills with firepit. Definately would recommend.

The property is well maintained and clean. It is situated in a private area while still being very close to shopping and activities. We were very happy with the entire process.

Good not great
We might be spoiled by other rentals we’ve stayed in. Only one very loud wall air conditioner in unit which necessitated freezing out the living room in order to cool the bedroom. Kitchen equipment could use some upgrading. Housekeeper using “shared” laundry to excess. Had to dry and fold his/her laundry in order to do ours as it had been left unattended.

Great little apartment in a location very close to fifth Avenue… Matter fact you can walk. The home has been recently remodeled and is contemporary, sleek even though compact. It was not a peaceful stay. Being downstairs was not great. There were alot of people in the unit above. Up as early as 4:30 am on what sounded like a tredmil. The stairs for the upstairs unit is just outside the the bedroom of the downstairs unit. So you can hear people go in and out very easily. It was clean on inside and decorated nice. I just felt like a bother and not a guest when bringing up concerns with Carlos. If I know there would be excavating done during my stay I would have chosen a different place. I will be back to Naples but will not stay at a place like this again. Could write more but tired.

A Real Gem
This is a beautiful, extremely clean little cottage in a great location just minutes from 5th Avenue and downtown Naples. My favorite features of the cottage were the tastefulness of the decorating and the fact that it was as clean and immaculate as my own home in Maryland. We loved the backyard, too, where we ate several of our meals. The owner, Carlos, is a wonderful host who was available to us for whatever we needed. We look forward to staying here again in 2020.

My husband and I were in Naples for business and the location was perfect for our needs. The unit is in a quiet neighborhood and well appointed, comfortable and clean.

Stayed here with our two teenage sons to visit relatives. Close to everything, quiet, cute neighborhood. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful place to stay
Delightful property. Excellent location, minutes from historic Naples' restaurants and beaches. Apartment was the perfect size for the two of us. It is well appointed, including 2 large flat screen TVs, good size kitchen, comfortable bed and lots of closet space.
Carl was very welcoming and responsive to any questions we had both before and during our visit. Additionally, the neighborhood was very quiet and enjoyable to walk around.
