Everything was great except stairs which was hard for me with copd but I figured it out. The couch was so hard and pull out bed was worse. I slept on floor. Other than these two things it was perfect. We enjoyed beach and ocean point view. great time

Place had a great view of the water. We did notice the coffee pot looked a little dirty, there were dishes in the cabinet that weren't completely clean. We were also disappointed there were no Smart TV Options. Would suggest the purchase of a Smart TV with viewing options. Everything else was great. Thank you.

The view from this place was stunning and access to the beach was just a few steps away. It is a quiet community and we had an excellent laid back time. The host was great and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

The view is awesome. Facing directly on Ocean and since it is corner unit you get additional view of the barges coming in/out of the Savannah River. Really something to see at night. The condo was very clean and accomodating. Mindful fact that this is a 3rd floor walk up but it makes for great view. Would recommend and keep on our Tybee list of places to stay.

Our family had a great time! The view and location of the place is perfect! Everything was nice and clean. Steve is super helpful and worked to get us in on a holiday. I appreciate that!! The deck has comfy sitting area to watch the huge ships pass by and the dolphins came around every evening. Nice walk to the beach and was never crowded since it's a bit north of the public beach. Easy access to everything. We rented a golf cart and had an easy time getting around! We definitely would stay there again!!

This was our first trip to Tybee. We had spent the previous three days in Savannah, and enjoyed what the city had to offer. But we were most excited to come to Tybee, sit on the condo balcony or the beach just steps away and relax by the ocean. The condo was just as advertised and as pictured. There were a lot of steps to get up to the third floor, but man was it worth it!! The view is INCREDIBLE. Beautiful landscaping and natural trees and shrubs just in front of the property, then sea grass and beach beyond. The sound of the birds chirping and singing, combined with the ocean waves and buoys quietly ringing is a symphony that I won't soon forget. We visited off season and it was magical. There were moments that we had the entire beach to ourselves. The water was chilly, but we acclimated quickly. It was neat to watch the huge cargo ships come by as they headed in and out of port in Savannah. On top of all of this, the owner of the property was so communicative and helpful and friendly, we feel like we have made a new friend! Thank you, Steve, for making sure we were taken care of. We enjoyed our stay so much and can't wait to come back and live more on Tybee Time.

This was our first time here in Tybee Island. The condo was clean and in a great location. Steve was very nice and contacted us prior to the trip to give us information about the area. Highly recommend booking this condo. Spectacular views.

No elevator-not mentioned in the listing I saw. Incredible views. Condo showing wear needing some deep cleaning done that owner acknowledged he would address. The post says newly built in 2018 -I don’t think furniture appliances or paint have been updated since. Listing said new beds, appliances etc Not terrible condition but was disappointed for the price we paid. Did have good response from rental management company when we called about wasps and roaches. Not we’ll stocked to cook meals.

Amazing property in a great location. A few minutes walk to the Lighthouse which the kids loved. Easy access to beach, pool, and the condo itself was perfect for everything we needed. I even phoned Steve last minute to see if we could stay an extra night, and he was able to help us out. Very pleased with the whole experience!

Location great with great views of the large ships coming in to go down the Savannah river. Easy walk to beach. Quiet beach but just walk a little way to the right and very lively beach with restaurant. Up 3 flights of stairs but I needed the exercise. Owner Steve is awesome. There are thingsI would change with the decorating but I obsess. Got fresh shrimp from a local fishery and cooked it at condo twice. Could use some new pots but we managed and had a lovely time.

We had a great time at the condo. We walked to the pier 4 miles and to most of the restaurants. We really enjoyed the balcony. We watched dolphins and the cargo ships coming into port. The condo was clean and better than the pictures. We will be back here again. Thanks

Great property with great views of the ocean. The property owner proactively communicated with us prior to checking in. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. We would certainly stay again - hopefully longer next time.

It was exactly what we were looking for. The view was more than what we expected, just beautiful.

My husband & I had a relaxing three night stay. The view from the 3rd floor was great, though, we didn't anticipate the three flights of stairs we had to climb to get there. It was a quiet location in February. The weather was cooler, so, it didn't allow for much beach time. We enjoyed watching the cargo ships travel by while we sat on the back porch. The condo was very nice & clean & good water pressure in the shower. The mattress was firm, but, still comfortable. We love our coffee in the morning & had to get creative since the coffee cups provided were tiny...my husband drank his coffee out of the glass beer mug instead :) It was a short drive to Savannah & we stayed busy with things to do in & around Savannah. We had great dinner's at Sundae Cafe & Chamacos Taco & Surf on Tybee Island. We'd definitely recommend this condo rental & Tybee Island.

As advertised- beautiful location, both peaceful and energizing.

For Steve, only. The noise from the workers became unbearable so I left a day early. I don’t blame you. I blame the management company. They should have offered me another location. There were plenty of vacancies. My daughter owns two rental properties in St Simons and she has had to make accomodation when something wasn’t right. A word to the wise should sufficient.

From the inquiry, to the booking, to the communication before, during and after stay, including the stay and the entire experience - nothing short of perfect. Flawless beginning to future stays😌

Three nights with a mesmerising view, all the comforts of home and amazing little shops and restaurants nearby. Weather was made to order!

We enjoyed the peacefulness and beauty of this part of the island. Steve was very helpful and friendly with the questions we had and with recommendations on what to do and where to go. We would book this unit again!

Great balcony view, comfortable furnishings, and clean property worked well for our group. Steve provided helpful information about the area, including restaurant suggestions that we enjoyed. The property was ready earlier than stated. We'd never seen so many dolphins!

If you are ready for some beautiful scenery and some peace and quite then this is your place. The views are absolutely beautiful from this condo. How many places can you actually see the sunrise and the sunset?? Everything went smoothly from making rental arrangements to check out. It was a hot South Ga day when we checked in but the condo was nice and cool, ceiling fans running and so inviting as you stepped in the door. The condo was extremely clean. And I have to give a big Thanks to Steve, the owner. Comcast was having issues with their service but Steve was very effective in working with them. My brother being the Sports Enthusiast he is, was extremely happy 😂 Thanks so much Steve for your hospitality. We came away from our mini vacation with a new friend. 😁😁 Jack , Susy, Clarence and Lisa

Excellent apartment with a sea view.

We loved the view and how quiet and peaceful it was. Close to nature but convenient to restaurants and shopping. Very few people on the beach and the only noise was the flocks of sea birds and waves lapping on the shore. Condo is bright, clean and well equipped. Communication with the owner was excellent and check in was easy. We enjoyed the large swimming pool. Tybee Island's little grocery store was well stocked but Publix and Walmart are close by. I already miss the sunrises and sunset from the balcony. My husband and I would definitely choose this place over the last place we stayed in Pawley's Island. I can't believe Tybee is only 5 hours from Asheville. It was easy to go check out Savannah's historic district for lunch one day. Overall, a great beach vacation. Thanks!

This place was very clean and convenient. It took a bit to adjust to the stairs, but thankfully I had 3 teens to help carry coolers and luggage. Steve is one of the best hosts that I have stayed at. This was the first time I have had a host check in on our stay.

My family and I enjoyed our time here. The location was fabulous! The view can’t be beat!

Great place to unwind and relax! Totally different from our usual beach stays on the Gulf in Alabama or Florida. We are beach bums but this is more like beach gazing.......and much less crowded.

Quick family get away after school let out. Exactly what was needed. North end is so nice - residential, quiet, relaxing. Close enough for downtown shenanigans and of course Savannah is only 25-30 minutes away. We’ll be back!
