Wir haben uns in der sehr gut ausgestattet Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Die grosse Trasse mit dem Pool und der Aussicht haben wir sehr genossen. Geschätzt haben wir, dass es zu jedem Zimmer ein Badezimmer hat. Wir waren rundum Zufrieden.

Wir haben 2 Wochen mit 5 Personen und 2 Hunden in diesem schön gelegenen Haus verbracht. Das Haus war sehr geräumig und der Garten komplett eingezäunt, was den Hunden zu Gute kam. Wir hatten einige Kleinigkeiten zu beanstanden, die der Vermieter nach wenigen Tagen ausbessern lies. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können das Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Bitte den Weg SP 64 und nicht den SS1(glaube ich) wie Google es empfehlt bis nach Oben fahren, ansonsten die Beschreibung und die Zuvorkommenheit des Vermieters sind wie geschildert eingetroffen. Wir waren zu 11t und haben sogar sehr angenehmes Wetter erwischt, bei dem man sich in der Villa sehr wohl fühlt.Die Ausflüge sowohl in Richtung Frankreich als in Italien haben wir täglich gemacht, aber wir hätte bei sommerlichen Temperaturen genauso die ganze Woche im Haus verbringen können.Einige Vorschläge haben wir dem Vermieter weiter gegeben. La casa è definita di lusso ma di lussuoso non ha assolutamente nulla. L’unica cosa veritiera e bella è il panorama. Per il resto la casa è molto trascurata. Abbiamo trovato sedie del giardino arrugginite, cuscini copri lettini strappati e rotti, muri interni scrostati per la muffa e le infiltrazioni d’acqua, letti piccoli e materassi sfondati per non parlare dell’assenza totale di pulizia accurata della casa. Inoltre la pavimentazione attorno alla piscina è assolutamente inappropriata poiché più di una volta siamo scivolati e in un caso siamo stati costretti ad andare in ospedale per una conseguenza grave della caduta. Inoltre al nostro arrivo la piscina era già sporca e dopo l’intervento dei tecnici è emersa la presenza oltre che di sporco anche di alghe! Alle lamentele subito esposte all’Host abbiamo avuto risposte ma evasive e senza alcun tipo di intervento risolutorio. Riteniamo quindi ingannevole classificare questa come una casa di lusso con una votazione di 5 su 5!!! Pessima esperienza da non ripetere e da non raccomandare.

Der Ausblick vom Ferienhaus ist einfach sensationell

Nous avons effectués un séjour du 15 août au 22 août 2020 entre amis. tout était parfait , rien a dire . Seul bémol le carrelage autour de la piscine est un peu glissant une fois mouillé et manque de lumière le soir près de la table extérieur pour manger . La vue est spectaculaire , et la maison très fonctionnelle, avec ces 6 chambres et sdb .

We had the lucky opportunity to be able to stay in this incredible home in Italy for our summer vacation this year. We weren't sure we would be able to get away and feel safe during this time of Covid. But here, it was a true paradise get away! We are so happy to have come! The house itself is stunning, immaculate and well fitted, even the beds were comfortable! (That's a huge plus for our family!) The pool was perfect! And THE VIEWS!! Truly the best views we have ever enjoyed in all the years we've rented in Italy, Spain and France. Truly just The Best! As for the area surrounding Ventimiglia and Bordighera, we felt very comfortable eating at the restaurants by the sea and in the surrounding hill-top towns! Masks were enforced and social distancing adhered to in most places. The beaches weren't overly crowded this year as expected but we did keep our beaching to the evenings and our sea swimming from boat excursions. The area is beautiful and the food is always delicious! We returned home relaxed, fat and Very Happy! Thank Roger and Anastasia for everything! We hope you will have us back again! Regarding COVID, it has been 12 days since our return and we are virus free and very healthy!!

We had a wonderfull stay for one week at the residence of Roger. Everything was well organized and well provided. Great service and communication, Roger was very helpfull. Would highly recommend this place to have a relax and joyfull week!

Our family came from the U.S. and Europe and convened for a wonderful week, high above the Mediterranean with endless views in all dircections and an infinity pool to gather around and enjoy each other's company. There is a formal living room on the middle level of the large house, but we were rarely there, choosing instead to be on the terrace, in the pool, or at the kitchen table. This was the perfect family getaway and one that we'd been planning for some time. Anastasiya was our contact person and she could not have been more delightful to work with; she obviously loves this house and wants everyone's stay to be perfect. She even arranged a pizza delivery one evening to our house from a neighboring town. Considering the location (remote and peaceful) this was a special treat. We absolutely plan to return.

We rented the villa for 14 days. Our whole family had a perfect stay, from the first day when we recieved a lovely welcome from Anastasiya until we left. If we needed help, she came immediately and wanted to make our stay super. We used the villa as a "base" for when we wanted to visit Monaco, Nice, San Remo and som other villages nearby. But mostly we stayed at det villa. The children "lived" in the pool, and loved it. Maybe we will return sometime!! :D We would definitely recommend this villa!

We searched for a perfect place to celebrate our 40th wedding day with our family and discovered this beautiful place. It's almost paradise. A beautiful house, very clean, with one of the best views you could be longing for. What you see on the pictures is what you get. Hardly everything you might need is available. For those who cannot resist this offer (and who could) a few remarks: You need a car or taxi to get there. It's approx 3.7 km's up the mountain (average percentage 12%). I did it once by bike, but I won't advice you to do so, unless you are an experienced cyclist. Apple maps led us to `"roads" that were hardly accessible, so I would use another navigation app, when you drive from Ventimiglia to the villa. The navigation system in my car (Audi) and google maps used another shorter and better route. Anastasiya is mentioned a couple of times in previous reviews. We also have very positive experiences with her. She's great.

We stayed for two weeks in the villa and had a great time with our family of 11. The house is beautiful situated, with a beautiful pool, close to Monaco, Menton and Nice and the views even exceeded our expectations. The villa was very clean and well equipped. On any of our questions we got immediate response from Anastasia. With so many things to do nearby and the quiet neighbourhood where the villa is situated we highly recommend this house.

The views of the mountains and sea are outstanding. Clearly the property was well designed so that a large group of people could comfortably stay together and still have privacy. The main floor has a large living room area with an adjacent area containing a large table convenient for working or eating. There are also 2 bedrooms on this floor, a master with en suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with a bath just outside in the hall. The upper level also has a master with en suite bathroom and twin bedroom with a bath in the hall. The lower level has a large, open kitchen with all the necessities (except for a microwave) and a large table. It has a clothes washer and drying rack. Off the kitchen are 2 double bedrooms, one with en suite bath and one with a bath in the hall. These are separated from the kitchen by a door for privacy, and both bedrooms open out to the patio. The backyard has a lovely stone patio with pool, a large granite dining table that seats 12, lounges, umbrella and a nice gas grill. The views here are wonderful, and the property is not overlooked so it is very private. It is at the very top of a hill, with some twisting road, but the views are worth the drive. The neighborhood is very quiet. Anastasiya was extremely helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed. We have traveled all over the world, and this was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely rent it again.

We've been to the villa for a second time during the Easter vacation, this year we were eleven adults. Like the year before we were greeted with a large bowl of delicious fruit, a clean house and a well-kept garden and swimming pool (though with 8°C the water was a bit chilly for swimming ;-) ). Little problems were solved immediately by wonderfully helpful staff, big ones didn't occur. So after another two weeks at Camporosso we have recovered from the darkness of winter again. And to anyone who reads this: Don't even think of booking the two weeks around Easter in 2017! If we find the villa occupied then our horde of happy, but horrible huns will come and bellow loud and dreadful songs outside the gate all night ;-))). YES, WE WILL DEFINITELY RETURN!!!

We stayed with a group of 10 for ten days at this great house and had a very pleasant vacation. Most incredible, and as I see it for a late summer vacation most important, was the outside area with the great pool and the stunning view on the mediteranean sea and Monaco. It is so quiet and realxing up there, so much space for everyone. The inside area provides enough space for everyone. Everything is clean and tidy. Anastasiya was there to welcome us and to show how everything is working and we could contact her throughout the whole stay. A really really great house and we would highly recommend it :)!!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Magic view with the swimming pool in the forefront. Spaceful villa with all the facilities one could think of, including an individual bathroom attached to each of the 6 bedrooms, tasteful décoration and use of quality materials everywhere. We also appreciated veru much the efficiency and sense of hospitality of Anastasiya from Acquamarina. Finally, the location is prime, close to Menton and Monaco and of course even closer to Bordiguera and San Remo. We will not hesitate to come back

What can I say, this is a villa on the hills, beautifully appointed, infinity pool, everything is clean and perfect, the air-conditioned rooms provide extra comfort during the hot nights of summer. The owner Mr. Ackman is always concerned with your comfort and your stay takes place in the most beautiful way with the assistance of Anastashia who is listening to you and available to respond to your questions and small problems. We had a wonderful time with family.

Wir haben 14 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Anwesen verbracht und werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen. Die Lage ist wirklich gigantisch. Man genießt den Blick auf das Meer und Monaco im Hintergrund und vor allem die himmlische Ruhe. Wir waren 3 Familien und aufgrund der Aufteilung des Hauses hatte jede Familie ihr eigenes Stockwerk, somit konnte man sich auch mal zurückziehen. Die Villa ist gepflegt und sauber, der Pool und der Garten werden regelmäßig gereinigt und die Vor-Ort-Betreuung durch Anastasiya ist einfach nur klasse.

Wir verbrachten mit der ganzen Familie (6 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) eine wunderschöne Woche mit traumhaftem Wetter in diesem tollen Haus. Die Villa hat grosszügige Schlaf-, Bad- und Wohnräume und eine riesige Küche mit allen nötigen Kücheneinrichtungen. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr gepflegt, modern, mit vielen Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten und einem grossen Esstisch. Erwähnenswert ist natürlich die grandiose Aussicht, die sich bis weit nach Frankreich erstreckt. Grosse Autos sollte man allerdings zuhause lassen, den der Anfahrtsweg ist sehr steil und schmal und das Eingangstor zum Haus relativ eng. Ein grosses Dankeschön an Roger und Anastasiya. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend, zuverlässig und haben uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Von der Reservation bis zur Abgabe der Villa und der prompten Rückzahlung des Depots hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Wir haben den Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder einmal.

Der Außenbereich lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht von Menton (Frankreich). Außerdem sind Pool und die Außenanlage sehr gepflegt. Es gibt Sitzmöglichkeiten (ein riesiger Tisch) für alle 12 Personen sowie genügend Liegen. Alles in einem sehr guten und modernen Zustand. Das einzige was nicht ganz so angenehm ist, ist die Zufahrt zum Haus. Hier sind 3,5 Kilometer ziemlich steile und schmale Strecke zu bewältigen. Ohne Auto nicht machbar. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus welches wir sehr genossen haben. Besonders möchte ich hervorheben, dass sowohl der Eigentümer (Roger) als auch die zuständige Betreuerin vor Ort (Anastasia) sehr nett und hilfsbereit waren. We stayed at this spacious and stylish house, a wonderful time with our friends and family.

Had a fantastic time. No complaints at all. Well equipped, clean, everything in good condition and views to die for! 3 related families stayed here and had enough space not to be on top of each other. We did day trips to Cannes, Monaco, San Remo and a water park further up the coast. Had a perfect holiday. Would recommend this to anyone needing to accommodate a large group. Owner is a pleasure to deal with.

We stayed at Villa Montefane with 10 adults who have spent Easter Holidays together ever since 1993 - before we had never been to a house as beautiful as this! The house, situated in a very well-kept garden and with a breathtaking view of the sea and the landscape, including snow-covered mountains, is spacious enough, with some luxury and some "normal" bedrooms and bathrooms. (We really enjoyed having separate bathrooms for each couple.) The living room and kitchen were big enough for all of us (though we had to "cuddle" a little when having meals in the kitchen all at the same time). The house is well equipped with anything a holiday party might need, it was clean when we arrived (and when we left ;-) ), and when there were any problems the "caretaker" (who was far more than that) really took care and helped solve the problems in no time at all. The surroundings are nice, with good restaurants and shopping facilities not far away. We didn't care much about the coastal area, but made a couple of trips to pretty small towns (e.g. Dolceaqua and Apricale) or to neighbouring France (Menton and Nice) - yet there's still much more to see. Would we recommend this property to a friend or relative? Indeed we would - but not for the next Easter holidays, as it is us who will stay there again ... (Don't you dare and ask for accomodation then!) Finally: The owner turned out to be a very nice, highly reliable man - not unimportant altogether when it comes to renting such a place via the internet. Enjoy your stay as much as we did ours!
