It was great. The only issue I had was it advertised a hot tub. Hot tub jets didn’t work.

We loved the size and the beautiful décor of this home. It was very comfortable for a big group. The only thing we enjoyed more was the private pool! The temperature was just fabulous. Although we did not go to Disney you will love how close it is. And there is a Super Walmart only 5 min away for stocking your hose. We would defiantly stay here again !

The house it modern and cute, in walking distance to pool and waterslide area. It could certainly use a deep clean and very lacking in kitchen supplies. The game room with pool table is a really neat room. The pool is ok, but the hot tub does not get very warm even after paying for heat. Communication with property manager was easy and very accommodating!

Home is modern, spacious, and accommodating to multiple families in a VERY secure gated community close to Disney. Access to this property…the management was provided with 3 drivers and only 2 were provided to security. It was a 40 min endeavor at the security gate after all day traveling to rectify their error. It is IMPORTANT to know that for this time of year(December), don’t rely on the private hot tub/pool being heated. The heating system for the pool/hot tub is very dilapidated and still did not work after technicians(a part needed to be replaced, ETA after our checkout).This was our priority for reserving this specific property, accommodate 3 families and hang out by the private pool after daily events. This pool issue was notated in reviews a FEW years ago. Water was entirely too ice cold to enjoy. Prior to arriving, the property manager was notified that heating of the pool was the biggest attraction for the reservation and payment was rendered. 10% refund was given but definitely not worthwhile nor does it compensate.Trash is picked up daily and the park and clubhouse are close. The listing specified limited toiletries so please adhere, only one trash bag, and etc is provided no matter how many days you stay. So plan to pack your house and bring it or purchase it all from the obnoxious near by market, Walmart, I would AVOID. (A quaint Publix is near & worth it). Plenty of towels and blankets are provided. There was no XBox or AirHockey Table. Buy your own ice too!

Great home. Stocked with anything you may need. I must give rental agency or management of home a 5 star they were answered every questioned I had quickly even when I had a question late Saturday night. I would gladly stay in this home again. Clean large comfortable temperatures and pool heat was great.

Home was clean and all supplies were provided. Pool was not yet cleaned with arrival, and there was a leak in the kitchen, but the owners toik care of that after one or two mails. One negative: the pots and pans will have to be replaced, The pots and pans need to be replaced. The tefal pans were full of scratches, which is not good for health. But we had a pleasant stay.

We enjoyed it.. we will be booking again.. Had everything you need plus more we would like to stay longer next time.

This house was perfect for our family and friends! Beautiful home and very close to Walmart and all of the parks!

Place was large..just wish there was parking for extra vehicles...people that come visit for just a few hours.

We arrive late in saturday evening and we don’t have the right code to open the door and the sprinkler started wen we’re all outside. Also the heater of the pool was very noisy. But the house was very spacious and comfortable.

Overall me and. Y family made the best out of our trip. The house was not this best , they had broken chairs , the bathroom had a bunch of bugs , but I’m guessing it could be because of the recent bad weather(IDK) . The garage was a mess , the pool table had markings all over it and broken pool sticks also the garage smelled like it had mildew in it.my family didn’t want to touch anything because it seemed everything was broken , some of my family left.because of the parking so they just stayed in a hotel 3 car maximum so if you have a big family and need parking this place it not recommended.The dishwasher was broken . Upon arrival we seen about 10 roaches so everything we had we put in the fridge. The pool was not the cleanest, but the water park I. The front was EXCELLENT! The community is very quiet , I think the house would be great but needs a major upgrade . I don’t like to really give review but I will say I was definitely disappointed.

I booked this trip in hopes that we would be able to enjoy all the amenities of renting a home with a private pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub was empty and not in service. The pool did not appear to be on at all, so I called at 4p right after checking in and was told someone would be by later that day or the next. If someone came by, nothing was fixed and I received no calls or even a note indicating what may have been assessed. After my trip was over I was told that the pool was on, as if that would be sufficient in quelling my frustration. Interesting to have a pool that looks uninviting with extremely still water and no noise from any type of pump. Also, all the sitting furniture on the first floor is in need of replacement. The AC worked well and the bedrooms and bathrooms were sufficient, but we could have went to a hotel or booked a house with no pool/hot tub if that was all I wanted. Loved the neighborhood, just saddened to see this property was not up to the standards the community looks to be in. I really hope this property is not rented out until significant steps are taken to ensure it is fit for guests. I would also like to add that I live in Orlando and I understand there was a hurricane a week prior, but someone should have contacted me about the issues with the property offering another suitable property or discount for the issues. Essentially you are renting a product to a consumer and they should be satisfied. I wasn't.

We were in Orlando for a conference and this house was perfect for our family...so roomy. We were pretty busy with the conference, so we didn't have much time to enjoy the amenities this place offers. Thank you so much for a very homey place to stay.

We had an incredible stay in Orlando. We stay for 10 days, we were 8 adults and 1 child. The location is perfect to go to Disney and around. We had some problems because the gate had the wrong adress at check-in so the door code didn’t work neither in the new adress and the one we were suppose to stay. But the emergency number they give us respond quickly and they were able to fix it. We Read carefully the instruction about what is already available in the house (towel, toilet paper etc) and we didn’t have any bad surprise but be ready to buy a lot of thing if you want to cook a lot at home, for our long stay with a lot of people it was perfect but for a shorter stay (4-5 days) it would have been a lot of trouble. Having our own pool was a life saver with the young kid (during nap time etc) We all already want to go back soon !

I had no issues and would certainly stay again. Location was great and plenty of room. I read from other review there was not a sheet pan for oven so I took one and left it for future guest. I do suggest taking your own paper towels, trash bags, soap/shampoo, laundry detergent and dish soap if you stay multiple days.

Our stay was very comfortable. We were in town for a World Karate tournament. Lots of room in this property. Close to stores and restaurants and a short walk to the clubhouse. Is definitely a consideration for our time there next year.

Our purpose of renting a house with a pool is to sit around the pool swim , lay out in the jacuzzi, the pool and jacuzzi were green sent someone to put chlorine in the pool, the problem the pump was not working, then management want to act like I didn't know what I was talking about, the pump not working the water not circulating it's broken point blank, we got to go somewhere else for the kids to play in the pool, dead bugs on the floor, legs broke on the couch ,if I can rate them a zero I would , when you mention refunding at least some of my money back especially for the pool they got excuses ,read the review before this one a month ago they didn't correct the problems from that one, wish I had seen them in time.

Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped and close to all attractions.

Full disclosure we got our money back but many things wrong with the house forcing us to stay at another property away from our family at another gated community because nothing left at Windsor Hiils hope the owner fixes everything before next guests

Following the steps through the VRBO app was very simple. The rental institution was quick to respond to all of my questions. Location was absolutely perfect! Quick and easy access to Disney and a short drive to Universal The house is in the perfect location! I will rent here the next time I’m in the Orlando area.

Convenient location. Nice home. Lots of room for family. Some issues with pool and spa heat, slow response. Spa never fixed.

Perfect, the only problem was the registration at the main gate when we arrived... Nice pool, Nice place!!

Overall, great location and floorplan that works well for groups of friends or large families. Only complaint is that it was cold when we were there, and the heat in the 2nd floor did not work well. Probably not an issue for most weekends in FL.

The community is nice and in a great location. The house had a few things that needed maintenance attention and they came by to fix while we were there. The description says the hot tub was included but doesn't mention that it has to be heated with the pool, which is extra. We've stayed at properties before and they have been separate, so that was a let down. The kitchen did lack some basic cooking tools like baking sheets, frying pans and spatulas. Overall the home had enough space for our group of 7 adults and we had a great time in Orlando.

The house was gorgeous very nice place to stay in. I would suggest reading and re reading anything they send to you. Apparently, they have to register your vehicle before letting you through the gate so make sure you do that before hand. Other than that our stay was very nice.

The house had plenty of room for us! It needed some maintenance though. Several chair legs were unsteady or broken. In addition, the pool was almost unusable. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and the pumps weren’t set to run. The cleaning crew didn’t clean the floors, didn’t leave trash bags, dish sink stoppers or any dish towels to wash dishes with. There were cigarette butts outside by the pool that hadn’t been cleaned. We weren’t there much, however, for such a nice property, would’ve expected better cleaning standards.
