Great apartment with everything you need and helpful hosts

The centrally located apartment in the middle of the old town. Very clean and comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen area. Francesco was so helpful and knowledgeable, he recommended places worth visiting and he was at the apartment to welcome us and give his advice regarding the equipment, restaurants and the town.

The property was beautiful. Quiet, clean and super comfy beds/ facilities. Our hosts Chiara and Francesco were absolutely fantastic, and really lovely, helpful people. We had a little trouble in working the machine to pay for our car-parking, however Chiara came to meet us, and help, before walking us over to the property, letting us in, showing us around and generally just lovely helpful people - the bottle of wine, snacks and coffees were also a really nice touch, and had everything we needed for our long weekend in Bari. Extra special thank you to Chiara for help with booking tickets to go and see Bari Football club, was always just a message away, and always really pleased to help. Thanks for an amazing stay at your beautiful property!

Excellent place

Everything was wonderful

The host met us at the property at the agreed time and showed us where everything was located in the apartment. The host also provided a large bottle of water, snacks and a welcome bottle of wine. In addition, a list of good restaurants, the location of the nearest grocery store and the best place to buy gelato was also provided. Finally, the apartment was well furnished, had a excellent selection of guidebooks and all essential cookware and cleaning products were available.

Fantastic host Francesco, very helpful and nice man. arrival at midnight was not a problem, Francesco was waiting for us , also helped us to transfer to airport at last day. Everything was perfect. Francesco and Chiara were super friendly and helpful with whatever we wanted and needed. The apartment was clean, inside the old town close to everything.

Super central, cosy and clean place that has everything you might need for a 4-night stay. It was very quiet at night (April visit), despite the location. Francesco is quite reachable, always replying to our questions in no time. Also, try the restaurant right in front the entrance door, we ate there 3 times, it's delicious.

We liked everything about the place, I am only mentioning it for other visitors - it's a bit dark, as it's a ground floor, BUT not an issue for us at all.

The appartment is located in the Old Town district. Its been very well arranged for a comfortable stay.The communication with flat owner was very easy. Francesco has welcomed us with bottle of wine and made some nice places recommendations.

One of the best places I have stayed! Everything was very fine - great location in quiet place but 50m from one of the piazzas with bars and restaurants, in the middle of old town. 300m from sea. Very clean, nice and well equipped apartment. It was also tastefully furnished. Owners super kind and helpful, very responsive. The place has only one window and is not very bright inside but we have spent all days outside anyway. I will definitely get back there when I am in Bari :)

Ta Maison is a beautiful boutique style apartment. A former Jesuit Monastery that has a uniqueness all of its own. Francesco is a kind and considerate owner. His communication prior to and during our stay was fabulous. Ta Maison is spotlessly clean and such a comfortable place to stay, especially as the rain was so heavy, we spent a little more time indoors, than normal . We were grateful we had such a cosy apartment to do so in. Previous reviewers have mentioned the shower area in the bathroom!! And yes, I would agree that perhaps it is time to be replaced but other than that Francesco has a unique and charming property in a fantastic location in the old town of Bari. Grazie míle Francesco.

Lovely ground floor apartment in great location in Old Town. The host Francesco was incredible meeting us at apartment for early check-in and also allowing late check-out. His communication and information he provided to us was really great. Lovely touch with welcoming bottle of wine, water and juices. Really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Base of shower could perhaps be freshened up, otherwise liked everything.

Towels should be changed as after the firta use smelled like must. There was a smell of must in the apartment but probably because of the general humidity

The apartment is situated in the heart of old city and close to whatever one could need (restaurants, bakery, shops, coast promenade) and also easy to find. The apartment is decorated beatifully and it was very clean, Francesco also prepared some refreshments (coffee, water, juice, salty snacks, wine) for us which was really nice and he was really helpful when we had questions. There some books about the city and the region you can read during your stay so you can find some interesting places to visit while having breakfast for example. We also appreciated that TV has chromecast so we could stream Netflix on a night when it was raining :)

Everything was absolutely perfect. This was one of the best apartments we've been to. Everything that you need is in price including washing machine and iron. In addition, at your arrival, you have a bottle of wine in the kitchen + some regional snacks which is really great. Highly recommended!
