The location was great and the apartment was well equipped and comfortable.

We received a text that said the place was clean and ready for us to move in. The place was in shambles, the cleaning lady hadn't been there yet, and the code for getting the keys out of the the lockbox was wrong. The previous residents left 2 full suitcases, a hamper full of stuff, and towels and garbage all over the place that took the cleaning lady 4 hours to clean up.

It was good it had everything.

On the bed there were dog hairs, I think the condominium needs to be more clean.

I loved the view from the deck.

Absolutely no sound proofing. I heard everything from the people upstairs.

The property located in a good area of East Vail. I like that we had access to the community pool. Nice views from the patio and peaceful overall. The mattress was very comfortable, and it was very clean when we arrived.

The property is overall somewhat dated and could use a refresh. We could easily hear people in the unit above us. The television was a smart TV but if you are not one who already has accounts, you could not simply just turn it on and watch live television-we were trying to watch the women’s World Cup soccer which was on fox net work,, and could not get access. There was also no television in the bedrooms and I often like to watch a little bit while relaxing and before I fall asleep – away from the main Living Room.

Views and privacy was nice. Simple design was calming on the eyes. Relaxing space to unwind and let go.

No coffee filters :(( We also could hear people stomping around most mornings. Will definitely keep that in mind when booking rooms anywhere, Since it’s hard to sleep with people walking around above.

Exceptionally quite, and terrific cross breeze with bedroom and living room sliding glass doors open a bit. Didn’t miss the AC at all. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of hangers, extra blankets, and has lots of lounge if areas on the sectional.

Pots, pans, dishes could use some updating.
