Excellent clean little house, in a great quite neighborhood, with dock and quick access to the ocean or bay

Had a great time, location was perfect and the weather cooperate for off shore boating. Caught plenty of fish: Mahi, Tuna and Tile Fish.

Had a great get away. Was windy, but still got out every day to fish. Very clean, dock for boat was great. Thank you Ada!

It was our first visit to the Florida Keys and this was a perfect centralized location with all the amenities we needed. The house was as advertised and clean. We sat in the lawn chairs by the canal every evening and took the kayak out for a spin too. We enjoyed our time in the Keys and would return to this house again.

We stayed at this property with our two college aged daughters for a pre Christmas vacation. The location was wonderful. The listing was exactly as described. We really enjoyed spending some quality time together fishing in the canal, relaxing at the Cabana Club beach, playing games and watching movies in the evenings, riding bikes around town… and so much more! We were very satisfied with all of the amenities and any questions were answered very quickly. We would definitely love to return someday!

The home and location along with tropical decor made for a magical Thanksgiving getaway. The beds were very comfortable after long days out on the water or touring around. We will definitely be back, thanks Ada!

The unit is as shown in the photos. Very clean and conveniently located. Having access to the Cabana Club was great! We used the pool almost every day. The check-in and check-our process was super easy!

This was our first time visiting the Florida Keys and it was fantastic. The place was a perfect size for the 4 of us. Plenty of amenities and the host was very attentive. Our favorite thing to do was to hang out at the Cabana Club. At the club, you can sit by the pool or lie on the beach. The staff was extremely friendly and the food was very delicious. Highly recommend this piece of paradise!

My first thought was “Wow, I don’t need to go anywhere else!” This place is perfect for time spent in the Keys.

Ada was a wonderful hostess! She was always available to answer our questions about the property, and super timely and friendly. The property is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. I’m probably a pickier person than most when it comes to cleanliness and Ada’s property is so clearly well taken care of! Spotless in every room, thoughtful and tasteful decorations throughout…it is very apparent that Ada gives it her best and we were so grateful to have found her place! My sons enjoyed fishing off the dock on the canal, kayaked a bit, saw a couple manatees, lived it up at the pool/beach at Cabana Club, explored Marathon and surrounding Keys. So much is nearby, though, we really spent the most time in Marathon near the property. I would highly recommend a stay at this property in Marathon! Such a wonderful experience- one we’ll remember for years to come!

Nice clean rental with plenty of things to do near by or within a short drive. The pool is just a short bike ride away we loved hanging there daily. Our son loved fishing off the dock. We would definitely stay again.

We had such a wonderful time during our stay. Ada is an excellent host. She answers your texts quickly. The home has everything you need inside and outside. Our family enjoyed using the 4 bikes to ride around the neighborhood. Having access to the Cabana Club pool and bar was great. I highly recommend this home and host. Thank you Ada! We will be back.

The pictures does not do justice to the actual place, it is really beautiful there, right on the water. very clean. We were able to sit back relax and enjoy a week of peace. Caught numerous fish off the dock, and early evening being able to sit out back and watch the water. This place is great. I believe a dove was also making a nest to stay longer - can't say I blame them! - Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us. Sharon & Terry

The house had everything we needed! Midway between Key West and Everglades/Miami area. Great day trips to visit those locations without having to stay in those overly crowded and over priced areas. This house has a Kayak , bikes, Fishing poles if you just want relax at the house. We saw 4-5 foot long Tarpon from the dock! In addition the access to the Cabana pool house/bar provided a vey nice afternoon resting spot. Crane Point Hammock Museum & nature center is close by with free fish pedicures. Also Sombrero public beach is just a few miles down the road. Great house! Great location!

My wife, two daughters and I had such a great time! The home was spotless and beautiful. My wife and I have been to KCB before, but we wanted to show our girls how amazing it is. Barefoot by the Keys was perfect for our family! Thank you Ada for everything. Hope to see you next year.

We just returned from our family spring break trip and had a great stay. The unit is just as advertised and then some. Clean, updated, quiet, and comfortable. And then there's the bed... oh that heavenly bed. Getting out of it in the morning took a lot of will power! A huge plus is having access to the Cabana Club. It's such a nice facility and I can't imagine our week without it. But what really sets this property apart is the host. Bottom line is that you can tell... she truly cares. There's a reason it has a 5-star rating on 100% of reviews. It's evident in her quick and thorough communication, the attention to details that make it feel like home, and the little surprises. Like the small coolers, snorkel equipment, fishing bait, and the beach toys she purchased for us that we of course left for the next family. We like to visit new places any time we vacation, but one thing is for sure... should we return to the Keys, we know exactly where we'll be staying.

Stayed a month and didn’t want to leave. Everything was just great. Perfect for boating, relaxing and exploring.

Location to everything we did was great over all everything was great with the exception of key colony inn resturant i would not recommend but other then that awesome trip. I go about 3 weels a year and maraton key and bahia honda state park where both awesome places to visit bahia honda state park is my new favorite spot

We spent an awesome week at this property! The kitchen was well stocked. We loved having bikes, fishing poles and the kayak at our disposal. We usually bring all that ourselves when we drive, but since we flew, we couldn’t bring everything and it was nice to have it all at the house. The owner was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. She went out of her way to meet our needs. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

We so much enjoyed our return visit to this property. We biked, went kayaking, spent time at the cabana club, fished off the dock, and rented a boat. The accommodations are wonderful and location is perfect for everything we love to do.

This home is absolutely perfect for 2-5 people. Impeccably clean and perfectly decorated. Has every amenity you need for a week in the Keys including bikes, kayak and grill. Key Colony is a great neighborhood, close to everything, and a great place for morning walks, bike rides and watching the sunset. Having access to the Cabana Club with beach and pool was an awesome perk. Just a wonderful vacation with my family.

Everything was amazing down to the smallest of details. Welcome drinks. Starter amenities. The beds were so comfortable. Everything you need to go to the beach. Kayaking was so much fun. We saw so many fish and stingrays. Loved this rental.

The property was nice the fishing from the dock was great. We got lots of keepers we did not need to go anywhere else to fish. The house was nice and had everything we needed. The bed was a little too soft for us but we made the best of it. We will stay there again. We stayed for two weeks from October 16-30 2021.

Warm, inviting, beautiful, CLEAN property with everything you'll need for a getaway in paradise. Ada was a wonderful hostess, too. It was also close to restaurants, the beach, and the Cabana Club for pool and beach access. We used the bikes every day. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!
