The property was welcoming and the home was very clean! Hosts were great with communication and all specifics matched descriptions. We enjoyed all the amenities, space for our dogs, and everything was very family friendly! I will definitely be bringing my family back.

We rented this house for a few days with family at the coast. The property was fantastic with plenty of room to run and play in the yard and fun amenities. The house was very clean and well set up for visitors. Loved the labels all over and straight forward instructions. The owners were great to work with! We would definitely stay here again!

Close to Seaside but seems like you're far away in a quiet neighborhood. Nice walk to 2 nearly private beaches. Very clean. Relaxing and comfortable.

Great property- location is on the end of the street in a quiet, safe neighborhood. House was clean, cute, and well stocked. Hot tub was clean and worked well. Host was very easy to communicate with and prompt to answer questions. We loved our stay and highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay at this property, was pleasantly surprised to see firewood was provided to compliment the outdoor fire pit. House fit our family comfortably and the space was great for watching the game on TV. Short walk to the beach, and the loop through town is always fun. I will definitely book this property again for our next beach trip!

ADO is located in our favorite part of Gearhart near the Necanicum River. Quiet and just a block or two from the path through the dunes to the beach.
The house was clean and communication with Malia via text, phone, and the VRBO app was easy. Nice enclosed yard. Everything we used (wi-fi, hot tub, appliances, etc.) worked without issues.

This is a great location for a quiet getaway with family and/or friends. It's a good sized, fenced & gated property with many amenities provided. The kids rode bikes, played ping pong, adults sat by the fire and all enjoyed the hot tub after getting chilled at the beach. The beach is a quick 5 minute walk and a quiet beach at that. The house is clean and spacious with a great space for kiddos upstairs. Our boys especially loved the foos ball table, 'kids tv' and rotating love seat. It's also closely located to seaside and crab was easy to find for dinner. All in all we love this location for it's solitude, amenities and location to the beach.

This property in Gearhart is great for groups! Awesome outdoor patio with grill, hot tub and plenty of seating. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cooking tools. The beds were comfortable and clean. Would stay here again for sure!

This is a very fun home - bikes, crab traps, ping pong, hot tub. The huge undeveloped area along the dunes and estuary is beautiful and right outside the door, complete with delicious clams and crabs, but the center of Seaside is just a five minute drive. It was clean inside and out. One thing to note is that the house does not have a view of the water.

Our family of 5 had a great stay here. Very clean and well stocked. Lots of extras for entertainment such as ping pong, foosball, cornhole and bikes to ride. secluded roads for bike rides with ocean in the background, we saw elk on one of our rides. There are beach toys, chairs and a wagon. There is a path to a small beach at the estuary and around the corner there is a path that goes out to ocean beach through grassy dunes ~10-15min walk to ocean beach, wide and soft sand. Hot tub was great in the evening. We also enjoyed the deck and yard. We didn't use the firepit and grill, but they are available too. Gearhart has a beach you can drive on, we chanced upon this at sunset and there were a bunch of bonfires. no AC, but there are fans in all the sleeping areas.

The location and access to the beach, the hot tub and fire pit were the best part. We took walks on the the beach every day and being within in minutes to Seaside restaurants and shops we're great. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Wonderful beach home in an exclusive corner of S Gearhart - Gin Ridge. Every amenity we could think of, quiet / private, close to beaches, very dog friendly, enough beach house activities to keep the kids and adults engaged in building memories. The home is high quality and what we were hoping for / expecting of an upscale Gearhart beach house. We will definitely return.

We loved everything about this home. The spaciousness of it was perfect for two families of 4 to stay and not feel crowded. The fenced yard with hot tub and fire pit were incredible. The easy walk to the beaches. The quietness of the neighborhood. The beds are super comfy. A definite 5 out of 5!! We will be back for sure!

We loved our stay at this house. Great communication from the manager from the get go. Even though this house isn’t newly updated, it was super clean, comfy and having a fenced yard for the dogs was great! So many amenities in this house too. I’ve stayed places where there are minimal trash bags or limited soap for dishwasher but not here. We were able to arrive and have everything we needed. The hot tub was also super clean and great to use! Will definitely stay here again and love it’s close proximity to the beach and how chill the neighborhood is. Thanks for a great stay!

Had such a great time with family over new year's weekend. Easy access to beach to exercise our dog was fantastic.

First VRBO experience: we enjoyed our stay here. Great and useful amenities, we were able to use the kitchen for cooking a few meals and found the place to be stocked for a nice weekend or week stay, without constantly going out for food or supplies. The house is comfortable and relaxing and was very clean on check-in. We hope to stay here in the future.

House was super clean and a great fit for our family. Plenty of rooms and things to do. We were very thankful for a highchair, (small) baby gate for bottom of stairs, a pack and play, sand toys and games for our little ones. Estuary is about a 5 minute walk if you go out left from the drive way but to get down to the water it’s pretty steep and not really little kid/stroller/wagon friendly so plan for that. Beach trail is a right out of the driveway and left at the first street about 10min walk- a little bit easier. The Contacts for the house were super great to talk with, and extremely helpful with multiple things. We will definitely want to stay here again next time we take a family vacation. Would rate 5 out of 5.

So happy we chose this rental for our beach stay. The home was very clean and comfy. The property was also very pretty and had a decent amount of privacy. The property manager was also very responsive which made things go very smooth. Will definitely be keeping this place in mind for future getaways. Thanks for such a great weekend!

Besides having an incident where landscapers landscapers showed up on Saturday which we told might be but didn't see what they had to do or we were out on the deck and they're loud Tools were awkward and plus left the gate open and our dog could have got out and the only other thing as I feel when you pay that much for housekeeping you shouldn't have to have to stress about doing laundry garbage Dishes all of that stuff seems to fall underneath housekeeping so other than that we loved everything else

We stayed here with our dog, and we found the house very well equipped, clean, and comfortable. The fenced-in backyard made the stay with our dog very convenient, and the entire family loved using the grill and fire pit. The garage has clamming equipment, crabbing equipment, corn hole, ping pong, bikes, and more. The nearby trail to be beach is a little steep, but you can easily take the longer path too.

We had 6 adults and our dogs on our 5 night stay at All Decked Out. We had everything we needed and more: ping pong, fire pit, hot tub, bikes ... and we used it all! Having a fully fenced yard was essential for us this trip - the dogs were happy to be outside and we were assured that they were safe.
What really stood out for me was the immediate responses from Arnold and Malia. We did a phone walk through when we arrived, and I had a couple of follow up questions. The response to my texts were fast and 100% helpful.
The neighborhood is quiet and the house is an easy walking distance to the estuary and to the beach. We even walked to the restaurant for lunch on our last full day. It's also a short drive to Warrenton, Astoria, Seaside, and Cannon Beach (all of which we visited).
We had a wonderful family vacation and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!!

Happy that this place was as advertised. Communication leading up was prompt and helpful, house was clean and provided something for everybody (including the dog), and really enjoyed the location/neighborhood. Will be at or near the top of our list for next year's trip!

We appreciated that crabbing and clamming equipment was available as well as items to build a sandcastle and play in the ocean. We enjoyed the beach and the opportunity to come back and warm up in hot tub. We were comfortable in our sleeping arrangements. This was a family experience that I can't wait to schedule again next year.
