property was a little bit dated. Outside visually needed some painting and up keep. Inside windows and windowsills were a bit dirty. living areas were clean and provided a comfortable stay.

Place was clean and close to skiing! The property manager/owner was very responsive to all my inquiries

We had a very nice time with our family. The condo was in a great location. We loved that we stepped out the door and right onto the slopes. I felt the condo was very outdated and falling apart. The faucet in the kitchen sink didn’t work properly and the oven door was falling apart which made it hard to cook dinners. The beds were also very uncomfortable. I felt the linens could’ve been better too. When I dried myself off after a shower, the towels were so cheap that parts of it stuck to my body. I wish I could give a better review but for the price we paid, many things should’ve been updated!

Things unacceptable at my VRBO: 1. The dirt and dust – fully rugged except kitchen bathrooms. You can literally see the dirt Underneath the dressers, night stands, the dirt is visible, plus all the edges of the rugs around the entire room. My daughter in law suffers from severe allergies and I have mild and we all suffered, sneezing, and issues breathing. There is also spider webs hanging from the beautiful window. 2. Water issues. The upstairs bathtub could not be used because the water went everywhere. So much so that the ceiling beneath had water damage and is peeling. Everyone had to use the downstairs bathroom to bathe and shower because of this. We didn’t want to cause further damage. I don’t understand why no one mentioned this to Mr. 3. The living room furniture has a settee that has a tear and the living room couch and other loveseat couch is so worn down, the loveseat could not be used. The couch is very uncomfortable and needs two pillows under your seat to sit comfortably. The owner was contacted about all these issues. We were not able to enjoy because of these problems. I asked the owner for a partial refund and he would not because he said he has expenses to cover. No one should be allowed to have their home on this site to be rented in this condition. I am very sorry I wasted my money. I began contacting William Gordon, the owner, about the various issues the first afternoon and there are pages of text between us, mostly regarding my complaints about the rental. I also paid money too to arrive early.

Overall we were very pleased with the property. It was very quiet and comfortable. A couple of little things came up which we took care of: we ran out of TP the first night, there was only 1 coffee filter which turned out okay because the coffee pot didn’t work anyway! Everything else was great!

Property was clean and well equipped. Beautiful view from the living room and terrace. Very close to the ski mountain. We had a great time!
