Best ski in/ski out condo! Clean, right at the base of the Gondola. Well stocked and great communication with the owner when needed! Highly recommend!!

Jennifer was very responsive when a last minute sickness delayed our trip, her property was available for the following week she helped us book when the app was not letting us request a new date range. This was our second stay here and was just as magical as the first. Close to everything and on the same floor as the hot tub made our trip fantastic. Will hopefully stay again.

If I could give 10 stars I would. The condo is the ideal ski in and ski out. 15 yards from door step to the slope and jacuzzi. Less than 5 to the ski locker. Condo was clean comfortable and had lots of extras. Pictures don’t do it justice. To top that off was the amazing communication with Jennifer. So responsive and considerate. We had a massive storm while visiting and Jennifer was quick to respond and allow us to stay and wait out the storm before deciding to leave. Can’t wait to come back.

Great location, it was quiet even over new years eve. Provided everything we needed. Snacks and Wii were great addition.

This condo in the best location in Winter Park in the Base Village and close to the lifts. The condo is adorable and well-stocked with towels and essentials. There was a Nintendo Wii that we played a lot! The host left goodies for us and is very responsive and helpful. We loved our stay and look forward to booking again!

I booked the this condo a long time in advance of our trip. Everything with booking and payment was easy. The owner was quick to answer questions. The location of the unit is awesome. It is on the same level as the buildings ski lockers, hot tubs, and the exit to the ski-out location. One of handful of units closest to those amenities in that entire building. There is a bit of a walk back to the unit if you don’t ski the Mary Jane run back to the room. Mary Jane is not for beginners. It’s rated as a blue slope, but it is definitely a more challenging blue run. The only down side I see to the unit (this goes for all the units in the Slopeside building) is that I have experienced ski-in/ski-out locations with less walking. Overall the unit was great, and I stayed at a great price. For the price I paid, the unit can’t be beat.

Slopeside building and same level as ski lockers and guest laundry - so convenient! Perfectly appointed condo with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kids enjoyed the Wii and board games. Would rent again!

In rating our stay, I gave everything 5 stars because it truly was a great place. Location could not have been more convenient. Ski lockers were only steps from our condo, slope access right outside the locker area. Underground parking was great. We would love to stay here again.

Overall this was a solid place to stay with a very comfortable queen bed and great proximity to everything at winter park! We even enjoyed some of the board games and the internet worked great which is not always the case at these types of condos in our experience!

We had a great time in Winter Park, and the proximity of this unit to the hot tubs, ski locker, and elevator to access parking garage/trash/recycling was fantastic. The unit had plenty of space for us, as well as extra blankets and pillows to be used for the fold out couch or just for lounging around. The kitchen was well equipped, and we also found the framed notes so helpful as we navigated the unit. Underground parking was a bonus and saved us from having to brush snow off the car before leaving. We all agreed we would look stay here again our next time in Winter Park.

We enjoyed being able to get in/out from skiing so easily. The kids also enjoyed the Wii.

We loved our 4 night stay! The condo was clean, had great amenities and was in a fantastic location that allowed us to walk to the lift ever day. Jennifer was very responsive with answering any questions I had. If we ski Winter Park in the future, this will be where we book our stay.

Fantastic location and a wonderful condo. We will be returning!

The zephyr is always a great place to stay. It’s walkable to the gondola, coffee, restaurants, and the rental shop if you need rentals. Loved having everything labeled in this condo. Jennifer took the time to make so many little notes so we were not struggling trying to figure things out. Notes letting us know the switch in the bedroom operated the outlets so our phones would charge, which towels were for the hot tub, the fireplace is switch operated just to name a few.

We had a whirlwind two days at Winter Park in a wonderful condo. Had everything we needed, perfect size for my hubs and I, and two teenage daughters. So close to EVERYTHING. Also, bonus of being on the 2nd floor very near the ski lockers and just a walk down the stairs and on our way! Jennifer is so easy to work with and extremely communicative coming up to our trip and during our stay. It is clear she cares about the guest experience and takes pride in her property. We had a small issue with a faucet and she was ON IT quickly. Professional and impressive. We will definitely be back and try to get her place again. Thanks for everything - love Winter Park!

This property was perfect for our family of four! It was very clean and couldn’t ask for a better location. The best thing about this property was how quickly the owner got back to me on a few questions I had. . We would definitely recommed this property!

We were in a cute one bedroom condo. It was neat & clean. There were several restaurants near by. It was fun to sit out on the lawn & congregate with friends & look at the mountains
