Great location and great house. Clean and convenient. The front door lock was a bit tricky but we figured it out. Would definitely stay here again!

With the bay right out the back door, it's a lovely beach getaway. When we come back to the Lincoln City area, we will definately consider this propery again.

The accommodation was just as advertised, facility was comfortable and visually pleasing, with glass across the lower level allowing wide view of the bay. Best of all, location, location, location. A short easy walk takes you straight from the deck to the sand. Great place for anyone who wants a walk on the beach, not too far for the elders or the little ones.

The views are amazing with big windows. Clean, but it does need to be updated. We're emailed the wrong access code so had to call Vacasa to get the correct one.

The View was awesome, very comfortable accommodations and nice upgrades.

This house would be a top 10 if the house was fixed up. The only full bath had an unusable shower. Literally, if you started the water and pulled the lever to start the shower the pipe would pop off and water would spray everywhere. Using the small bath for 5 of us for 5 days = not fun. Add to that there was mold on the ceiling and the flooring was peeling and discolored. In the kitchen, the stove only had two working burners. The BBQ had 1/2 a working burner. Outside there were cigarette butts littered on the deck. The location and view was incredible. Just wish the house matched the experience.

A great place to stay for a long weekend or more. The house has a lived-in feel; as if you are staying in a friend’s beach house. This dog friendly home has a few stains on the carpet and some wear and tear. The faucet in the tub dislodged when we turned it on and the dishwasher leaked when we used it. We’re an easy going bunch so we laughed it all off. The appliances and fixtures needed a gentle touch, but the house was comfortable and it was easy to make ourselves at home. The neighborhood is nice, clean, and quiet. There are lots of people walking their dogs at all hours of the day and night, many of them are off-leash. There is a hill that blocks the view of the public walking trail, but unfortunately it also blocks the view of the Sandy beach area. Even so, you can look out at the horizon for a beautiful view of the sunset or sit on the very large back deck for a cup of coffee in the late morning sun before the wind picks up. The laundry machine and dryer, as well as the fully stocked kitchen convinced us that this is the way we need to vacation from now on. No more cramped hotel rooms for us! We are beach house people now!

We loved our stay and enjoyed all the big windows to see out to the bay. Sunsets were so beautiful to watch on the bench on the hill right before the beach. We had our dog with us and he loved digging for clams and having so much space to run. It was not crowded and was pretty private beach. The tide was out most of the day so you had to walk a distance to the water or drive up to the ocean. It is not far from the outlets or ice cream! The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans to make meals. Plenty of towels for the 4 of us in the 5 night stay. Played a few of the games on the shelf. Tv is a little small and hard to see during the daylight. When we arrived the carbon monoxide was beeping and they called right away after I messaged them and replaced it the next day since we got there after the stores were closed. Very friendly service! The house is a little out dated in bathrooms but overall is still very charming.

Plenty of space, and right on the beach. Our dogs were happy and so were the kids. Looking forward to visiting again.

Was very unhappy with the how unclean this place was. Frying pan rusted and another had food stuck on it. Pee stains and stairway carpet shredded. Trash on the floor throughout the house including pieces of pet food. BBQ was completely filthy with white goop of some kind. Mold and rust in the bathroom. Drain couldn't keep up with the shower. The house had not been dusted. Paying almost 800.00 for three nights was a ripoff. I will never rent through Vacasa gain. We left a day early it was so disappointing.

This property has a beautiful view and an amazing area to enjoy time with the family or friends. Highly recommend!!

I Loved this house. It's older and some of the furniture reflects that but it gives it a certain charm that I just cannot get over! The kitchen is huge and Amazing, perfect for big meals and it's fairly well stocked (could use some wine glasses but that's literally my only sorta complaint!) My boys absolutely loved the bunk room with a loft, so much fun was had-they discovered it's perfect for forts! The beds are comfortable and we all slept well, the back deck is amazing with nice weather and the bay couldn't be closer! There's even a path from the deck to the sand, the neighborhood is quiet and it's all around a relaxing place to be. I Definitely recommend this home!

The back deck was amazing. The bay being just a couple steps away was fantastic. I don’t have anything negative to say about this place. It was perfect for the girlfriend and I.

We arrived at the property on Friday night. It's a good thing I checked the street view from Google maps to find the driveway. The house is set back on a flag lot and the street number is partially blocked from view. Upon entering, there were many signs and instructions to help us figure out the quirks of the house. The oddest thing is that the fireplace was run by an old thermometer and needung to set it to 80 degrees to turn it on. The microwave was so old that you turned a dial to turn it on and set the cook time. The couches were so old that you sunk into them. They did have a flat screen Roku TV though, which was nice, but no cable to watch current events, like the Olympics. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed that was old. It was squeaky and the two of us sunk toward the middle, which made it difficult to sleep entirely through the night. The TV was an old tube TV with a small selection of DVDs. The bathroom upstairs had a great, powerful shower head, but the toilet was sized for an elementary school child. Neither of the night lights worked in the bathrooms, making late night trips to the bathroom interesting. Another room had a queen sized bed and a third room had a futon and triple bunk bed, with a small loft area that I guess is there for kids to hide from their parents. Half of the light switches didn't seem to do anything, so you had to manually turn on a lot of the lights. Most of the outlets were old and couldn't securely grasp our chargers. The backyard was semi private, with trees backing the yard. There is a trail from there to get to the bay if you'd like. Overall, a good location that's just a mile away from Mo's and southern Lincoln City. The house definitely could use some updating to make it much more comfortable for guests though.

The house was a great location. House needs some updates and smelled like dog badly. Carpet to upstairs was badly ripped up. And back patio could use some new chairs (broken and rusted) and path to bay could use some trimming.

The location of the home was great with easy access to the bay. Unfortunately the home was dirty, stained ripped carpets. Warn dirty furniture. Pillows that were provided were completely flat and not even useable. We wouldn’t stay here again because of the condition of the home unfortunately.

I normally read reviews before booking but when trying to find a place that takes pets there’s not many options. The good: good beach access with very few people The bad: furniture is extremely worn, soiled and uncomfortable. The TV in the living room is too small for the area. The beds are VERY uncomfortable. The carpet is soiled everywhere with who knows what. Dishwasher top rack broken. Back deck furniture broken, hose for rinsing off without a nozzle. No yard to speak of really for dogs to go potty. They charge $20 a day per dog. I felt like they should of paid me to stay there. Price should reflect the conditions.

This house has a 4.5 Stars by our family. Great location and nice house, love the deck.

We were glad we got a last minute reservation for this property since everything else was booked. The house was conveniently located on the Bay where you could see the 4th if July fireworks. The house has a lot of potential but furnishing is outdated/dirty and carpet that should be replaced. The house was not as clean as expected when arrived.

I never complain, but this property is awful.
The property is nothing like the pictures on Vacasa. Almost like a “bait & switch” scheme. The property was very dirty with broken blinds, torn & stained carpets, dirty walls, doors & refrigerator. Furnishing are dirty, torn & worn.
Landscaping is overgrown & you are unable to enjoy the possible view of the bay.
We left a day early; worst property we’ve ever rented.

I enjoyed the house and its location. It is comfortable, quiet and conveniently located. I didnt like being texted saying my dogs were too loud and bother my neighbors....my dogs and I were at the beach 30 minutes away. The hard floors had a wax or something on them that made to extremely slippery and not easy to walk on. I fell once and almost slipped 5-6 times.

It’s unfortunate that this house has been let go in such a way. We were so looking forward to this weekend. Thank goodness the weather was good and we could spend most time outside because the inside of the house is in serious need of an upgrade.

Couch - sagging as the mattress from the pull out bed is gone but couch still be using
Beds - worn out and very uncomfortable, everyone is complaining about back pain. Taco mattresses
Faucet in shower is loose. Needs to be fixed
Kitchen is very poorly appointed
Knives full as spoons
Pots and pans - terrible. Very limited and no matching lids to bottoms
Blinds - broken or missing
Carpet - visible pet stains everywhere - also coming up, torn, snagged
Rusted light fixtures
Broken lamp in master
Light bulbs out

The list goes on.

We grossly overpaid for this weekend. I would not recommend this house to anyone I know without a serious over haul.

Thank god the weather was good as we could spend time outside and not in here.

Kids loved the bunk room, I loved the kitchen, we all loved the location!

I would not rent this property again until they use a different property manager. The first night we were there we lost power to the house due to the fires. Lincoln City had declared a state of emergency, had hazardous air quality, and had started to evacuate the town. Obviously we could not stay there and had to leave and they would not refund us our money. It is the worst custom service I have ever received.

It felt as though the property had been neglected. TV wasn’t working (was fixed by property manager), oven didn’t work, burners on the stove worked occasionally,the tank of the grill was broken. Many smelly stains in the carpet, which was complained about in the reviews as far back as 2019). Futon mattress was brutal and bunk beds were problematic. Pillows were stiff as boards. The location is wonderful. But for all the fees you pay, it seems that the house should be in better shape.
