We really enjoyed our stay at Adrian's place! It's just like the pictures and then some! It's tastefully decorated, very comfortable and the kitchen is huge! The cabinets were well stocked with everything you need including coffee and filters! The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was really nice with a deep tub, hot water and good water pressure!
Since we were here for the Chicago Marathon it is worth noting that it's a bit of a walk to the Jefferson Station and a longer than expected train ride to downtown. If you have a car this place would be great for you since it is on a dead end street with plenty of free parking (and it's SAFE)!
I would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a comfortable stay that doesn't mind commuting.
Also, there's a GREAT Italian restaurant several blocks away called Joe's!

I found the owner very unpleasant to deal with. We are four adults who race sailboats and we have rented through VRBO many times as we race around the country. This was the only owner I haven't liked and who was openly unpleasant. The floor in the one bathroom was perpetually flooded by a leaking shower. Otherwise the place was fine. But we would never return here--which is probably fine with him, too. (Final note: Be careful not to set a pizza box on the dining room table as this owner will come to the conclusion that it burned his table and charge you an extra fee. Funny how this never happens on my dining room table at home, which is a hell of a lot nicer.)

My niece, her children & myself went to my brother's daughter whom graduated from Southwestern University. Everything was perfect. This place was very clean. It's look as if it's been updated with some serious money. We all enjoy our stayed.

Great decor, amenities, spacious and very clean! Within walking distance (6 min) of CTE and in a great Chicago neighborhood! Really enjoyed the unbelievably comfy bed, relaxing living room and huge dining room and kitchen.

We had a great stay and would highly recommend this apartment. It is convenient to the Kennedy, a short walk to the Blue Line and not far from a grocery store. The unit is clean and appears to be recently updated with a fully appointed kitchen and large dining area. It was everything advertised and a very convenient and comfortable place for us to prepare and serve a Thanksgiving dinner for six adults. The owner/host could not have been more responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend it.

We had great stay and will encourage other family members to stay here as well. Very clean and updated. Away from the city but still very close. We did a family members stay to watch the football game at northwestern. It was only 10 miles away. I highly encourage anyone needing to visit the area to stay here. Plenty of restaurants close by. Thank you!

This property is in a great location and is nicer than the pictures indicate. It was very comfortable and we had all the amenities of home we could think of. We would definitely stay again!

Stayed here with my father, son, and Uncle. Boys trip to see some baseball games and a Notre Dame football game. House was great. Really clean and the remodel is very nice. Jefferson Park Neighborhood is really cool as well. Wished there were a few more good places to eat/drink close by. But we explored and found some good ones. Pretty close to Wrigleyville when there is no traffic!
House is really nice and so are the beds. Only item we wish we had was an additional half bath since there were 4 of us. But no big deal. Loved it. Owner was VERY easy to work with.

The apartment is just as described, communication is easy with Adrian, the neighborhood is nice and secure, you can get back late at night,.
Even tough the apartment is not near downtown, you can find public transportation in a short walk.
We would definitely stay at Adrian’s place again.

This property was exactly what we needed. As a family with 4 kids we needed a place that could support us all and this was it! The location was on a great street with easy parking and the decor was nice but all at heights friendly for a 7 month old. If we come back to Chicago we would love staying here again.

This is a really nice, clean location. The owners were very communicative and helpful. The neighbors were playing music Saturday night until very late, but that's not the owner's fault! Overall we really liked this place and appreciated how conveniently located it is. Would definitely stay there again!

What a very nice place to stay! Having three bedrooms was fantastic. Very clean and many thoughtful little amenities. Was so very nice coming "home" after a long day of sight seeing and being able to relax. The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances. Short trip to a local grocery and Joe's Pizza.

Grandma and grandchildren
This property was perfect for us. The right location. The property manager was excellent. The place was clean and inviting. Had everything we needed and more. The extra touches were appreciated….plenty of dishes and cooking supplies as well as plenty of paper products and cleaning supplies. Appliances were top notch and everything worked.
We enjoyed our stay!!!

Overall good experience in this property, easy access to shops and nice neighborhood. Only complaint is that we were not informed about the street parking policies in regards to street cleaning days, being that we are not from Chicago. Aside from that, pleasant experience.

Great location, convenient to OHare. Quiet despite being close to the highway. Free parking out front. Modern kitchen, comfy new furniture, and nice little extras provided. Our A/C went out one evening (it was a cool night thankfully) and the owner showed up in 15 minutes to fix it.

This is a beautiful apartment with plenty of space and amenities and perfect location.
The whole experience was wonderful. The home is beautiful and located in a great area convenient to Chicago and surrounding areas.

Home was spotlessly clean, and very well supplied with whatever we needed. It appears to have been newly remodeled. Very beautiful home. Property manager was quick to respond with any questions.
