We were there for a event at Lay Lake and chose this property. Overall it was a great time at the bnb and will be back again. The host was very nice and respectful. Was able to park one boat near the door and other in front of it just had to back out in the morning time. I highly recommend this location and property.

Great location, close to Parks and Historical locations for our anniversary get away. Enjoyed the well-kept property and beautiful sunrise over the lake from the dock. Great Hosts!

We had an amazingly peaceful weekend! We highly recommend staying with David & Tracy in either their Suite or their cabin. Their property is amazing and they are amazing hosts!

Came out to visit my 15 year old son to do some fishing and play some golf. We fished local public lakes in the area and when the fishing slowed down we played some golf. The property is beautiful and very clean!! We will definitely be back. Dave is a great host!!!!! Thank you! Ron

We really enjoyed the quiet of the property, it was beautiful and clean and just what we needed for myself, husband and 14 year old Son. The pool and lake were so beautiful and just what we needed after a long day at the baseball field. Mr. David was an incredible Host and really friendly. When we got in he had some things to get us started in the fridge and pantry which meant alot. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the Hoover area.

This place is perfect. Spacious lower level that is quiet and private. The host has nicely organized everything for a great stay including things like coffee and breakfast to make the start of the day a little easier. The property itself is remarkable. The pool is very large. The lake is very nice. We joked that the host must go out and sweep the lawn as it was spotless. The host was very welcoming and checked in on us a couple of times to make sure our stay was great. The location is very close to several food options and shopping venues. There is a very nice state part less than 20 minutes away that offers many different accommodations as well. We definitely would stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Well maintained, out of the way property. Three guys on a golf trip. We came back after staying here two years ago. Road construction made it a little harder to get to, which is why I gave less than 5 stars on location. Not the owners fault! Follow property owners directions to the property, as otherwise hard to find, especially at night. Will stay again.

We booked with David for a quick getaway trip for spring break and he did not disappoint. The property is breathtaking and the surrounding community makes you feel like you're in a movie at times. This property is a hidden gem right outside of Birmingham, providing you with quick access to all attractions, while slipping away to serenity at night. We look forward to booking with David again.

A little getaway for some relaxation, this was the perfect spot for that, beautiful land, peaceful while located near many shopping and restaurant choices. If you love antique stores, you have to check out Chelsea Antique Mall & Attic Antiques! Absolutely enjoyed this little town of Chelsea, cant wait to visit again!

We loved our stay at David’s place. It was absolutely gorgeous and so relaxing. We were in town for a music festival but wish we were able time to enjoy the property. Hope to stay again in the future.
