Loved this location, as it was close enough to the strip for an easy drive in the mornings for our conference at Mandalay Bay. The house is a charmer, the pool was a huge hit with the kids and provided everything we needed for a rental. Would recommend to anyone looking for a laid back Vegas experience.

The house was a really neat vintage theme! It was clean and worked perfectly for my family. Everywhere we went was only 5-15 minutes away. It is a great location! We stayed during August, so it was really nice to have the pool, and to ourselves, unlike hotels! I would definitely stay here again.

Definitely would come back! Hosts were very prompt with questions/communication! We were able to get early check in. House was very convenient to the strip. Ubers were always 2 minutes away. Pool was perfect temperature. We did run into a minor problem with sharing a key with the other couple while we went to a show and the other went to dinner, coming back to the house we had to wait for our friends outside. But like I said minor problem 😊

We loved our stay at the Vintage Gem! It was like home away from home for us. It was SO VERY clean! We appreciate that tremendously, as that’s the most important quality when we travel. The home is extremely comfortable, beds and all. It’s decorated perfectly! We want to come back and stay at this place again! Thank you so much for this wonderful stay!!

Easy check-in with the host. Very accommodating and easy to get a hold of with questions. The house is a super cool vintage home with all the needed amenities for your stay. Plenty of room to spread out. Very clean and comfortable. Great backyard with a nice sized pool, shaded patio and plenty of lounge furniture. I’ve stay in a lot of homes and this was one of the best for my family. I would highly recommend. If you want to be close to the strip but without the noise, traffic and craziness involved with the resorts this is a great choice for a little relaxation during your Vegas trip.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed the weekend for a music festival. We were able to walk to the location (25 mins) where the festival was being held at and was very easy to get around. Unfortunately it was raining when we arrived so we were unable to use the pool but it was nice and clean. There are plenty of towels and toiletries available as well as basic cooking utensils and spices ( which we did not use.) Refrigerator was clean as was the rest of the house. A/C was perfect as well. The bedrooms were spacious and clean and the beds were also very comfortable. Check is was very easy and we received all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. Will definitely recommend this rental and look forward to booking in the future!

The house was super clean and convenient to everythjng we wanted to do in and around Las Vegas. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for the four of us. A small frustration I have with many vacation rentals, this one included, is no hooks or coat rack at the entrance. Small beef though. Thanks for a delightful place to land after our adventures each day.

This darling Rambler-style Mid-Mod is just what our family needed to relax, refresh and go back out for sightseeing near the strip.
Easily located (a $25 or less Lyft ride from the airport) will find you in this safe, quiet neighborhood. Furnished with mid-century mod decor, roomy and did we mention a pool and hot tub (noting extra charge to heat) well worth it after lots of walking!
We walked to the Strat (less than 20 min walk) and hopped on The Deuce (bus) for an $8 pp all day hop-on off pass for the strip. Also 50 min from Valley of Fire State Park (a must see for hiking and nature)
Creature comfort amenities were provided and hosts team were just a text away should we need anything.
We would definitely stay again, a true gem!

Booked this place for myself and two coworkers. 3 bedrooms made it perfect. Plenty of space to hang out and great location, just a short ride to the convention center and the strip. Clean and comfortable.

This was our 3rd time staying at Vintage Gem and just like the last 2, everything was perfect! Anytime we make it to Vegas there’s no doubt this is where we will stay. Close enough to everything yet far enough away to be nice and quiet. Wouldn’t change a thing.

The home in itself is adorable with it's charm and high level of feeling like your truly at a home away from home. We came for a stay to enjoy the sights as a group of friends and the house was extremely cozy, stocked with plenty of coffee, blankets, games, etc. The location to the strip was amazing and made it for easy transportation (also the view of The Strat right out of the window with the sunrise - AMAZING!). My favorite thing to do was sit in the chairs in the backyard in the morning and watch the sunrise with some coffee! The check-in process was easy; however, I do wish it was electronic instead of in-person, but after hearing the explanation of certain things that you can/can't do based on the charm of the house. Overall, I would 100% book this home again for any event and hopefully it wouldn't be so cold so we could enjoy the pool!

We were very impressed with location, cleanliness and functionality of house. I have stayed in many hotels in Vegas. Between the crowds elevators and distance from rooms to elevators. I found this house very easy to get in/ out. And very convenient to downtown and the strip. Would love to stay again.

The house was immaculate even the pool patio area was spotless and really adorable. The house had all the basics that we needed. The sun room was a perfect spot to relax.
Having to be at the house at a certain time was a little inconvenient but they were flexible with us. (Also I understand that you probably want to check out who is renting in a place like Vegas.)
The up charge for heating the hot tub seems a little steep but it works really well.
It was a little cold for us to swim but would definitely rent again in the spring summer to enjoy the beautiful pool and patio.

Everything was really smooth, decorations and design of the entire house is very well thought out. Thank You for having coffee pouches on site. Great neighborhood and close to just about everything. Being able to have somewhere to just crash and hang out for a few hours during the day away from all the chaos was amazing.

This is the best little vintage gem. Loved everything about it. Perfectly done with fun, quirky touches, spotless, so we’ll cared for, everything you need, lots of space, close to the strip, easy Uber access, quiet neighborhood, pool oasis and yard; heaven. I will miss being there and fully intend to stay again with my family or friends. Hosts were super, accessible, friendly, helpful. Top notch home and hosts!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Vintage Gem. This place is perfect.
It's close to everything - Las Vegas Downtown and Arts District, the Strat hotel where the Las Vegas Strip begins, restaurants, coffee shops and more. But what makes this place extra special is the private pool in the backyard where we spent many hours relaxing and enjoying time with family.

The location of the home was very convenient to the venue of the Jazz/R&B festival at the Clark County outdoor amphitheater. And the home presents to the listing description. We were in town for a concert and did not want to stay in a hotel or on the strip. We found this property and the neighborhood welcoming and quiet. I was able to walk the neighborhood and to most areas easily. The guest book with directions and recommendations was a plus. All appliances worked well and teenagers loved the pool. Would stay again when visiting next time. Check-in was very quick and informative. If staying for a longer period of time probably would need more bath towels for the 5 of us.

House was lovely - larger than we expected - and really well located. There are some sketchy neighborhoods but the immediate area around this house is nice, and you are super close to everything....a quick uber ride to the strip. Beds are comfy. Lots of room for hanging out. We had four adults- me, my husband, my mom and my brother-in-law -- and we had plenty of room. Everything is in good condition. We hope to stay here again!

This was a great location for our purposes. 10 minutes from Fremont, Venetian and Las Vegas National Golf. Older place and neighborhood, but has the old Las Vegas vibe, if you’re into that.
Everything was as it should be, clean, etc, there was even a bottle of wine waiting for us.
The highlight was the backyard. Private, nice pool, BBQ. We didn’t use it as it was too cold, but would be great for a hot sunny day.
This property would be great for a small group of guys or girls, or for a family that want a refuge from the bustle of the Strip where they can sit together comfortably and socialize.

Perfect location and accommodations. Far enough away from the strip to avoid the noise and crowds. But just a quick Uber to anywhere including the strip and Fremont. This is our second stay here and if we ever make it to Vegas again, we will make it our third!
