A very good location just metres from the Office de Tourism and Cours Mirabeau. Excellent access to all shops including Monoprix supermarket. An easy 5 minutes into old Aix. You can walk from one end of Aix to the other side in 20 minutes. So many restaurants within a 3-minute walk. Bus stops in front of Tourism Office. A easy walk to the main bus station with buses to Marseilles every 10 minutes. Clean and spacious apartment with sunny balcony for outdoor eating. Well-equipped kitchen. Netflix for entertainment.

This apartment is lovely. The location for touring Aix as well as surrounding areas is superb. If you just want to relax and sit on balcony and enjoy all the goodies that you purchased at the market, it’s perfect for that too. It’s a spacious apartment, peaceful and very secure. I didn’t rent a car this trip, but this apartment also has on-site parking which is a plus. It was an absolute pleasure to meet Corinne, and she was very helpful, accessible and accommodating. Also, Corinne was nice enough to let me practice my French too. Thank you so much for a delightful stay. I highly recommend this apartment.

This condo is perfect for a couple visiting Aix-en-Provence. It is perfectly situated for walking along the Cours Mirabeau, going to any of the more than 800 restaurants in Aix,, sightseeing, etc. The Croissanterie, where you buy your breakfast croissant, is just out the front door of the building! The building itself is very secure and there is even a parking spot if you have a rental car. The condo is very comfortable with a nice balcony and has AC. The owner is always available especially if you need her to retrieve an earring dropped into the drain as I did.

This is our second time staying in Corinne’s apartment. We came for the Easter musical festival and enjoyed many concerts in several venues. The Grand Theatre and the Conservatory are just steps away and the Jeu de Paume and Petit Duc theatres a nice walk away. The apartment has all you need and is so ideally located that all Aix has to offer is just out the front door.

Corinne was the perfect hostess from our correspondence before meeting her to the warmth of her welcome. The apartment is ideal: immaculate, comfortable, well appointed, spacious sunny terrace, very peaceful and only minutes from everything of interest. And the security is first class. A lovely place from which to explore lovely Aix and with easy access to station and gare routière and Office de Tourisme for exploring further.

This is the best location in Aix, in a very secure building, just a few feet from the Croissanterie for our breakfast croissants, well maintained with A/C and every comfort. Corinne is extremely helpful and rushed to the rescue when my earring fell down the sink. If there were more stars to give I would give them!

The apartment building is in a very good location. It is a secure building with elevator access to the third floor flat. The apartment is very clean, well-appointed, and the patio is large, sunny, and looks out over a lovely interior garden. It is close to everything, but very quiet. We were well within walking distance to the bus station as well as the local train station. A bus at the nearby station leaves every half hour to the Aix TGV station (about 12-15 minutes) and to the airport in Marseille (about 30 minutes). We were within a 2-3 minute walk from the Monoprix, the Apple Store, Sephora, and the La Fontaine de la Rotunde. Our host, Corinne, met us at the apartment. She is very gracious and always available if you have questions or need a little advice. This is the perfect spot to experience beautiful Aix-en-Provence, as well as a perfect home base to explore southern France.

The apartment location was fantastic, a few steps away from shopping, restaurants and all of the cultural activities. The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable, very safe, has parking in the basement and everything you need to prepare meals. Corinne was very helpful and provided great information about current special exhibitions and activities going on. Best of all she directed us to the best boulangerie, wine store and patisserie! When we return to Aix en Provence we will most certainly stay here. We highly recommend this apartment. Thanks Corinne!

This apartment was a welcome find for our 10 days in Aix-en-Provence. Clean and light-filled, it's in a building that opens right onto a square of shops and restaurants and is steps away from all the sights but the home itself is absolutely quiet. The full kitchen is fairly well stocked. Great to have a deck and the indoor parking space is a real gift. We gladly recommend to anyone visiting Aix!

This attractive one bedroom apartment is on the fourth floor, and has a lovely patio overlooking a well cared for and peaceful garden. In the two weeks we spent here we ate several meals on the patio untroubled by any city noises. The furnishings were simple, in good taste, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom, while small, was adequate with a good shower and storage cabinets. The kitchen appliances all were relatively new and functioned well. The kitchen was adequate for preparation of simple meals, but with not enough counter space for preparing anything elaborate. However, the location could not have been more perfect! We were in the center of the town close to most of the major sights. I want to give special thanks to Corinne Pascale our host...shortly after arrival I found myself unable to walk for more than about 5 minutes because of an old injury that gets stirred up from time to time. When she learned of this she suggested and offered to arrange for the rental of a wheel chair. The shop that could do this for us required a 500 euro security check, but insisted on its being on a French bank. Corinne graciously volunteered to give them such a check, to be refunded of course when the wheel chair was returned. We could not have continued on this long anticipated holiday without the chair and we are extremely grateful to her. We called on her several times during our stay for assistance and she was always available and willing to help. We have rented apartments in France in the past, but have never been hosted by such a generous, available person before. We enthusiastically recommend this apartment!

This property was the best! The location in Aix en Provence was perfect! Lots of restaurants nearby, a block from old town. The property was lovely. It was very clean, and quiet. Would definitely recommend it for anyone.

We had a fantastic week in this clean and well equipped appartment. The air conditioning was an unexpected bonus as the temperatures were high at night. Corine was a helpful and friendly host.We would recommend this rental.

The apartment was exactly as described, clean, modern and quiet. The terrace was a bonus and we ate all our meals there. The situation was perfect, in a very modern pedestrian area yet only 5 minutes from the Cours Mirabeau and the old part of town. Old Aix is gorgeous, narrow streets, quiet squares and fountains, lots of places to eat and people-watch. While we were there it was the Feu de St Jean and the Fete de la Musique, so lots going on in the evenings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Corrine met us when we arrived and was very helpful, with suggestions of where to eat and what was going on.

Just steps from the "La Rotonde" fountain, the bronze sculpture of Paul Cezanne, and the tourism office, this apartment is in the heart of Aix. We enjoyed many walks in the neighborhood, finding a boulangerie and patisserie (Paul) where we shopped like the locals for provisions. Markets supplied other treats (including blooming artichokes- large purple flowers), while Mono Prix supplied more prosaic necessities. The Cours Mirabeau is a treasure of sidewalk cafes. The Granet and Caumont museums are within easy walking distance. Shopping and restaurants are plentiful and fun to discover. Corinne was prompt and informative, the property was safe, clean and well-maintained (a leaky shower door was soon-to-be addressed). The furnishings are IKEA- type in appearance and comfort. The apartment faces a large courtyard. There is an electric metal shutter for each courtyard window to shut out both light and sound - great for those who wish to sleep in. Heads-up- the garage is nice and clean, but tight; a compact car works. We had a rather pathetic Fiat- bad turning radius and little power- I can still hear the tires squealing as if we were in a movie chase scene. I cannot imagine a better location, nor such a quiet one, in the heart of Aix.

We had a wonderful 7 days at this apartment. Owner met and greeted us at time agreed. Apartment light and airy and balcony and car park were bonuses. It was a delight to stay there. This apartment is the perfect way to see Provence. All that other reviewers have said about this apartment is true. The location in Aix at the center of everything, the ease in using this base to travel around and see all of Provence, the beauty of the apartment (it is even lovelier and more comfortable than the pictures suggest) and the secure indoor parking in the garage beneath the building is a golden benefit in a city where parking is difficult at best. The owner is readily available by phone or email for information and advice. All in all, this apartment guarantees a wonder way to see Provence. We loved it.

Having lived for 5 years in Aix many years ago we looked for the perfect location to be able to easily walk to all the many places of interest. The apartment in located in the center of town in an area which was redeveloped in a modern style but is just across the street from the old town center. My wife and I spent almost a month in the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The proprietor was friendly and helpful in suggesting many of the new changes in the city to see.
