Updated and clean condo... one of the best units I’ve stayed in and would definitely rent again next year.

This property is unmatched! We’ve visited friends who have stayed here before. This was our first time renting and we would absolutely do it again. It’s clean, beautifully designed, and convenient to all things Bethany. It’s worth the price. Grateful for a warm November weekend to visit.

Property was exactly as advertised. Beautifully decorated with everything we needed for a perfect beach week. Communication with the owner was clear, timely and helpful. Our family of 5 all agreed it was one of the best places we have ever stayed. Will definitely book here again!

Stop looking at other properties. If you need room for up to eight people you are in the right place. If you want a family-friendly location you found it. If you want a condo on a high floor with a great view of the ocean, beach and pool you got it.
Bethany Beach is relaxing and refreshing. You have food options and shopping options right across the street. You are a short walk from the downtown area for more options. You are a short drive to Rehoboth Beach for even more options.
Make the drive south to Assateague to kayak with the wild horses.
Take time to relax in a great condo with all the things you need for the week. TV’s in each bedroom gave people the option to split off by themselves. The balcony gave others the option to read and people watch. The kitchen gave us the option to cook dinner and play games on the huge kitchen table.

And it did not disappoint. The condo was lovely, with beachy but not kitschy decor. Every possible amenity was available. It felt recently updated. The view from the balcony was oceanfront and afforded spectacular sunrises and the occasional rainbow. An easy 15 minute walk to Bethany shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful property!! We loved the central location and the ease of access to everything. The pool and beach were steps away, as well as,

The condo was beautiful. Had everything we need. Just a notiification to the owner, the rain shower head in the master was not working upon arrival but the water pressure was great with regular shower. Your home is lovely and thank you.

Unit is beautifully renovated with great oceanfront location and well equipped. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Glitch upon arrival as heat turned down to 50 degrees and water was turned off. Owner was responsive and offered to move us to another unit but we preferred original unit view. Took 24 hours to heat up to 68 degrees and a repair call from HVAC company but otherwise a good stay.

Beautiful spot to spend a sister‘s weekend, enjoy the wonderful views beautiful condo, and great seafood and fun exploring we did. Took a trip to the botanical gardens, went down to the Delaware seashore park, lots of great things to do in the fall.

Great place overall but some issues you should be aware of. Toilet paper holder coming off in bathroom. All beds seemed slept in (wrinkled and slight smell when we arrived). Found two actual boogers (on walls in two different bedrooms). Moldy cushions on balcony chairs. Chandelier over dining table had one broken beaded rope.

The property is fully updated to 2022 standards with all the amenities needed to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Perfect views of the ocean to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or afternoon cocktail! The kids the loved the bunk beds and their own tv! The building the condo resides in is centrally located in the complex for ease of walking to local restaurants, stores and shops. Would highly recommend this condo for a quick get away or a family vacation! We booked this condo again for next year(2023) on our way home!

After two pandemic birthdays I decided to splurge for a beach birthday weekend. This place was fabulous. Pictures are completely accurate. A well appointed modern and bright condo with an amazing view. Of course the one thing the pictures can not convey is the joyful sound of the ocean when you open the windows/doors. Can't beat the view, the location or convenience. We parked the car and never used it again. Walked down to the beach and then across the street for meals. Given the convenience we were able to do sunrise and sunset and everything in between. Felt totally refreshed after staying there. Well worth it.
