Big spacious villa, excellent sized rooms. Pool area was fantastic. Lots of sun beds and umbrellas. Thierry was so lovely and helpful. Def recommend this villa!

We went with a group of 6 adults and 2 children (5 and 2). The house accommodated everyone easily. Very clean, safe and fully stocked in a quiet neighborhood. Pool was a huge bonus as both the kids and adults used it every day...for hours upon returning from daily excursions. BBQ was also a bonus and we ate poolside almost every night around 2 big accommodating tables listening to the cicadas in the background. 10 minute walk from downtown, but car is highly recommended. Thierry (the host) was extraordinarily helpful and responsive to our every need. He went of his way to provide exceptional service both before and during our stay. We wholeheartedly recommend both Thierry and the Villa Romane. We miss it already and will definitely be returning!

The property is in a quiet neighborhood and only a 10 min walk from both the beach and downtown. It's an extremely comfortable place with an amazing pool + outdoor space. The host is a lovely guy, responsive and super helpful. It is the perfect place to spend a week or two!

The house was perfect for our group of 9 adults and 3 children. Thierry was an outstanding host, always available for questions, so helpful in giving us recommendations in addition to arranging airport transportation with an excellent driver, Christophe, (who also took us on a day trip to Cap Ferrat), and arranging for Sylvain, an amazing chef, to come to the home and cook a gourmet meal for us - twice! We used the grill several times, the kids and others enjoyed the heated pool every day, and we enjoyed lemons and oranges growing on trees on the property. Old Antibes was an easy walk, as was the the walk to the heart of Juan les Pins with wonderful cafes and restaurants and of course the beach! Overall a perfect vacation experience!

We enjoyed a lovely stay in this clean, well maintained property. Communication with the owner Thierry was very easy. He speaks excellent English and was super helpful. We know Juan/Antibes very well, having stayed in many rental properties over the years. Thierry’s ‘Villa Romaine’ probably presents the best value for its price range, in our experience. As you see the pictures, that is exactly how it looks. It’s a stylish modern place, not ‘tired’ & Thierry is very conscious that he provides for you the best service during your stay, both in his preparation but also in service when you need his help. He treats it as boutique hotel, with that level of personalised service. That’s a rarity. Location wise, it is well placed as we were able to walk to the private beaches of Juan, or stroll in the evenings into old Antibes, not bothering to drive. When we shopped it has local patisseries within walking distance and access to the main roads to pop down to the hypermarkets to stock up. It’s the kind of place to impress your friends or business partners, a certain panache. Obviously we would recommend both Thierry and the villa itself and will be returning during the next 12 months. Only problem was leaving the place! We didn’t want to!

Fantastic location for walking to Juan les Pins and Antibes. Railway station 10 min walk, Casino supermarket also 10 mins. Very good big pool - really enjoyed our stay. Thierry was a really great host !

The property is magnificent. The owner Thierry was so helpful. Organized transport from the airport , met us at the property explained everything in great detail. The property is spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished , inside and out . Very easy access on foot to the lovely town of Juan les Pins and Supermarkets . I would highly recommend this property , excellent value for money and a host who went above and beyond to make it a memorable trip.. Thanks again Thierry

Villa Romane was a great base for our family holiday including 2 kids and older parents. Walking distance into Antibes and also Juan les pins. Thierry the owner was great, with thorough explanations and recommendations and he even replaced some of the garden furniture while we were there. A great week. Matt

Villa was superbly located for easy walking to both Antibes and Juan les Pins. The interior was beautifully furnished, air conditioned like a home from home. The outside pool was heated which was an added bonus. Would defnately return.

Just returned from a wonderful week at this villa. The villa itself is exactly as in photos and was spotlessly clean. Kitchen is well equipped. The pool area is great and pool was lovely and not cold. The location is quiet, in a residential area, a ten min walk to Juan les pins, maybe 15 to Antibes. Both different but great to have nearby. The train is very easy to get (5 mins away), we went to Cannes and nice which were easy. Bike hire also available from Antibes, which was great service, good cycle way to Nice from Antibes. Thierry was extremely helpful and helped with things to do and restaurant recommendations. I would definitely recommend for family holiday or a special get together.

M’y family was very happy in this house.. the pool was our favorite.. the house sits between Antibes and Juan Les Pins.. do every evening we chose a different town to walk to and have dinner...

We were very impressed with the villa, we had a wow moment as we arrived and received a very warm welcome from Thierry who helped us settle in. A very nice swimming pool and patio area, everything was very clean, tidy and well equipped. We decided not to hire a car, it was a comfortable walk for us into Antibes and got the train to Canne and Nice, Thierry very kindly gave us a lift to and from the supermarket with an initial large shop. Hopefully we will get the opportunity to return.

An excellent villa, facilities, bedrooms, kitchen and living space, beautiful decor throughout, and relaxing outside space with a lovely pool. I hope to return again and again and again!

We, a family of 6, stayed for a week and we all enjoyed the beautiful house and the heated pool very much. The house is well decorated and gives you a luxurious feeling. Thierry, our host, is very welcoming and has good tips about restaurants in the neighbourhood. On his advice we hired a private cook who made us a delicious birthday dinner.

What a villa! Great open space and lovely pool! Everything is well thought out. Our host Thierry was outstanding and took care of us at every opportunity. We recommend it to anyone!

We have just returned from an 8 night half-term break at Villa Romane. Our party was a 3 generation family group of 6 adults, and 2 kids, 8 &11. We chose to rent the studio in addition to the main house for flexibility particularly regarding bathroom usage. In the event we hardly used the studio as the house accommodated the family members perfectly so long as access to the master bedroom ensuite was allowed to all. Other non-family groups of a similar size might benefit more from the use of the studio. We received a very warm welcome from Thierry and were delighted to find the house every bit as attractive as the brochure photographs. The pool area was wonderful and put to great use by adults & kids alike. A car isn't strictly necessary if all the party are fit and mobile. The station is 10 minutes' walk downhill and provides easy access to all the key resorts of the Riviera. The lovely beach area of JLP is 3 or 4 minutes further from the station. The walk to Antibes Old Town takes about 20 minutes but lots to enjoy. A car would help if mobility is an issue or if you wished to visit the inland villages. Thierry was a source of excellent & reliable information about restaurants and local attractions. We took advantage of his offer to arrange for Sylvain, an accomplished cordon bleu chef, to prepare a splendid 3 course meal at the villa for the adults - a very enjoyable experience. Thierry was easily available and responsive for any assistance but left us to ourselves otherwise to enjoy the villa. Villa Romane was one of the very best homes we have rented and we would choose it again we're we to return to the area.

From the moment my friends and myself checked into this beautiful home, we were not disappointed. The property is as seen on the photographs. The host was very attentive and dealt with our needs immediately. Nothing was too much trouble and he even assisted us with our large amount of luggage as we checked out. Along with a very accommodating host, this home was extremely clean with a calming relaxing interior, and also provided all the facilities we required during our stay. The property is well positioned, and has easy access to all nearby restaurants particularly Juan-les-Pins and Antibes etc. Would highly recommend to friends for future stays. Thank you Thierry.

This villa is absolutely wonderful, with two separate apartments to accommodate 12 in total. It was extremely spacious and we never felt crammed in even on rainy days. The villa is well equipped and the beds comfortable. The owner was excellent and very helpful with information about restaurants to go to over Christmas. We paid a supplement to heat the pool and it was worthwhile, but we were determined to go swimming on Christmas Day. Great location for both Antibes and Juan Les Pins. Just a short walk to the station for sight-seeing further afield. We would highly recommend this villa.

From the moment we arrived Thierry welcolmed us to his beautiful villa, he gave us all the information we needed to plan our holiday and make the most of our week. Obviously the kids want to spend a lot of time in the superb swimming pool, but there is so much to do and so many places to visit, the very near train station makes is so easy to travel and see, so much of the South of France, going to Antibes and Nice is a must This villa is so well located for the beach, shops and many restaurants, it made life so easy. I thoroughly recommend this villa, we had a lovely holiday.

This really is a perfect villa. It has the wow factor from the moment you walk in. Beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Even the beds are extremely comfortable with decent pillows and good quality bed linens. The standard of cleanliness is extremely high and it is clear that Thierry takes excellent care with the maintenance and upkeep of the property. We were two families with adult children, 11 of us in total stayed in the villa including the studio and the apartment. We had plenty of room to move around and not once did we feel that we were short of space. The villa is located in a lovely quiet residential area yet only a 10 minute stroll takes you to the beaches, bars and restaurants of JLP. Having the railway station so near is an added bonus, this enabled us to take trips out for the day on the efficient and reasonably priced train service. Thierry is wonderful to deal with. He is charming and courteous and will always respond swiftly to any queries you may have. He met us when we arrived to explain how things work and gave us a tour of the villa. The little touches such as a filled fruit bowl, chilled beer, wine and in our case a bottle of champagne ( we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary) made the villa and our two week stay there extra special. I would highly recommend Villa Romane to anyone looking for a holiday in this region and I would definitely stay here again.

Modern, clean, well-maintained and well-equipped home in a quiet residential neighborhood between Juan les Pins and Antibes. Walking distance to restaurants, beaches, shops. Thierry takes great pride in his home and is a very gracious host. He was full of helpful recommendations about the house and the surrounding areas. He even offered to ride me to the department store when I needed to purchase an additional piece of luggage. Highly recommend staying at this home.

We have rebooked this beautiful villa for our return. Perfect for a family or group holiday. Well equipped with everything you could need and a magnificent swimming pool. My family and I just had an amazing stay at this wonderful Villa, it was spotless and had everything we needed and plenty of space for our family of 10. Our ten year old twin girls especially enjoyed the heated pool during their half term school break! The villa is conveniently located just a 10 minute walk into Juan Les Pins with its gorgeous beaches and 10 minutes walk in the other direction takes you into picturesque Antibes. The train station is only 5 minutes walk away, we used it to go to Cannes and Nice so no need to hire a car unless going further a field. I have rented many private Villas over the years and I have to say Thierry the owner was such a pleasure to deal with, he was always available to answer any questions both before and during our stay and arranged our Airport transfers. He even drove us to the supermarket when we arrived and waited for us to do our shopping, thank you Thierry! During our stay Thierry organised a chef to come to the Villa to cook a special meal for us all, well worth the 50 Euros ahead and the food was outstanding. We all said we can't wait to come back and stay at the Villa again in the future.

The house is really beautiful. We were 3 families and there were definitely enough space for all 13 of us. Walking distance to both the beautiful town of Antibes and the beach in Juan les Pins. Thierry was everything you could have asked for from a host and was always available to offer his help. When going back to Antibes we will definitely book this house! Thank you!
