We didn't have and beach towels so had to go purchase some of those. With flying and bag fees this would of been helpful.

It would be have been a much better experience if we could have checked in at the security gate. The furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable. the overhead light is dining area looked as if it was about to fall off the ceiling, otherwise we the property description was spot-on. Once we were settled in we made great use of the grounds and all it had to offer and had a wonderful time the staff was friendly and non invasive. The view from our unit was breathtaking of the sunrise and sunset. We are looking forward to coming back again!

The condo was clean, on the beach, and not in a touristy area. We loved our time there. We spent our days at the beach and our evenings out doing something in Treasure Island. Sunsets are amazing on the beach!

This property was conveniently located within walking distance to the pool and beach. The condo looked just like the pictures. Only complaints would be that the bathrooms were not cleaned prior to our arrival. Also, the dishwasher leaked when in use. Other than that, no issues! I would stay here again!!

We enjoyed the property, views and location. Beautiful wildlife, our girls ages 8-13 loved the pool, and we would return.

This year we stayed in building 1in 407 a beautiful condo. The problem is the cleaning crew in these condos. The lovely redone large bathroom shower was very moldy and lots of dust in condo. The refrigerator would leak out into kitchen floor from bottom about every 3 days and the light fixture over dining room table falling out of ceiling! There is not a mop nor a decent broom in the place to clean up water or sand. Last year while there we bought a dust buster so we could keep sand off floor. I think guests take a lot of heat over what the cleaning people should be doing. All that being said I hope to stay there again next year!!

We have stayed in Land's End before, and it cannot be beat for amenities, value, and location. Because it's a well-staffed, gated community, it is a very quiet, safe, maintained area. The condo's location right behind the pool is very convenient. The condo itself was clean and as-listed.

Which normally I would not have minded but building 1 is a very busy place in the morning so you could not keep the sliders open for air to circulate. Workers and vehicles like to get going early!!

Tiles are cracked and separating in the shower and loose on the floor in the kitchen. The screen door wouldn't open from the living room. It was backwards so we had to go out the kids bedroom. Went to the pool one evening there was no one there but me and my 3 kids. Old guy comes yelling for us to get out of the hot tub. I had seen kids in it all week with their family. I figured he had nothing better to do. This location is not very family friendly. Too many retirees that forget they were once young and liked to enjoy the beach instead of looking at it. I am sure this place was great 25 years ago. But time has passed it by. The internet was down right horrible. And as an IT engineer this was very concerning. I needed it. Instead had to go elsewhere to work.They dryer took a day to dry anything. we have been going to Florida for 20yrs and this is just average. Most places we stay have everything you need. This place fell well short of that. Would not return.

We felt as if the unit was in need of some upgrading. Most people do not go on vacation to clean but with a tile floor it would have been nice to have a mop not just a broom and a dust pan. It seemed as though it was not furnished like it had been in the past also. It was just decorated blah. The property was as usual very nice as usual and it's always nice to see the friends you make every year again. The staff was as always very friendly and helpful. Your office staff at Resort Rentals was also. We look forward to returning next year as we have already booked for the same time in 2017. We can't wait to be there again.
