The balcony is accessible from the master bedroom as well as the livingroom. Resort rentals are wonderful people to deal with. This condo is Large and clean, comfortable with Two separate bathrooms.We will intend to to return as often as we can.

When we arrived the blinds to the patio were broken and a knob was missing from the guest bedroom light switch. We called and maintenance was to come out on Monday but never did the week we were there. It didn't matter though. We kept the blinds open all the time to see the view anyway! Upon arrival I did need to redo the floors in the condo as there was previous guest hair, etc. on the tile floor. So maybe a little better housekeeping and more attention to the floors and I also rewashed the dishes as they were apparently put away dirty. But other than that we had a wonderful time and will be back!

If I would suggest one thing it would be to update the dvd player. I like to bring some movies for the kids but we own mostly blue ray dvd's. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay. We will be back. When checking in Gail was a hoot, what a nice lady.

Reviewer Comments: 2021 was our eighth year at lands end. Was a very enjoyable experience as always. Quiet, peaceful, relaxing are words that come to mind. To us one of the best parts is a short ride up to Gulf Boulevard and you have your choice of all the barrier islands for entertainment.

Floors were disgustingly filthy. I went out and bought a mop to wash them. So much dust under furniture and behind beds. Had to go out and buy a bowl for a salad. The biggest they had were soup or cereal bowls. The grounds and pool and beach were beautiful!

The condo had everything that we needed with lots of dishes , nice fridge & looked updated.

Going to sleep with the sound of the waves and waking up to the call of the seagulls is equal to my vacation in Hawaii. I spent most of my time on the balcony with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. I came here for relaxation and that's what I got. Who could want anything more than watching the dolphins in the gulf or the beautiful sunsets? If you really want to venture out, John's Pass, a short drive away, has some neat little shops and places to grab a bite to eat or relax with a cocktail. Will I come back? In a heartbeat....I'm already checking availabilities!

There were some needed repairs in the master bathroom shower with the faucet but I think that this was taken care of after I checked out, So hopefully if I have the oppertunity to stay in Bldg 7 Unit 404 again this won't be an issue, And everything else was GREAT!!!

The condo was clean, the beach was quiet, the staff was friendly and willing to answer any questions. More towels would have been nice instead of just 1 towel per person per day. We had to wash towels every day, but with the washer/dryer it wasn't a big deal. The master bed wasn't very comfortable, but we've slept in worse. The balcony and view were perfect! We saw dolphins swim along the shoreline a few days during our stay. Better weather would have been nice, but you just never know when you plan a vacation. We would definitely stay here again!!

We usually stay in building 6 ,but the condo we regularly rent was occupied for part of our time ,so we selected this condo based on reviews and the way it looked. We really thought the condo was lovely. The furniture in the living room was very comfortable. The bed in the master was extremely comfortable , which we find unusual in rentals. We slept wonderfully for the 2 weeks we were there. We loved sitting on our deck in the evening and watching the storms over the gulf and the beautiful sunsets.
Thank you to the owners for making the condo so lovely and such a comfortable place. I would suggest 1 very small thing to them, some nice coffee mugs would be a good addition to the kitchen . The ones in the apartment were a little small and fragile.

My wife was apprehensive about booking, but was pleasantly surprised when we first walked into the unit. It was very clean, and exceeded our expectations. The view of the Gulf is amazing, and the layout is perfect. With access from both the master bedroom and main room, I was able to enjoy the outside porch in the mornings while my children slept in without disturbing them. This unit easily slept 6. It even included a couple of beach chairs and other beach items. The location of this resort is perfect. Beach traffic is light because of the inlet at the South end of the property. Each day we saw many Dolphins along the coast and in the inlet. Caddy's Beach Bar is a short walk down the beach, and we enjoyed eating dinner in John's Pass and Medeira Beach. Overall, it was a great experience.
