No view .couldn't open the window as it was looking into a lane way and men working on a roof with a bad smell of tar..towle rack hanging of the wall .taps were loose .

We stayed right by the entrance. Just wasn’t my favorite room. And our tv connection wasn’t working well at all. For a quick trip it’s convenient.

The staff were extremely helpful, polite, and professional. They were available and provided good information about the area; gave directions and showed me how to use public transportation too. They spoke Spanish and English. The room was awesome and immaculate, the bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette was perfect, the television in my room was all that was needed and they provided NETFLIX access! I got fresh water daily, clean towels upon request. The internet worked perfectly since I had to do some business via ZOOM. The swimming pool was small and cozy...had it all to myself one evening and just what I needed to cool off. They had snacks and drinks for sale at the front desk but this place was close to a Walmart and lots of other shops and restaurants. The courtyard area was beautiful and comfortable. Sitting out there was also relaxing. I loved the secure doors and the key method for entering and exiting....very convenient.

After a long flight, at age 63, I didn't prefer climbing 3 flights of stairs to get to my room, but it was okay afterwhile...I needed the exercise😊

The property smelled like feet and very humid and they had a minisplit in the room but was taped up WOTH PLASTIC and staff said they were waiting for a city permit!! But they has AC in the hallway and their office!! Thats BS!! And I had a medical condition. They were willing to cancel but since ai was booked through you guys they referred me to you guys. Called Booking.com they answered in China and I was in the phone like 2 hrs and took me an hour to get through! Talked to a representative and a Supervisor and he didn’t want to refund my reservation qnd told me they had wrong # in file and that was a lie!! They charged me $20 cash to park like 3 blocks away with lots if druggies doing drugs and homeless very scary walk with my girlfriend and the parking has no security!! Worse exoerience ever!! Did nit sleep left early to get my cruise trip. I NEED A REPRESETATIVE FROM BOOKING.COM TO CALL ASAP!! TO RESLOVE THIS ISSUE OLEASE!! YOU COULD ALSO SMELL THE WEED SMOKE COMING INSIDE THE ROOM TO MAKE THINGS WORSE IN THE ALLEY VERY NOISY ALL NIGHT!! Made my medical respiratory condition worse!!

The private bathroom in our room was a sanctuary of privacy and comfort. It was impeccably clean and well-stocked with amenities. We appreciated having our own space to relax and refresh.

We had a wonderful family stay at this hotel. Private parking was convenient, and the non-smoking rooms provided a healthy environment for our kids. The city view was captivating, and the flat-screen TV kept everyone entertained. We'll be back here for sure!

TINY room - more like a youth hostel than a hotel room No eating facilities on site No air conditioning Our room windows were OPEN to an alley, they were covered by metal screen-like, grates but people would walk up or down the alley (we did, to get to places to eat) & we could hear them quite plainly as they talked & I'm sure, they could hear us It's being renovated - workers there 8:30am - 8:30 pm Direct TV didn't always respond to remote No in-room safe for valuables

I had an absolutely incredible experience during my stay at this hotel! It was the perfect opportunity for me to unwind and relax by the beach without a care in the world. The surrounding area was beautifully serene and I felt completely safe throughout my entire stay.

Everything was under construction, open wood floors and walls, it felt like the building still had lead in the structure, the carpets were ancient, dirty, and unclean, the doors to the bedrooms had gaps, the smoke detectors and fan units were covered in plastic and unusable, the pillow didn’t even have pillow cases on them, the windows opened up over large dumpsters and it smelled. I felt unsafe.

I appreciated the exceptional service provided by the 24-hour reception at Greenleaf Hotel. From my late-night check-in to assistance with directions and recommendations, the staff was always friendly, attentive, and ready to help. Their warm hospitality made me feel welcomed and well-cared for.

Although the hotel doesn't offer ocean views, it's conveniently located near a beautiful beach. The peaceful surroundings and the attentive 24/7 front desk staff made my stay enjoyable.

From the newly remodeled, comfortable rooms to the outstanding service of the staff, every detail felt like a boutique gem. Also, the neighborhood was peaceful and secure plus, you can't beat that coffee! Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

I had a great time staying at this hotel for work. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure I was taken care of. This hotel is in a safe location with lots of great amenities. Plus, the 24/7 concierge service is unbeatable! If I get the chance to come back I would definitely stay here again. It's an amazing place and made my trip so much better.

My stay at the Greenleaf Hotel Long Beach Convention Center was simply awesome! The staff were amazing, and got me sorted with whatever I needed. Plus, the coffee was delicious!
