Du plus grand au plus jeune nous étions 16 tout le monde a trouvé sa place pour ses activités. Seul bémol les chambres sont petites mais nous n’y sommes jamais. La salle de sport a été très appréciée la cheminée aussi. C’est une expérience à renouveler. Quand on nous contacte pour connaître l’heure de notre départ la réponse de chacun « on reste ».

La maison est magnifique. Très bien équipée et décorée. La situation est parfaite, au calme, au bord de la mer et très proche du centre. Séjour à 13 entre amis tous conquis. Merci beaucoup Tania.

Cette location était parfaite et Tania la propriétaire avait un équipement parfait tantt le matériel de cuisine. Que les chambres et pour les enfants . Le jardin est très agréable . Nous y reviendrons sûrement .

Une villa pleine de charme et très fonctionnelle, des jeux pour les enfants et de l'espace pour les grands, tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner à plusieurs, très bonne literie, juste un bémol pour le manque de stores dans certaines chambres. Encore merci à Tania pour l'accueil, on reviendra!

We were a family group of 14 aging from 3yrs to my dad of 88yrs. There was something for everyone to make it a memorable holiday. The property is amazing safe and secure. It has everything you need. Spectacular views, walking distance to town and beach. Thank you so much for everything Tania

We had a wonderful experience at this home with our family while on holiday. We had our 7 and 5 year old grand daughters who truly enjoyed outdoor activities the house had to offer. The private yard features a giant trampoline, and access to the marina. There are several kayaks and stand up paddle boards; we would go out daily on the beach with amazing views of Paimpol. The house is beautiful and we took advantage of the patio for sunset dining outside. There are so many rooms we had 7 of us in the family and still some extra beds to spare. The restaurants are walking distance so you can have crepes or fresh seafood at the market and much more. We definitely highly recommend this property!

Le Petit Manoir has fabulous facilities and is a beautiful property. In a great location, equipped to entertain our party of 13 of 3 generations.

What a wonderful holiday home in Paimpol, Brittany. We were a party of 11 and what a great time we had. The house was in an ideal location, a very short walk into town with it’s varied bars, restaurants and shops. The house was perfect for us, right near a beach and lovely to watch the boats on the water. There was plenty of room inside the house for our party and we ate in most evenings, enjoying local cheeses, pate & red wine and also had couple of barbecues. The rooms were nicely decorated & beds very comfortable. I would recommend anyone to come to Le Petit Mansion for the location and beautiful house - what’s not to like!!!

We had a wonderful stay in the Petit Manoir. Very well equipped, wonderful surrounding (near to beach and center of Paimpol), space enough for 12 persons.

A great place for an extended family holiday. We had ages ranging from 14 months to pensioners and all had a brilliant time. This spacious property was well equipped inside and out and we wanted for nothing. Although only a short distance from the town and harbour it was in a quiet location. The safe beach being on our doorstep was perfect with young children. The bay, also, gave ideal conditions for kayaking and paddle boarding even for novices. A week was far too short :)

Le Petit Manoir is very well configured and laid out and occupies a superb position right next to a lovely port, a beach and is actually right in Paimpol, a very interesting town with good restaurants, shops and a lively market. We all felt very safe and most comfortably staying at Le Petit Manoir, whose owner was very friendly and helpful. The towns and villages around Paimpol provide many attractions for sightseeing and of course they all have their markets. We hope to return to Paimpol sometime soon.

Very clean and has everything you would need in a holiday home . We all enjoyed our stay in Paimpol except for too many oysters!

Overall a lovely place to stay. We are a family of 6 (including grandparents) and had a great time here. Even grandad experimented in the gym! We loved being so close to all the amenities of Paimpol with it's beaches, restaurants, shops and market. We were lucky to stay during the the festival and especially enjoyed the chilled vibe during those few days. I cannot imagine anyone being disappointed.

I had heard of brittany, and more specifically Paimpol through a friend, so we went and found this absolute paradise of a home by the water and on the immediate outskirts of town. I mean a true paradise. A cozy atmosphere with a view on the bay, an "aperitif" on the deck, the luxury of being at the heart of town, yet in such a calm and vast property truly made us feel like a million bucks. We came here with two other couples and never stepped on each other, the place is huge and comfy. We put the kids in the dungeon and it made their day. The upstairs area is big, really big, but wait til you sit in the sofa and feel the vibe. The living room is all you ever dreamed of, it's huge, it's bright from the sun light, it's warm and it's open to the world, yet so private. You could literally live in that space. The kids are playing in the garden, someone is cooking in the kitchen or on the bbq, and my wife and I are sitting by the fireplace drinking wine and reinventing the world. Not a sound will disturb our calm moments, the view is so peaceful, beautiful and ever changing with the tide that you feel good, soooo good. Tania, our hostess, was charming and was so helpful at advising us on the things to do, the places to visit, the good restaurants and bars, the various marine activities. Tomorrow we move on to the south of France but we have already decided that we will come back and that next time we will spend the whole vacation at the "manoir" of the "four á chaux".

My family stayed at Le Petit Manoir last october, and really appreciated its location, decoration and confort. My parents, aged 72 and 75 were pleased to have a room and bathroom on the first floor, and a direct access to the garden. My young children had fun with the games and trampoline. Paimpol is a charming town, and we enjoyed fresh seafood and great wines! It only takes a few minutes to walk to the first shops and restaurants, so we parked the cars inside the property and only took them to go visit the island of Brehat closeby. It was too cold to go for a swim, but the view on the entrance of the harbour, in the living-room, is just fantastic. We plan to go back to this beautiful place as soon as we can. Amanda.

Excellent property well equipped and maintained, suitable for all ages within easy walk of delightful harbour town. of Paimpol. Tania the owner who is English speaking is very friendly and helpful with full local knowledge. Their is a small beach directly outside the house that has easy access when weather permits. There is plenty of parking for several vehicles and the property is gated making it secure for small children playing in the grounds. Approximately an hour and fifteen minutes drive from St Malo, there are several historic towns and beaches within easy driving distance. The quaint local town has lots of good bars and restaurants with a visit to the market a must. Well worth a visit and definitely a place we will return to in the future.
