L’emplacement de la maison est ideal avec une tres belle vue et la plus belle plage de la route des sanguinaires a 20 metres. La proprietaire est tres prevenante et a gere tres rapidement les petits sujets sur lesquels nous avons eu besoin d’elle. Sejour tres agreable.

Magnifique propriété à 3’ à pieds d’une très belle plage. La vue est magnifique! Avant / après la plage piscine et jardin très agréables. Les chambres et leur salle d’eau sont réparties sur 4 niveaux : configuration idéale pour une large famille ou pour un séjour entre amis. Je recommande cette villa sans hésiter!

Very easy ..

This is undoubtedly the best villa we have stayed in for a family holiday. The house is minutes from a sandy beach with boats, boards and kayaks for hire and beach cafes for food and refreshment. The villa is on a slope and the views over the trees to the sea are stunning. At the back the gardens are terraced while in front there are well maintained lawns and flower beds. You can swim in the pool, laze under one of the large umbrellas or cook on the barbecue. We also enjoyed taking the bus along the coast into the interesting town of Ajaccio. The house is very well furnished, comfortable and generously equipped with everything you could want for a holiday. Alba Marina a lovely place to stay.

Proximité plage ( juste la route à traverser) . 2 km du bout des Sanguinaires. Équipement complet pour grande famille.

This is a beautiful sea side house, just walk two minutes across the street to the beach. We loved how much space there was both inside and outside the house. Our children loved the gardens and the pool, and we enjoyed cooking on the grill or in the kitchen and then eating on the terrace. We would definitely stay here again! Notes: Steep parking for a few cars, on a busy street that makes it easy to drive to town or hiking, and lots of stairs to get in and out of the house, as well as throughout the house.

Die Qualität der Zimmer ist sehr unterschiedlich. Top ausgerüstete Küche und guter Outdoor Grill. Viel Platz für 10 Personen. Tolles Wohnzimmer mit guter TV Anlage. Das WLAN lässt zu Wünschen übrig.

A proximité de la plage avec paillote et locations de bateaux.Sur la route des Sanguinaires mais très bien isolée de la circulation.Proprietaire accueillante et disponible si nécessaire. Superbes vacances familiales ( 6 adultes et 3 enfants ) dans un coin de paradis.

Séjour en famille, 8 adultes et 2 enfants en bas âge: la maison est grande et fonctionnelle, chacun a son coin d'intimité et il existe de beaux espaces communs pour partager d'agréables moments. La terrasse extérieure avec vue sur la mer est un pur délice! Tous les jours, nous avons profité de la mer à 50 mètres seulement... la plage, le kayak et paddle tôt le matin, le diner à la paillotte, la longue promenade jusqu'à Parata... tout cela à pieds. Nous avons également apprécié la piscine sans aucun souci grâce à la sécurité enfants. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances... Merci encore Sheila!

Almost thirty years ago we toured Corsica with our daughters and fell in love with Ajaccio and its bay. We’ve always talked about returning, and in the summer of 2016 were finally able to visit again, this time with additional family members and grandchildren, in total 10 people aged 5 to 70. We had spent some time on the Internet searching for the perfect location and had high expectations as we arrived at the Alba Marina villa. We were not let down! The house is ideally located with a magnificent view of the beach, the blue ocean and the far coast of the bay. The garden is green and well kept, and the children were delighted to find two tortoises living there! The pool was ideal for a morning swim and in constant use by the kids when we were “home”. The house itself was ideal for our large family, with bed rooms on five(!) different levels, all with separate bath rooms, and a large and airy living room where everybody could relax without feeling crowded. We loved the outside table area where we had all our meals in a nicely shadowed corner. We found the place clean and in spotless condition, and everything was as Mme. Smertnik had promised! In addition to enjoying the villa, its nearby beach and immediate surroundings, we can highly recommend the wide and sunny beaches on other side of the peninsula, just 15 minutes by car up the first left on the road back to Ajaccio. We also enjoyed the city itself with its market and sea front, and excursions by car up and down the coast, even going down to Bonifacio for a spectacular city and landscape, and a final trip across the internal mountain range to Bastia. We can really recommend the villa and Corsica itself for an unforgettable and different holiday!

Malgré de belles promesses, prenez garde à la propreté des lits (historique capillaire), pas de chauffage la première nuit (un oubli d'après le propriétaire ...). Parfait si vous êtes peu nombreux car la salle de bain de la chambre du haut n'a pas d'eau chaude et la chambre du bas sent le renfermé. Bref idéalement placé mais pas aussi premium que présenté.

Grande maison très agréable car des espaces bien séparés (chambres et salons/espaces de relaxation) , piscine et terrasse avec vue sur la mer mais sans l'inconvénient des estivants sur la plage qui est juste en bas ...aucun bruit + la Grande bleue + jogging vers les Iles Sanguinaires+ Ajaccio près et loin en même temps+rando en montagne . Bref superbe maison recommandée chaudement.

We have spent two wonderful weeks with our family including our two young sons in this stunning villa. Alongside of being tastefully decorated, the place is well equipped with everything to make a holiday free of inconveniences. As many travellers with young children we tend to be more demanding, and our requests for a pool fence and travel cots were happily met. We found the location of the villa excellent as it sits right on top of a sandy beach with the most charming and relaxed beach café La Goelland and there are two wonderful sea food restaurants within a short beach (or road if preferred) walk - Dolce Vita (3 min) and Le weekend (7 min). The bus stop is conveniently located 1 min walk away form the house. Unless on strike the public transport system works well in Ajaccio, an air conditioned bus would take us to the central square in Ajaccio within 25 minutes. I would definitely recommend this place and hoping to come back ourselves.

I would highly recommend this villa to anyone! It is a beautiful place, close to the sea and a very nice beach. We were 10 friends together and it was perfect for us. Ajaccio is easy to access but no need for that actually because you have all you need at site. And if you want to eat at a nice restaurant there is several places nearby all of them with beautiful seaview. Le Dolce Vita in particular. I would love to come back.

Beautiful house! Perfect for our group of 10 people! Fantastic location by the sea including facilities on the beach as well as nice restaurants nearby. No need for us to travel into the city. Everything in place at site!And of course the island is beautiful as well. We did golf and hiking as well as a full day boat trip to the nearby islands.

A really lovely spot. The villa is cool and spacious and just as described on the website. Inside and out it is very tastefully appointed with everything you could need, but the best part was probably the wonderful location with tropical views towards the distant mountains across the bay. After a couple of days we felt like a different group of people! It is right by a sandy, crystal clear water beach dotted with a few restaurants and set just enough steps up from the road that you're not on top of traffic. It was actually difficult to leave the villa in the beginning during the day as it's such a great spot to relax in but once you do it's an easy bus ride to Ajaccio and the lovely market by the port. Would definitely recommend.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce séjour car nous avons pu nous reposer et être avec des amis de façon confortable, profiter de la piscine, faire du yoga dans le jardin, prendre des repas à l extérieur et à l intérieur quand il a fait moins bon tout en profitant de la belle vue sur la mer.La maison est tres aérée et agréable. Nous avons aimé aussi d être près d Ajaccio pour profiter de son marché, de son musée et des ballades en vélo jusqu aux Îles Sanguinaires, un régale. La propriétaire nous a donné des excellents conseils sur les restaurants autour et des ballades à faire à la fois à côté de la maison mais aussi de côté de Porticcio.Nous reviendrons c est sur et nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

I loved staying at this beautiful, comfortable, spacious villa. Less than a minute to walk to a very nice beach. A great view of the sea and mountains around Ajaccio from the pool deck. Several outdoor seating / eating areas, as well as indoor (but the weather was so beautiful we didn't really use those). It is perfect to be so close to the convenience of Ajaccio, while not being in the midst of noise and traffic. Both a great place to relax, and to access Corsican adventures!
