The unit is located in a great spot with water views. Easy walk to Tuncurry shops Cafe and Rock pool .

Property is looking very tired and could use some updating. Cleaning and maintenance needs some attention.

Main lounge room light didn’t work and cover was off so the property knew before our arrival. Cleaning was average. Heater didn’t work. Couldn’t open and shut the second bedroom sliding door. At one stage my child was stuck in there - not acceptable! No Hairdryer in bathroom, who doesn’t provide a hairdryer! Informed property agent, said Maintenance would call - never did. TV stopped working, sound would work but no picture. That was fun. Definitely didn’t get our moneys worth. Shame really.

No air conditioning or ceiling fans which made it very uncomfortable to sleep in plus during a hot day. The shower had cobwebs. the unit needs to be updated. The knives and forks provided were dirty and rusted, the kettle was black on the inside. no cups provided only a handful of small coffee cups that look very old. no fry pans only an electric fry pan which was filthy and was about 15 years old. another family member stayed in the same unit block and I would of much preferred to spend an extra $200-$300 as that unit was much more modern and the things provided were above standard compared to this unit. for the money paid it was not worth it.

the sofas were a bit worn and grubby. the sofabed was very uncomfortable to sit on, the cushions are very old and worn, need replacing the carpet was very dirty the hot water was way too hot and could pose a problem if there were children about the water pressure needs regulating

We had no hot water on our first night we contacted Pacific Coast the next morning and they advised that the hot water switch may have been turned off and directed us to where the switch board was and we found the switch was off. this should have been pointed out to us when we picked up the keys. we were not advised about parking in any way and we left to our own devises to find where we could park the unit was nice but more info. from Pacific Coast was missing
