The house was fantastic! We had three couples in our group. Plenty of room and privacy. You don’t often find a place with bathrooms connected to every bedroom. It was beautiful and the view was fantastic! Joel was super responsive to any questions. He also provided a great resource for taxi service and island info. Highly recommend. We used a combination of rental car and taxi service.

We had a great family stay at the villa. The pool area and stunning views are the major highlight - you won't be disappointed! There are also plenty of places to sleep with enough privacy between rooms. It's a short (but of course hilly !) drive to Red Hook for food or the ferry to St. John, as well as into town at Charlotte Amalie.

Joel was very responsive and the villa had the views we were looking for.

This property is perfect for a group. Everyone had their own personal space and the community areas and pool were perfect to gather. The house was equipped with everything you need for cooking, the beach, and a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend and stay again!

Joel was very accommodating to all of our needs. He provided us with a great van service company, and we were driven by a driver that he has close connections to. Everything in the house worked well, and there were clear instructions on how everything operated. The kitchen came fully equipped with pots and pans, along with a plethora of spices so we could make our own meals. The pool was heated, and the views from both decks were stunning. The gated neighborhood, and reliable communication with our driver and Joel made us feel very safe. Highly recommend this place to all who want to get a true feel of the beauty of this island, away from the bustling and touristy resorts and hotels.

Fantastic views !!! Joel was very responsive to some concerns and took care of them immediately. I would suggest a table inside for meals and to play games. Sometimes it was too windy outside, literally our food blew off our plates. We all had a great time and would recommend it

Amazing views. Relaxing. The property is as described. Great separate spaces for sun, shade, dining, and incase a quick tropical rain comes, 2 covered areas. Easy home to relax and get mesmerized in the view!

This villa has a fabulous layout that provides plenty of group spaces outside, great pool and pool area and a main living room. Perfect set up for a group, family or couples- it allows privacy but plenty of space to gather. LOVED the property- accurate pictures and descriptions.

Me and my friends have gone for the past two years. We stay at St John the week before and come over to St Thomas after. Joel’s place is so relaxing that we don’t even leave his house to go to other beaches. We totally relax. We do go out for dinners. Joel is so great in getting back to us if there’s a problem. Joel is the owner. I recommend staying here.

Everything was perfect, the veiw is great. The house was clean. The check in process went smooth and the pool felt great after a long day at the beach. The Kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of room throughout the house and on the deck to spread out and enjoy yourself. I would highly recommend staying here. I would not hesitate to stay at same location again as well. Thank you!

2nd time we have rented here. Beautiful views, great pool, near Megan's Bay, beatuiful rooms and bathrooms and everything you need. We are booking it for next year. Joel is a great host.

Visiting my brother who lives in St Thomas, found Seaview Villa on VRBO and could not believe how nice it was. The reality more than lived up to our expectations, what a lovely and well appointed home and the views were spectacular. The peaceful nights of the coqui frogs, the beautiful settings and the comfort of the house were hard to leave. Curlson is a very kind and intelligent gentleman and was great when we needed transportation, highly recommend Joel, Curlson and Seaview Villa for an absolutely wonderful trip.

This is a great house. Of any of the VRBO houses we have rented, this has the best outdoor seating setup and the best views (This was the second house we’ve done on St Thomas). Looking out at the ocean and the multiple islands you can see from the deck (and from the pool!) is so relaxing. Lots of stuff at the house as well … pool floats, beach chairs and coolers, a kitchen well stocked with a number of appliances and kitchenware – things like that make the vacation much more relaxing. 15 minutes to the Coki Beach area (and Coki Dive Center), under 25 minutes to Red Hook, 15 minutes or so to Havensight, and under 10 minutes to Magen’s Bay. The info on VRBO is accurate, and there is a reason this consistently gets 5-star reviews. Communication with Joel (the owner) was great – always a quick response. Next time we rent a house in St Thomas, we will do this house again. We loved it!

The property is nice, the views are stunning and overall it was a nice stay. Unfortunately, four out of five of us got sick during our trip (6 days) but nonetheless we made the best of it.

We just returned from a fantastic week spent at Seaview Villa and had a terrific time! The views from this property are stunning. The house is on the north side of the island and directly in front of you is Hans Lollik Island and to the far right you can see many other islands. The location is truly amazing. A stone stairway leads down from the parking area to the house where you’ll see a round wooden door that opens directly into a courtyard area with a beautiful (heated) pool and a bunch of comfortable longue chairs. The deck is massive. On the right side is a covered area with cushioned seating area with plenty of room for everyone. And to the left you have another covered area that has a large table and chairs for, I think, eight people. We enjoyed our coffee and breakfast and several dinners here. We were a group of 5 older women/friends traveling together and the house layout was perfect for us. We each had a private room (with adjacent bathroom). The main living area had one bedroom w/queen bed attached to it, along with a half bath off the living room/kitchen area. We spend a lot of time in the living room playing games and visiting in the evenings after long days exploring the island. The owner Joel Aragona was VERY easy to communicate with, and extremely responsive with any questions we had during our stay, along with suggestions for things to do as well. And for transportation you can't go wrong with his suggestion to use Curlson Ferreira.

Joel’s property was gorgeous as advertised and he was a wonderful host. The views were spectacular and there was everything we could have needed or wanted available right down to the really nice and relaxing floats and chairs we took to nearby Megan’s Bay beach. Having 4 bedrooms spread across 2 wings afforded my family of my wife and I and our 2 adult sons great privacy when desired. AC worked great. Joel also recommended 2 wonderful restaurants to us. Joel was also very accommodating when we requested a later check out on our last day. We did wish a grocery store was a little closer. We also had a couple of surprise visitors including workers to install a new pool heater and a pool cleaner who showed up unannounced. Would have been nice to know they were coming. And one of the kitchen cabinet doors is coming off the hinges. But none of these minor issues significantly detracted from what was a very enjoyable stay.

Our family group of 6 had a wonderful week stay at SeaView. Everything from check in to check out was perfect. House was well quipped and the views are amazing. 5⭐️ Can’t wait to come back!

The views are beautiful and the property met our needs. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable, kitchen was perfect, and we felt very safe during our stay. The property could use some “TLC” since we experienced some maintenance issues. The owner was very prompt in his responses to any of our needs.

This was our second time staying at the seaview villa and we enjoyed it as much as the first. The home is comfortable, spacious, and beautiful. We had 8 adults and 1 teen and all rooms fit our party well. The island had some electricity issues the day we arrived but the home is equipped with a generator so no issues. Joel is easy to communicate with and is prompt dealing with any and all issues that may come up. I highly recommend staying here. We love it and will be back.

We went to St. Thomas to celebrate my son turning 21. From the moment we got to the airport our trip was nothing but spectacular. The pictures do not do this villa justice. Waking up every morning with the ocean view was breath taking. We made so many memories. Joel and Curlson were very attentive and the perfect hosts. Being able to follow Curlson to the villa was so accommodating to ensure we didn't get lost. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a paradise getaway.

The pictures don’t do justice to the breathtaking views from the pool area! My favorite part of every morning was stepping out onto the deck. The area to the villa is gated and there is also a locked coded gate to the entrance of the Villa and another front door that is keyed. I traveled with three other females and we all felt very safe. The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful. The layout may be helpful for some to know. There is a bedroom,bath and half bath connected to the kitchen and living area on one side of the pool. There are two bedrooms and baths on the other side of the pool. There is also a beautiful bedroom and bath going down the stairs from the pool. Some people may like this arrangement because it gives privacy but others may find it a little disconnected. We did not have any problems while we were there.We enjoyed the pool every day, and the house definitely has everything you could need, including beach chairs, and towels, coolers for the beach. Although the location is only about 7-15 minutes from most activities, (longer from airport)you will need transportation(so budget for taxis) There are taxis and rental cars available if you’re comfortable driving. There are some narrow roads and hilly areas and driving is on the left side.Curlson, as mentioned in other reviews, met us at the airport, and he provided transportation for our group. He was knowledgeable of the island and very professional. We enjoyed our stay!

Very nice property..

This property was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The layout of the house offered space and privacy for all 8 of us. Walking down the stone steps to the beautiful hobbit door that opens to the pool and the most spectacular view of Hans Lollik and down island was dreamy. The pool was perfect for morning swims, afternoon cooldowns after shopping in town, and nighttime dips under the stars. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The house was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back again.

House has everything you need. Perfect for multiple couples or family. Plenty of room for privacy. As well as great areas to gather as a group. Swimming pool is perfect. We enjoyed our time and we can definitely rent again.

This property provides a quiet getaway with full amenities, including a pool, BBQ grill, and an outdoor deck with ocean views. Three of the four bedrooms are master suites, and the is fourth similarly situated as the bathroom is right off of that bedroom. This property is well-suited for a large family or multiple couples who vacation together. The property owner is your point of contact for any questions or concerns, and he is responsive. We had a beautiful stay at the Seaview Villa.. The views were breathtaking and the place is gorgeous and the pool is perfect for evening swims. The house is well stocked and very comfy. Will definitely come again! Miller Family

We absolutely love St Thomas and this house meet our families needs. We loved the layout of the home gave each family their own private areas and pool area, deck and living room were great common areas for all us to gather comfortably. We rented a car and had no issues driving to the property, hills are steep but easy to drive on. We also tried getting taxis but found it harder to get taxis to the house in the evening. We had a few unfortunate events during our stay, construction work, ice machine not working, running out of water. The owner was very accommodating and addressed each one of these issues immediately and stayed in constant contact with us to make sure things were fixed promptly. I would recommend this property for your next family or friend gathering and I would stay here again.
