Very clean property in a quiet location in village but close to lovely restaurants and cafés. Garden and pool well maintained. Modern interior with everything provided for a great holiday. Minute walk to a fabulous bakery for breakfast croissants and pain au chocolat. Cannot fault anything. There was nothing we did not like.

Modern Clean and well equipped house with use of good sized pool. The house is well positioned in Alaro within easy walk of town centre with good selection of restaurants,bars and well stocked supermarket . Excellent bakery about 3mins walk away . If you are using a car there is ample parking near by but you will not be able to park outside the house . The owner lives next door and is very welcoming and helpful . We were using the house as a base for a cycling /training week ,the owner gave us access to an underground garage to keep our bikes in at night which was great . All in all great week no complaints .

We had a fantastic break. We loved the house and the village. Normally we stay in traditional/old style properties but it was a pleasure to stay in a place with a modern, well designed interior. The house is easy walking distance to the village centre and it's not as steep as some places we've stayed. The sun is not on the garden/pool until late morning/lunch time and is gone by 5.30pm (we were there in June). But we didn't mind too much this time as we were exploring the island and the house was a perfect base for this. Our host was very welcoming and helped out when we needed assistance. It was all round wonderful experience, we felt relaxed and energised by the house and the holiday. "We loved our holiday. Thank you so much. It was perfect for us to relax and also act as a base for us to explore the rest of the island. Please see our public comments as this hopefully tells you how much we enjoyed our time. " Just three comments: The smell in the en-suite continued. We moved to one of the twin rooms to sleep as it was unpleasant to be around the smell. For the price that we were paying we wouldn't expect this. Better instructions for the waste/recycling. It would be good it bags were provided as we were unsure what to do with the rubbish at times. A cool box/bag for people to use would be a nice touch. As it is such a great base for exploring the island - we think people would appreciate it :) Other than that - it was just fantastic. Thank you again.

All communications with Homerti were responded to promptly. Instructions for access etc were delivered to us in plenty time and they ensured our stay was relaxing and comfortable

Det är ett mycket trevligt, rymligt och modernt boende för 4-6 personer (3 bra dubbelrum, 2 badrum). Perfekt för kompisar eller hela familjen. Boendet ligger en kort promenad från torget i byn Alaro. Värden är mycket omtänksam och hjälpsam. Hit kommer vi gärna igen!

Great Location, nice city!

Casa preciosa, zona preciosa, cerca de plaza preciosa con comida excelente. Hermoso jardín, piscina y vista!!! Separar la basura es muy complicado, aunque bien por el medio ambiente!

Lovely house and pool area. Modern with all needed equipment. No parking at the house but a small parking lot 150m around the corner. The garden and hence pool was shared with the neighbor/owner. This was not clear from the description. They were only in the garden once a day to check the pool but the feeling of privacy was lacking a bit. A bit on the expensive side.
