This was an amazing VRBO. It had everything for our family. We enjoyed fishing on the dock, paddle boarding and laying out on the Lilly pad. Would definitely stay here again. Great communication from our host. Thank you for allowing our family stay in your home.

The host was simply outstanding!!!!! She did everything to make us most comfortable. We came from all over the US so coordination was important. Teresa was awesome.
The property is beautiful and exceptionally stocked. The area is great with lots to do and beautiful hikes and scenery.

This place was amazing and the owners were so kind. We had a wonderful time. The amenities were awesome, and the house was so clean and so well kept. We are a very active group and there was plenty to do. Unfortunately the water was too cold for us to use the water, but there was everything we needed if we wanted to. I had multiple questions before we spent the weekend there and they were answered immediately. I highly recommend!!

Our family and friends (ranging from age 4 to 60) all had an amazing time staying at Dede's place. She's a very responsive host and gave us helpful information about her place plus the surrounding area. The location on a quiet part of the lake was a great place to fish, kayak or float in the lake. The beds and linens and the towels were high quality and the kitchen has everything we needed for our stay! The house is very comfortable and well cared for. We will definitely be back.

The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. Soft plush towels, high thread count sheets with beautiful cotton bedding.. Well stocked kitchen and amenities. They’ve thought of everything. We will be back and highly recommend!

Has a group of eight there for a women’s golf tourney. Clean, beautiful home with large and well-appropriated kitchen. Super convenient to the HSB golf courses/facilities. Owner was very attentive and accommodating.

We stayed here with about 12 other people. There was plenty of room and amenities. The house had everything g we needed and was very clean. We enjoyed using the paddle boards and kayaks and made food use of the lily pad. I would definitely return and recommend!

We stayed for 3 nights with 4 kids under 6 and had a blast! The house was clean and tastefully decorated with a large kitchen and table with room for all of us. The water off the dock was quiet and perfect for young swimmers- access to the lilypad, kayaks, paddle boards made for new experiences. Loved it!

My family and I had the best time in Horseshoe Bay! The house was very clean! The lake being your backyard was so fun for the kids. Lots of water toys to play with. We will definitely be back!

Three families with 13 in total visited for 3 nights and had a great time. The paddle boards and kayak were a hit for all and the home was well maintained. DeDe was very helpful ahead of stay and with recommendations. Check in/out was clear and we would recommend this home.

The owner of this property has thought of everything you could possibly need! We loved the house so much. So clean! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need and there are so many water toys available to use. If you have a toddler, you will probably want a baby gate or two for the stairs.

Beautiful Condo!
Our family stayed here for a long weekend enjoying a family reunion together. This is a lovely property, very well decorated, a kitchen with anything you would need for cooking and entertaining, and the beds were great. We will definitely book this property again as we have future needs.

Great house for large family
We had a great time on this property and the location was perfect. It is a beautiful house and fit our family vacation of 17 great! I loved how the owner let us use some of their water equipment and the whole property was just very accommodating. Location is close the marina and we could float up the channel to watch our family on jet skis have fun. Owner was easy to access and gave so much great info even before we arrived. Highly recommend this house!

The Host (Dede) was super responsive. Everything was as pictured and described. The house was Super Clean and we had no issues.

We had a lot of fun staying here. Two families with teen age and adult sized kids. The downstairs area with bunk beds, TVs, shower and walk out to lake access was great for the kids. Home is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities including my favorite - bottled soap dispensers everywhere! Dee is awesome at communication. The home accommodated 8 full sized people just fine. Loved our stay and we will definitely be back!

Amazing Labor Day Trip
My husband and I rented the Woodman House at Horseshoe Bay and had our grown children and grandchildren stay with us. Plenty of room for everyone and the place was just perfect. The owners did a great job of communicating with us. Check in and check out was flawless!!! I highly recommend this place!! Oh and how could I forget the master suite!! You just have to see it!!! Thanks Teresa for helping make this a memorable vacation!!!!

Everything about this house is great! The layout is awesome. The kitchen is fully stocked. The feel of the place is spacious and comfortable. The beds are very comfy. The place is super clean. And the owner is responsive and always helpful!

Teresa’s lake house was fantastic. It slept 12 of us comfortably. Very clean and cozy place with everything we needed. In a great location, on the lake and right near the resort. Teresa was very accommodating and helpful. We had a wonderful weekend. I would definitely stay there again!
