My husband and I (both 70+) spent 3 wonderful weeks here and we will never forget our stay. This is an authentic, characteristic, charming apartment right in the heart of the center of Roma, a quiet and restful refuge to return to after sightseeing. The home is spacious, clean, very comfortable, and full of interesting antiques and kitsch. The heating was automatic and perfect. Good shower, strong water pressure, we never ran out of hot water. The washing machine functioned well. Great wi-fi, cable TV and CD player with a huge selection of CDs. The kitchen is compact but stocked well with all necessary implements. Bedroom is dark and quiet. The wardrobe is huge and easily stored our clothing and travel gear. There are 17 stone steps into the apartment. If you have mobility issues, as my husband does, this is a consideration. However, the banister is strong and by paying attention and going slowly, we had no issues. Pina, the housekeeper, was very kind and available. Thank you for an outstanding and memorable holiday in the Eternal City!

My wife and I chose wisely! What a wonderful stay for a month in Rome (November 8 through December 7). It is all about the location! This apartment is steps away from restaurants and mercatos. Also shopping for anything you might desire. It has easy access from the street with only one flight of stairs. For a couple, there is ample space to move about and I cooked at least one meal a day in the kitchen which was equipped with adequate supplies for making any meal you might have in mind. The bed was very comfy and having a washing machine was a big reason we chose this apartment for our extended stay. Communication was excellent with our hosts and they arranged to pick us up from the airport and then have a taxi take us back....door to door service! Very quiet as we had the windows closed most of the time due to the cool weather. Heating was very welcome. We highly recommend this apartment as everything was seamless for our month long trip.

Definitely a great location. A little disappointed that the tub was not working but the shower kind of worked. If you venture to Campo De Fiori go to Baccanale and tell them Gennaro sent you. Should we return we will book again

This place was located on a side street just minutes from great restaurants and and easy walk to main attractions, including Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain. It felt like a home away from home. The pull out was super comfortable for our teen girls and the place itself is much bigger than it appears on-line. A cab ride to the Vatican was less than 7 euros and everything else we walked to. We were met by a lovely housekeeper who made the check-in process so easy and a cab was arranged to take us to the airport. The place is on the darker side because of the lighting, but we liked that after long days in the hot sun. If you are looking to stay in a place that has history, charm and feels like Italy then this place is for you.
