The view is wonderful, would be nice if there were a few more supplies.

We really enjoyed our Austin trip and this property definitely added to it. The house was very clean and the host was very good about communicating with me. The bedrooms and closets were spacious and I loved that the master bedroom was upstairs with the kitchen and living area and the other two bedrooms were down. Every morning I sat out on the deck and enjoyed the view. It was a great location for us and easy to get around Austin from the property.

Extended family stayed here for son's graduation from UT! Perfect place for us! Clean and great views!

The view was amazing! My family enjoyed a long weekend for ACL festival. It was easy enough for Uber/Lyft to find and close to downtown, but felt like a world away with the peaceful environment! The host responded quickly and there were no problems checking in.

Wonderful house - every room is en-suite and the view from the back is incredible. Owner was quick and responsive and we would definitely use this house again in the future!

Easy coordinating with host, great property.

When we arrived at the property at approximately 2:50, the house was still being cleaned. Not a problem for us since we were a little early. The cleaning crew said that they just started, but we could leave our stuff there while we wait. The property manager arrived in his car and immediately yelled to us "who are you?". I told him my name and he said that we were moved to the other house. We said no one contacted us about the change and he said that we were supposed to call him 20 minutes before we arrived (not sure how that would have changed anything). There was a message via VBRO stating to call, but that was 9 months ago and I received an email from VBRO a few days before arriving stating that I would receive an email with the access code (never received the email). We stated that we would prefer this house since the view was better. He said the view was the same (it obviously was not). He also stated that the houses were identical. We said that we would wait for the house to be cleaned, but he said that that house needed a repair and insisted the houses were identical . So we had no choice but to take the other house. When we entered the house, we could tell that the houses were similar, but not identical. The house we were in now did not have 2 master bedrooms with en suites as the other did. That was important to us. I looked in the VBRO website for the house we were now in and it was $35 a day less than the house we rented. So the owner obviously thought the 2 houses were different. The next day a group showed up saying they had a reserved the house we were in. The property manager was notified and he said he moved them to the house we booked. We asked the group if we could see the house that they were now in. That validated that the house they now were in had 2 master bedroom en suites unlike the house we were given. Also, the ice maker in the house we were in hardly worked (5 cubes in 8 hours). I contacted the property manager and nothing was done. The master bedroom on the second floor was a good 10 degrees warmer that the rest of the house. I think he moved us because the house we rented was not ready for us when we arrived. But I will give him the benefit of the doubt and believe that there was a need for a repair. If he would have just apologized and offered the other house stating that there were differences and offered a refund of the price difference, we would have been happy and would have given a much better rating.

We had a fantastic time during our stay. The house looks just as it does in the pictures, it was very clean, and the views were amazing. It can be tricky to find, but the host gives you very detailed directions so be sure to follow them.

Driving up to the house was beautiful. The back patio view was amazing during sunrise and sunset. It was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway.

The only suggestions I would make are to add a wall clock and to increase the temperature of the hot water. Overall the property was perfect and we loved it!

Really enjoyed staying here the view is amazing and nice open spaces.

Rented this unit for our son's wedding weekend. Garage area came in handy to store wedding goods. Multiple rooms and bathrooms really helped when we all had to be ready to go at the same time. view off the back deck of the Barton Springs area was beautiful! We will stay in this unit again.

Communication was very good and owner was very helpful.

The house has amazing views, very spacious it had everything we needed.

We loved the open space, views, and location. The garage and long driveway were perfect for the kids to play. It was nice to have a table big enough for our whole group to sit around. I would be nice to have a chair in each bedroom to put on shoes, etc.

The house is super nice and clean. We all loved the house. My nephews wanted to stay there for good lol.

Loved the location and layout, beds very comfortable, plenty of room and privacy. However, safety issues abound within the house ranging from hand rails going up the stairs from the bedroom level below to the living room/kitchen and master bedroom - extreme concern as the handrails were very loose as well as the railings on the deck - they do not provide adequate support. Ant issues at the kitchen window and in master bath area need to be addressed. Watchout for the tarantula in the garage! Would definitely return if the safety issues are resolved.

Our family found this home to be perfect for our stay. The home has a great layout where everyone can have their own space and bathroom. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening watching the sunset with spectacular views. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Austin.

The home was just as advertised. Nice big rooms and bathrooms, beautiful view. Access to property is a little tight due to road issues.

The kitchen is very well stocked and had everything we needed for light meal prep. The beds were comfortable and we slept well, and each had plenty space, comfort and privacy. It seems there were some finishing problems with the details of the house- loose banisters along the stairway, and on the deck as well, which are a bit concerning. Sliding doors that are missing a piece of hardware to grab onto, and get stuck open. Caulking needed between the tiles and the window in the master bath...I'm worried about water damage! The owners need to go in with fresh eyes and see and update these details... The house is beautiful, but the small details detract. Also, there was ongoing construction on site, which was not mentioned beforehand, but overall, not too much of a bother or noise problem. Also, outside deck cleaning was missed. Table outside needs a cleaning. Our party was two adults and one teen, which was fine. I would not bring small children to stay.

This property is very well kept and an excellent place to stay with a larger group. So much room for activities!

The house was very clean and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and nice. The views were gorgeous. We had a lovely relaxing break.

Great location in West Lake. Plenty of space in the house and loved the back deck and views. House was clean and pictures were accurate. We would rent this home again.
