Had a great week with family from all over. Initial issues with A/C but issue was resolved quickly and no further problems the rest of the week. Home was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Short walk to beach. Beautiful view. Would definitely stay there again.

House is spacious, nice, well kept, and in a beautiful setting overlooking Nantucket Sound.

The location is stunning, a gorgeous view off the deck, with only a short walk to quiet private beach. The bedrooms vary significantly, the master bedroom is spacious and very comfortable but the others are not as nice, the basement room is very basic and utilitarian, and the other 3 bedrooms are small, cramped, and dated.
A disadvantage to being booked through a rental agency, there isn’t accurate information about other details like the contents of the kitchen, the availability of paper goods, cleaning supplies, dish towels…
Stay for the location, not the bedrooms.

Idyllic view over Nantucket Sound
This was an amazing house. The pictures online do NOT do it justice. It was just about the perfect location with an amazing view of the wetlands and the beach beyond. Tons of birds and wildlife right off the huge deck where we all ate our dinners every night. The manager was super responsive with some minor issues that came up. The secluded private beach is a 5 minute walk down the lane which is what we did every day. We will be back!

This house is beautiful, and the views are absolutely stunning! Our group of 11 enjoyed every minute. The photos don’t reflect how well-maintained the home is and its proximity to a private beach.

Despite a rainy start on day we had a great time, weather. Everything went as planned. The lower level room is not the best. The house is anazing, the sunsets uniqu.

The view is amazing and the home is a multigenerational Dream
We stayed for a week in August 2020 With Five adults, a toddler and 5 year old. There was plenty of room for everyone - particularly for the two who were working hard during the whole vacation. Dinner on the deck with views of the Nantucket sound Was perfect. We cooked out every night and loved it. The beach is a short walk and great for small children. Don’t miss The shower under the deck for sandy feet. We loved our week

Great house in a perfect location
Beautiful spacious house that satisfied the needs of our family (age range from 9 to 76! Incredible view and great proximity to a private beach., markets, and town. The only issue we had was the WiFi often did not work. Certainly not a big deal during a vacation, but did cause some frustration. Would absolutely stay there again!

End of summer family retreat
The property exceeded expectations. The light; the view; and the privacy of the house are great, yet the house can easily handle 10 guests. We will be back if this home is available.

hot and humid
there was no air conditioning in most of the home for 5 days. During that time it was very hot snd humid. we were told it was due to the recent storm. This was not the case according to the repair men.
