We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was very clean (which is a top priority to us). The outdoor shower was so perfect after beach days and we loved the mudroom/ laundry room entrance on the side to drop our shoes and towels. The house was very spacious for us. It was our family of 3 (myself, my husband, and our 2yr old). Mariann was great to communicate with. We would recommend this property.

Very short walk to a very nice private beach. Quiet neighborhood. Beds comfy. Everything in the house worked well: central air, all plumbing, all the appliances, TVs, wifi, outdoor grill, vacuum etc, and kitchen appliances are updated (unlike rest of home which has not). Loved that the TVs had access to multiple streaming platforms, and accounts had already been created for adults and kids, so you don't have to use your own. House was clean - no sand under our feet on check-in! Brought my own sheets and towels so I didn't have to deal with owner's rule about washing/folding her stuff b4 checkout. The yard is not great, if you care about that (I don't). No beach chairs or beach cart as mentioned in listing. Bottom line: A good basic rental for the price, considering two families split the cost. We enjoyed our stay.

My family and I stayed at this house for a week in mid-August and had a wonderful experience. The location is great because it is walking distance to the beach and a very short drive to Rt. 28. The house was clean and comfortable with great sleeping arrangements.

We had a wonderful stay at this cute beach cottage. Very clean, A/C worked great, Great proximity to the Beach, restaurants and bars. If I can make any suggestions: Beds could be updated, it's a bit of a pain to have to have all laundry washed and folded by 10am check out. We ended up bringing our own linens. All in all, lovely stay and I would definitely stay there again!

We had a great vacation. The location of the house was wonderful. The owner was helpful and responsive to questions but probably should re-think their cleaning company as we are the 2nd family with a cleaning issue.

Great location. Some issues with some window screens and online connectivity but no major complaints. Would rent again. Great contact with owner.

The property itself was good. The biggest perk being the private beach. That being said, I found the house not cleaned well. Being in the middle of COVID 19, I thought the house would be cleaner. I felt that I should clean the place before the rest of the family arrived. After that we did have a problem but the owners took care of it rapidly and were very nice about it. The house was well equipped. The beds except the king size bed were uncomfortable. There is plenty of linen, but if using their linen you need to wash and dry it before you leave. That was not a problem, except the people before me never finished the laundry so I had to do it.

We had a wonderful stay at the house! It was conveniently located - we could walk to the beach and some restaurants. It was also in very close driving distance to grocery stores, food stands, etc. The house is located in a friendly neighborhood that wasn’t too busy. The kids could ride their scooters in the street. The cute backyard patio was perfect for relaxing in the evening.

We had a great time and the location of this house can't be beat. 3 minute walk to beach and quick walk to Joey's Pizza, bars, restaurants and ice cream. We also went kayaking on Bass River which was only a 5 minute drive. The house was clean and appliances were new and worked well. Since we drove, we packed our own sheets so minimized laundry on check-out day.

My friend and I brought our four children to this property for an “end of the summer” celebration! It was an amazing location that allowed us the opportunity to experience many different aspects of the Cape!

This property is on a quiet street in a nice neighborhood. A lot of full time residences. Walk to beach. Fully supplied kitchen. Caring owner.

Property was as advertised - a bit dated, but functional. Having 2nd full bath and outdoor shower was a major plus for our group. Short walk to the beach which was great for the mid-90's temperatures. Great location to explore other parts of the Cape. Unfortunately during our stay we experienced 2 tornado warnings. The first one was at night and we took shelter in the basement - which was thankfully clean, but hopefully no other renters would need to utilize that space for this reason! The second one we were not at the rental and upon return to the house there were multiple trees down in the yard (no damage to house) I immediately notified the property manager of the situation and she seemed disinterested and did express any concern for our well-being or inconvenience, which was highly disappointing. The weather we experienced was very rare and not likely to occur again, but my dealing with the property manager regarding the situation left a lot to be desired - reason for overall rating of 3 stars.

Our party of 6 enjoyed our stay. The cottage was comfortable, clean, well-appointed and conveniently located. We would definitely stay again.

Property is a little aged but that goes for all dennisport beach rentals. With its close proximity to the beach (300 steps) its ideal for for 2 families with young kids.

This house was the perfect size and location for a summer girls trip. It was a quick walk to the beach, and a quick ride into town for the store, restaurants, and bars. Mariann was excellent and responded to every message within 15 minutes if I had a question. Would highly recommend!

The property was very clear and the yard was well maintained and had a great patio. It is a little dated but for the price you can't beat it. The beaches are a very short walk down the street which was nice. The only downside is checkout at 10AM and having to do all the laundry. It would be nice to only have to put it in the dryer and leave but you have to stay and fold the sheets which is tough with 5 beds and before 10. We ended up not getting out till closer to 11.

The property was great, easy to get to, so much to do and see. This house accommodated my large family and gave us lots of room to spread out! The patio was a perfect place to relax! The out door shower was such a nice bonus! We were very pleased and would rent this home again if we came back!

I enjoyed my stay for the most part until checkout day.I did learn from the owner about cleaning the sheets before leaving and after i read that I wish I had canceled my reservation.Not only do you have to wash the sheets or you have to pay extra ,you also have to wash the towels or another extra fee and the bath matts.Checkout is at 10 which means you have to wake up by 6 to get it all done.I think the checkout should be later or they need to add a few dollars onto cleaning fee. The wash took us so long the owner let us finish after the 10 am checkout time which was so nice but the dryer took so long we went to a laundromat to finish drying.I'm not sure what the cleaning service has left to do after we do the laundry and take the trash out.What little time we spent in the house ( we were there for wedding ) we seem to have spent more time doing laundry and had to wake up so early to do it.That is my only complaint but it did teach me to look for those rules before booking another home away Robin

The house was the right size for my family! Everything was included and was well stocked. Even though we had a lot of cloudy days, the beach access allowed everyone beach time as well as fishing time! The location is great, as it is in the middle of areas with plenty to do. We went to Hyannis and to Provincetown for a day including whale watching. The immediate area has lots of restaurants and shopping as well, as bike rentals to ride around the area. The only criticism of the house I had was that the couch is well worn and offers little support when sitting or getting up! A few more lamps would be great as, the living room and bedrooms are dark for reading. I would definitely recommend this property to others!

Once again, a wonderful week here. Everything we needed, including beach cart, coolers, lobster pot and video games. One plumbing issue that was taken care of right away. Hope to return again!

This was our second year renting the house for Memorial Day weekend! The house was clean and it had everything that we needed. We enjoyed the chairs and cushions while sitting in the back yard. It is a very short walk to the public beach! Also a short walk to a few restaurants in the area. We highly recommend this house!

The house was clean and very well equipped. Very quiet neighborhood, great for walking. There’s a quaint little cafe a few minutes walk that has great breakfast if you don’t want to cook. Even on a cold and damp weekend the beaches were still fun for shell hunting. Our grand sons favorite part of our mini vacation was the bath toys and thick comfy towels.

House had a musty / smokey smell. Mold on bottom of shower curtain in bathroom and stove very dirty but did not use it. Location great!!!! House needs some updating.
