The place was very clean and updated. Great having a washer and dryer. We were located by the pool which was also well maintained. We were a 10 min Uber ride to Duval St.

Loved having a nice apartment to retreat to after the busy day in the keys. The apartment was roomy and comfortable with really nice showers and convenient washer and dryer. Luggage trolleys to help haul in your stuff were really useful! Building had elevators and plenty of parking.

The 10 diget key code to get in and to lock the door when you went out was a bit of a pain. The master bed needed a new mattress, sagged quite a bit. Next to the airport so occasional small planes taking off and landing - fun to watch but noisy. Across the street from the pool, very convenient but sometimes noisy.

Quiet and clean- very functional. Nice to have a market close by.

Would be nice to offer a shuttle into downtown a few times a day. The mattress on the king bed should be replaced soon.

The space was nice and it overlooked the pool.

The TV in the living room is broken and the screen is blurry after a while of being on. Should be replaced as we tried to watch NFL and playoffs.

All of the emails from Vacasa went to my inbox except for the one important email that told me what to do on arrival day. I arrived to check-in after a 7 hour drive to find the office closed for the day. The 2 different phone numbers I called both took me to the same automated message where I was put on hold and never helped. We almost left until I found the email in my junk box.
