Location easily reached directly on Highway 101. Desk clerk was friendly.

Towels were visibly stained/dirty (only time I've ever had to ask for replacements - was told that they were clean but certainly didn't look it). Carpeting and general condition of room was filthy. Ground floor bathroom window had no covering/privacy (corrected only after my request to desk clerk with contact paper that wouldn't stay affixed). I generally have low expectations - especially at this price point - but this motel needs major work inside to match the acceptable/nice outside appearance.

The gentleman behind the desk was very friendly. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot.

Easy to find on the highway. The man who checked us in was very friendly and helpful.

A few loud and noisy people, some of whom may have been long-term residents. Some were walking the streets. Not the best part of town. Bathroom towels may have been clean, but were in very poor condition. The building is old, and shows it. We've stayed in much better motels for the same price.
