The property is located in a central area of Porto and you have access by walking to many different areas easily and if needed taking trains or metro/bus. Porto is beautiful city, many restaurants/cafes and places to visit. We enjoyed our stay.

Really cool location! Just around the corner from the main pedestrian street with all kinds of restaurants! An amazing pastel de Nata cafe at the base of the building. The apartment is very spacious and quite comfortable. The third bedroom is an elevated platform above the living room. That’s is cool, but also means the person using it can’t really go to sleep until everyone else is in bed 😂. The beds were comfortable and each space had its own AC controls.

Great location for sightseeing, shopping, transport links. The apartment is stylishly furnished and has air-con in the lounge area. During our 5 day stay the lift to this 2nd floor apartment only worked on four occasions! Most disappointing when you arrive with heavy suitcases and there are six flights of stairs to climb. Although the diminutive Rita did a sterling job getting one heavy suitcase up stairs. Make sure you are fit and healthy. Outside there were extensive road works, as well as, excavation work for an extension of the underground system. Luckily a local shopkeeper explained about the sirens and explosions, which rattled the windows during the day. We only used the kitchen for breakfast and snacks, a tea towel would have been useful.

Although we didn't meet the owner he arranged for someone else to meet us. Our flight was delayed for 4 hours but contacted them to make them aware of this. When we landed we contacted the lady. She met us at the property and showed us where things were. Brilliant place. They had everything for you to self cater. Lots of cutlery, glasses, pans etc. Beds were really comfortable. When in Porto would definitely stay here again. Great apartment. Thanks

This apt was very luxurious. We took pictures inside because it looked so awesome. On top of that the location is smack middle in the center of all the points of interest in Porto (walking distance to everything). It was very clean, easy check in and check out process. Parking was a bit difficult in the sense that during the day you have to refill the meter every 2 hour if you’re lucky enough to find parking in front of the building (we were). Otherwise there’s a public paid parking in walking distance under the park in front of Bolsa Palace. It’s a bit pricy (we paid 34 euro to park for 24 hours, but you have peace of mind) If I were to visit Porto again, I would be delighted to stay at this apt again. It was marvelous.

Modern and comfortable, has everything you need for a stay in Porto. Close to the riverfront and very good dining (try Pregar for prego and Castro for cafe, MURO at the river)

nice apt and nice location but parking fees will kill you if you have a car. We paid $70 per day to park our car in a parking garage when we were told it will $25/day. Also the place has nice set of appliance but you need to bring your own coffee, shampoo and bodywash!!!

The property is centrally located but still quiet. Nice view on the balcony.

Property was nice location and spacious. The property manager made us wait 1 hour in the rain on the street with our bags until they arrived with a key. We were being shuttled by van and we gave them the gos arrival time but they said we were suppose to text them 30 min before arrival- we had no signal to communicate. Then we messaged and the person said she would be there in 20 min, it ended up being an hour. We had golf clubs and luggage for 20 day trip, going to restaurant etc was not an option. We had no other issues with other properties we rented and its been MANY across Europe

The location was central and close to transportation and main attractions. The living room was bright and spacious. The sleeping area and beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were modern, but darker than we would have liked.

This is a nice place to stay. I recommend it.

Our group of 5 enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Lisbon! The apartment was spotless and well equipped and in the best location! It was a quick walk to Ribiera Square, Sao Bento Train Station and many wonderful restaurants. It's also 2 doors down from Castro, our favorite place for pastel de nata and espresso!

Our family of four enjoyed our stay in this clean, air conditioned apartment in a great location close to the river, restaurants, shops, and public transportation.

Loved the location of this property. The floor to ceiling windows were beautiful. Location to excellent restaurants was great. The kitchen was well equipped except for no paper towels or napkins. Also, there was no soap for the showers. Two things could be updated, the towels and pillows in the bedrooms. We had to buy our own soap and paper towels. Besides that, it was great. We would definitely choose this place again.

Marc was a great host and the apartment was as described. Check in and out was very smooth. Would highly recommend as it is in a great location near Sao Bento station and there are plenty of Restaurants. Thanks Marc for a lovely stay.

Clean, spacious and fully equipped apartment ideally situated in the center of Porto. Everything is near: Palacio da Bolsa, cathedral, Ribeira, Sao Bento station, Clerigos church, Rua das Flores, Restaurants, Bridge Luiz, ... Very nice city with many musicians and singers playing in the streets around the apartment. Very good service

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Apartment is extremely well located for seeing the city . Host was quite accommodating and helpful for checkin and check out. However Underground parking is an issue and extremely expensive which added a lot to the cost of the holiday. It would be beneficial if better information was provided for this prior to checkin with options and costs of where to park. There are no laundry facilities here either which we missed having access to as well. Overall great place to stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

The apartment is a renovated complex right in the center of town. It's a 3 min walk to Sao Bento, 7 min walk to Ribeira and about 12 mins Gaia. We enjoyed the convince and the apartment setup.

Nice comfy 2 bedroom city apt with loft with bed. Full kitchen but you need to bring your own condiments, coffee & tea, paper towels & napkins & water. Both Bathrooms had liquid soap at sink so bring your own shampoo & body soap. Loved the big living room windows & small balcony on the busy city street. Great location & hilly10 minute walk to train & river. Great bars, restaurants, shopping all around. Street behind is lively with great shops. Nice for 2 couples.
