Everything was perfect!

A little bit loud sorrounding sometimes. But really lovely place and a beautiful villa.

The house was nice newly renovated and the owner responded quickly to our requests. Unfortunately the wifi was down for almost a week and the smell from the first floor bathroom was a little unpleasant. Some of the furniture was in need of replacement but the overall experience was still good.

The house is quiet and nice but the light was terrible in my room only ( downstairs I spend all night with the light in and out a mask to cover my eyes , because it was broken . The lady that works there is wonderful the owner does not appeared . She does . They fixed the lights 3 days after we arrived . The bathroom downs stairs smells like a dead rat sometimes . At least I did sleep because Oliver told the Lady to put down the brakes for my room meanwhile . Even though I loved the quietness and the space in the garden Alf the glass windows even the garden was not very well taken care of . In General it was nice because is near the Port and hotels and is a very good location.

We passed four great days in Olivier's nice house for the second time now and as in the years before it's is well equipped and very tidy. Everything was perfectly organized. The house is perfectly located with all amenities within reach. Looking forward to staying here another time!

Very cute house in Great location. Spacious, bright and has everything you need in a self-catering house. Can highly recommend it. The mosquitos has nothing to do with the house, but they were very present outdoors. If I could improve anything it would be an outdoor mosquito machine and a longer shower hose.

Nice and quiet location within walking distance. We did not realize that simple hand soap was not provided for the sinks to wash your hands after using the bathroom. The local pharmacy was closed when we arrived so we're unable to get soap until the next day. I understand not leaving shampoo and conditioner but hand soap should be provided. Parking can sometimes be a pain so be prepared to walk. Also note that you have to make your own beds upon arrival.

Fantastic property if needing to go back and forth from the Croisette and Le Palais. Really comfy stay with all amenities and a beautiful quiet garden to relax in. Will definitely book again. 5 stars all round!

Stor og romslig villa, i gå avstand til det meste. Air condition i alle rom. Nær fine strender. Veldig fleksibel vert og god kommunikasjon.

All good except air conditioning did not work during our stay.Frankly one of the reasons we were attracted to the property was the advertised air conditioning.Everything else was as advertised and I would recommend this property

We really enjoyed our 5-day stay in the very clean and quiet house. All items of daily use were available and the handover on site worked brilliantly. We would especially like to thank the landlord, Olivier, who remained so patient and friendly with us despite several postponements on our part due to the Covid pandemic. Thank you very much again for this, Olivier! We can absolutely recommend the house and would book it again at any time!

If you are looking to enjoy some peace and quiet while visiting Cannes, this house is an ideal getaway. The location is superb, close to everything, the house is large and comfortable, very clean, with a beautiful garden. The only hiccup was dealing with the rude property manager on arrival but the owner was delightful and very attentive.

Cuisine très très bien équipée, nous avons passé toutes nos soirée dehors, environnement très très silencieux. Places de stationnement à proximité, supérette etc... Merci

Une bonne location climatisée, habitat bien agencé, linge fourni abondant, à un quart d’heure des plages de la Croisette, commerces proches pour l’essentiel mais … moustiques très agressifs, seul inconvénient.

Nous avons passé 10 jours de vacances dans cette agréable maison à Cannes , maison rénovée et fonctionnelle, les commerces à 3 minutes et 5 minutes de la plage, Le propriétaire agréable. Merci Olivier pour tout !!!

Calme et repos

The villa is in a busy residential area surrounded by apartments. However, it is very peaceful and secluded. The property has been developed to the highest standard with great aircon, kitchen and bathroom. Lovely beach 5 mins away. I favoured Plage Gazagnaire it was not too crowded and has good facilities. You can hire Paddle and Kayaks there also. Be prepared to park and stride as the streets near the villa are very full with cars. I managed to find a parking place each day within about 4 minutes walk of the villa.

Wir waren mit dem Objekt sehr zufrieden. Am besten gefallen uns dass das Haus nicht unweit vom Strand und der Promenade von Cannes lag. Wirklich hervorragend war die Klimaanlage, für jedes Zimmer konnte die Temperatur separat eingestellt werden. Alles in allem konnten wir dadurch ein sehr guten Urlaub verbringen. Wir können die kleine Villa guten Gewissens sehr empfehlen!

We enjoyed french living of the Côte D‘Azur very close to the Beach and everything you need! We stayed at Oliviers with our two kids (2&5years), walked to the beach, shops, restaurants nearby. Parking along the street was never a problem. The kitchen was well-euqipped (only sharp knifes and one for the oysters was missing). The only bugging thing were the mosquitos in the garden (nets infront of windows would be helpful), without them we would have enjoyed the garden, lounge and terrasse more often. The contact to OLIVIER was easy and we Thank him for the nice place!

Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt, das Haus und der Garten sind wirklich Top. das Beste ist natürlich, dass jedes Zimmer im Haus über eigene Klimatisierung verfügt, was bei den Temperaturen Goldwert ist. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man erreicht schnell die umliegende Strände und auch in Cannes Mitte ist man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten. Wir können das Haus nur gerne weiterempfehlen!

Alles vorhanden was man braucht Genügend sanitäre Einrichtungen Alles neu und sauber.Schöner privater Garten und Terrasse.Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.Komunikation mit Vermieter problemlos.

La maison est très mignonne, avec de beaux travaux de rénovation récents :jardin et distribution intérieure très agréables. Propreté irréprochable et accueil très chaleureux de la part de la dame en charge de l'accueil et du ménage. Bon emplacement et commerces pratiques à proximité. Bref envie d'y revenir...

La maison est un petit bijou, si rare de nos jours par la bas... Le plus gros des travaux de rénovation venait tout juste de s'achever à notre arrivée. Quelques réglages doivent être fait selon Olivier pour améliorer encore le confort quotidien des hôtes mais même sans ça, nous avons passé un très bon séjour en ayant une belle surprise sur les lieux. Neuf donc plus que propre, un vrai confort en literie et climatisation, l'extérieur est parfait entre salon d'été, coin repas et végétation. Yvette nous accueille chaleureusement et reste très disponible durant le séjour. Merci encore à elle! Olivier est très réactif si besoin et adorable. La proximité d'excellents commerces est très confortable (3 min à pied le premier) et celle de la plage, une perfection (8 min à pied) Une belle adresse dans ce quartier magique de Cannes, la Palm Beach. A bientôt !

Maison idéalement située à quelques minutes à pied de la Croisette et de la plage du Mouret . Bien équipée , au calme malgré l'environnement des immeubles , quelques commerces à proximité mais en dépannage seulement , mériterait cependant un peu de raffraichissement ( store de la terrasse en mauvais état notamment ) . Au final une bonne location ! .

Just as last year, our Summer vacation in Cannes (July 8-19, 2017) in this quaint little house was idyllic. The house is perfectly located, a few minutes walk from everything: beaches (our favorite is the Moure Rouge beach, but beaches at La Croisette are also within a short walk), City sights and bustling life, and convenience stores. We are already planning our next stay there!
